I have been to many other salons who although provide a good service don't enforce that policy at all. Clearly some can not be left to their own accord to make a good decision. That being said the place was clean, quiet and plenty of colors to choose from. Whether it's traditional mania, no chip or pedicures. My advice would be to definitely call ahead for an appt. from my line of sight I believe they have less pedi stations than mani. Overall, a great first first visit. I would certainly give them a go!

The staff are super friendly and nice, their equipment is updated and clean, and their colors are new and trendy. I came here after searching for the best acrylic nails, and this salon does not disappoint. When I showed her my inspiration picture, she knew exactly what to do and hit it right on the head! The acrylic lasted for a long time with proper care, and stayed even as my nail grew. My guy, Nick, was phenomenal, detailed oriented. I've experienced nail techs who aren't consistent with shaping but he was meticulous in making sure my shape was perfect on each finger. My only regret was not taking a before photo because my nails were not in good shape, but these after photos are beautiful! I found my new go to spot for nails and I'm so lucky to have gotten Nick as my nail tech because he was incredible.

I appreciated that. However, I felt like the appointment was rushed. I requested round toenails, but they weren't shaped the way I had asked. I didn't realize they had been shaped differently until my manicure, when she asked, "You want square toenails but round fingernails?" At that point, it was too late to correct them. My manicure also wasn't shaped the way I wanted, and the replacement color ended up much pinker than I expected on my hands after only being tested on my toenail. There were also a couple of service issues that left me feeling overlooked. After my pedicure, she tried to send me to check out even though I had a manicure scheduled. During my manicure, I also noticed other clients were given towels or hand rests while my arms were resting directly on the cold table. While it's on the pricier side, my nails lasted over a month the last time, so it's definitely worth the price. Kristina (apologies if I'm spelling it wrong!) was kind, respectful, and very professional. I especially appreciate how sanitary she was--she asked me to wash my hands twice, wore headwear, and always kept gloves on. The salon itself is chic and well-maintained. The only thing I'd suggest for improvement is perhaps spending a little more time on hand and foot massages or offering complimentary drinks to enhance the experience even further. The receptionist did call later that morning to apologize & confirming it was a redo & no charge if I wanted to come back, but I did not return. My first time there I was going to a black tie wedding and I wanted a mani pedi to meet the fanciness of the event. Ly, the daughter in the family looked at my dress in a photo and immediately said, "what I love with navy is..." and picked an ordinary-looking but outstanding color that I wouldn't have known was that beautiful. Her mother, Anna, was my nail artist and gave me the most perfect oval shape because try as I might, square nails don't look good on me. Anna's leg massage with a gentle scrub was relaxing enough almost to put me to sleep. Anna's son, David, came over and asked if I'd like a soft drink and when I said no, he offered to make me a cup of green tea that I happily accepted. In addition to the high level of skill at Sophia, (Ly's nail art is already legendary at a local school) the vibe is friendly and warm. I have been only to Sophia's since my first time in the summer of 2025. Why would I go anywhere else? Update: Anna has done a beautiful job on my pedicures from when I first went to Sophia's a year ago. I called last minute yesterday and David (Ly's brother, Anna's son) was available. I always get a little nervous with my toes with new people as thick skin behind a few of them has grown up the backs of the nails leaving me exposed to having my skin accidentally cut when my toes are groomed. David approached them with the precision of a surgeon, for a pain-free, worry-free pedicure, leaving me in better shape than when I arrived.
