I was blown away by this place. Talk about an OCD person's (me) dream come true. This place was sooooo clean and made me feel so safe AND like a princess. Located in downtown super convenient with validated parking-just $1 after validation (score!). When I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful receptionist who was so nice and friendly. She gave me a covid questionnaire and replaced my slippers with spa slip ons and said she would return my shoes at the end sanitized for me (woooow cool). Then she showed me to the locker room where she assured me all the lockers and keys were sanitized. She gave me a SUUUPER fluffy, fancy and comfy robe to put on. There were also showers, complimentary toothbrush&toothpaste, deodorant and other toiletries all in sterilized bags or brand new/disposable bags. Kinda like going to a fancy golf course locker room. Then I was shown to the waiting lounge that was so epic - each chair had a sign that the chair had been sanitized and to place the card outside when done so they know your chair can be sanitized when you leave. The room had some complimentary snacks & bottled water too! Then I was taken to my room for my massage which was wonderful and my masseuse was so friendly and nice. So relaxing, I got the lomi lomi! And she took my mask and placed it in a UV sanitizer. When I was face up she placed a super breathable and new/disposable mask for my protection. Oh and the music was REALLY COOL. Instrumental piano modern songs- talk about a step up from your regular weird spa music at most places. After my massage I was served iced hibiscus tea which was divine and got to enjoy it in the lounge again. The whole experience was soooooo pampering and luxurious. I really felt safe, especially during COVID- they made the whole visit a super memorable one, I will DEFINITELY return. Absolutely an fantastic spa! Booked a couples massage for me and my SO during our time in Hawaii. Loved how they had a steam room and showers for before or after your massage. The massage itself was fantastic. I got the Swedish massage and my SO got the deep tissue. It was so relaxing I fell asleep for a bit. They were also asked every now and then if the pressure is ok which I really appreciate since other massage spots kind of go too hard without asking for any adjustments. We also celebrated my friends birthday and they gave us a complimentary cake slice! They also offered a snack and some tea after your massage. Definitely worth trying out if you want a great massage! read more

Since moving here from the mainland a few years ago, I've struggled to find a clean quality spa near town! This place is perfect! The facilities are extremely new and clean which is highly appreciated! They have a complimentary steam room and spacious showers with shampoo and everything you need! I used to go to Laka Spa which has since shutdown but tried this place out on a friends recommendation. I used to also go to the Abhasa Spa in the Royal Hawaiian, and this place is way more convenient, CLEAN, and affordable than that. I recommend this place! The massage was great and they took the covid precautions seriously. I will be back to try a facial sometime soon. Only complaint is that the website said there were no appointments open today, but when I called they were able to take me whenever. So I recommend calling for an appointment if not available online. read more

Wow. Book a facial or a massage with these people ASAP. You will not regret it. I am NOT a spa person, but my wife and I treated ourselves to facials yesterday, and I think I may be hooked. I had never gotten a facial of any kind, so I was a little apprehensive, but the staff and the process made me feel comfortable right away, and the service itself (I got their C-ESTA) was amazing. My skin has not looked or felt this good in 10 years. We ran into a friend afterwards, and the first thing she said was how young we both looked. I had no idea results could be so immediate. Their steam rooms and their little lounge area were also especially nice. If you're on O'ahu and looking for a spa, look no further. Regarding their disinfecting and safety procedures - I felt safer there than my own house. Location is awesome, and super walkable, but parking is also very easy in Keauhou Lane garage just a few feet away. read more

I took my wife to this spa the other day. She went for the jet peel facial and it was worth it. I could tell immediately that the facial helped her skin. This spa is very clean and new. They use UVC lights to help sanitize the rooms between treatments. They do a temperature check upon arrival and hand sanitizer. Will definitely take my wife here again. read more

(pretty sure its yukiko... or yumiko...sorry i forgot) i was kinda nervous since it my first time, but she made me feel super comfortable and asked if the pressure was okay and checked in with me to make sure all was good. and from there....60 min went by so fast. best 60min! the place is super clean. and sanitized. the robes were super soft and comfortable. the lounge was very relaxing and dimly lit so you can just relax. and they even have a steam room! i just had the most amazing experience there. i would recommend this place to EVERYONE!! great place, great location, great service!!!! i think i melted in my chair..... walk in.. float out. also thanks to the manager for some recommendations afterwards!! read more

My girlfriend surprised me with a couples massage for fathers day at this spa. I've never had a spa treatment before in my life, so this was my first. I was blown away by the level of service you get here. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Taylor and he was very professional and inviting. I loved everything from the robes, to the locker room and the lounge you wait in before and after your massage. The massage itself was amazing! the Masseuse's were very knowledgeable about your body and how to massage for injuries or sore and tight muscles. After our massage we went back into the lounge for some refreshments. We were allowed to use the spa facilities they offer before we left so that was awesome. What a fantastic experience! I visited Spa U'ilani yesterday for the first time and am already looking at booking my next appointment! I treated myself to their Jet Peel facial and couldn't believe how amazing my skin looked. Amy did a phenomenal job and was very knowledgeable about the treatment and products. I would highly recommend her! Make sure you go a bit early to enjoy the steam room and relax in the lounge! Wasn't sure about getting a spa service during Covid but after reviewing there protocols and seeing that the Hawaiian Islands has the best testing procedures in place we felt confident that it would be safe. What an INCREDIBLE MASSAGE, we were blown away by the boutique service and cleanliness. This spa is a must, we had the entire place to ourselves, after we checked in our shoes were placed in a container to be sterilized, we were given slippers to use and shown to the changing room, our mask ON until the service. Because we had the place to ourselves, we felt safe to use the steam room, the oversized shower was equipped with a rain shower and amenities. After we enjoyed our Pre-massage services we were guided to a lounge to enjoy some quiet time, our masseurs came to receive us and ushered us to our rooms where we each had the best deep tissue massage ever, we compared notes after and we came to the conclusion that this SPA offers professionally trained technicians which far surpasses the high end hotels, this is a MUST! read more

This new spa is definitely a favorite now! My husband wanted to surprise me with someone nice since I've been going crazy staying home with the little one, and this was it!! I seriously don't think I've had a better experience any where else! They just reopened after having to be closed due to covid-19 and let me tell you, they did an amazing job! I literally felt like I was the only person in that place. Everything was beautiful and clean! They even sanitized my slippers while I was getting my massage!! Their steam room is perfect for a nice relax before your appointment! The lounge area and that tea they serve after.. ahh! It was so good! I forgot to ask what it was so I can go get my self some! In the locker rooms, they have everything for you! They have everything from a toothbrush and razors to shower caps and spray on deodorant lol! Everything was individually wrapped and sanitized! The massage it's self was amazing! She was perfect! Probably the best massage I've gotten in.. we'll probably ever and I've gotten my fair share of massage done! And don't get me started on the prices! I personally think it's well worth it. I had the U'ilani which includes a custom full massage (basically you tell them what you want done) with some hot stones, hot towels, aroma and CBD oils. I went all out and enjoyed my self for a full 90 min. And it was only $175! Compared to the level of service I felt like I was at some 5 star hotel getting the treatment of my life... while not paying their $350+ price tag! Lol If you need a break from all the stress going on and need a moment to your self.. you know while the kids are all home, I would recommend heading over to Spa U'ilani! :) Thanks again guys! You start by getting ready in a locker room, where they provide toiletries, a steam room (optional), lockers, a robe and sandals. I did the deep tissue massage and a retinol facial and both were amazing. After the sessions, they move you into a lounge where they provide water or tea. Prices are also very fair for quality. I absolutely love Spa U'lani! I have been getting facials since I was about fifteen years old and I would rank my facial with Yuki one of the top three...ever. When I arrived, I was immediately comforted by their adherence to safety and sanitizing procedures. They place your slipper/shoes in sanitized containers at the reception area and supply you with fresh spa sandals. The decor is very bright and welcoming with a minimalist appeal.You are personally greeted by your spa masseuse/esthetician and escorted to the lovely ladies (or men's) lounge where you are presented with a lavish robe. You have a locker, sauna, huge vanity area with sinks and several amenities. I was informed later that all of the lockers and lounge areas are sanitized continuously throughout the day. Some of the tools they use are those cool UV light wands that demolish every germ and bacteria possible! Yuki was very approachable and she set me up comfortably in my room. My room had unique artwork and I found out the owners commissioned several local artists to paint in the different rooms. Yuki was the best. I quickly realized how intuitive and experienced she was. She clearly explained the steps of my C-esta facial, which I completely appreciated, because I like to know what is going on. She was swift and subtle when applying and removing the several layers of product on my skin. Hot towels were applied a few times throughout the session, which were amazing. Okay, so, this is why I rate this in my top three... Yuki gave me the best face, neck shoulder massage I have ever had. She noticed that my jaw was tight and was able to release it very gently. Normally, when people are touching my face, I do not fall asleep, but, I had to catch myself from dozing twice! The facial itself was wonderful. My skin was left so smooth, bright, tight and soft. The product smelled wonderful and the whole experience left me feeling ultra relaxed, radiant and pampered. I signed up for the monthly membership because I definitely need more of this in my life. I am going to bring my daughter next time, because she needs to experience this, too. Definitely recommend this spa to everyone. read more

Decided to continue celebrating with my fiancé with a last minute massage. Mindy was so accommodating when booking our appointment a few hours prior, even asking if we were celebrating anything. We were fortunate to book a couples massage at their last available appointment for the evening, and we were welcomed to arrive early to use their facilities and relax prior to our treatment. When we arrived we were greeted by name with warm smiles, which due to covid were concealed by masks but their energies were warm and welcoming. The reception space was bright and serene and is by far the most gorgeous spa outside of a resort on Oahu. They checked us in and informed us that we must keep our masks on while in their facilities, until we get to the treatment room and that everything has been sanitized for everyone's safety. We were provided with plush robes and slippers which we wanted to take home because they were that comfortable and lux. We were then escorted to the locker room, equipped with a steam room, large shower, restroom, lockers and fully stocked with hygiene products. We relaxed in the steam room and lounge area until our Lomi Lomi treatment began. Just before the treatment we waited in the lounge area which displayed 2 large art pieces by a local artist but the biggest surprise was the art in the couples room. When it was time for the treatment we were met by Lole and Allie who introduced themselves, continued with well wishes on our engagement and escorted us to their couples massage room. We were advised again that they have sanitized everything, there was a disposable mask in the face rest and would be provided with another reusable mask once we were turned as well as providing a UV light sanitizer bag for the masks we arrived with. It was fiancé's first massage and because he's extremely ticklish he was very anxious. Let me just say this was the best massage I've had in quite some time. Allie's skills were top-notch and we will definitely be purchasing their monthly membership. Lole's energy really made my fiancé comfortable and her skills opened his eyes to what he's been missing out on. I was really excited to get a much needed facial today. When I walked in I was greeted promptly. They checked me and showed me the bathroom to change into the robe. While being escorted to the bathroom I notice that everything was sanitized and clean. I changed into the robe and went into the lounge area and waited for my esthetician Johnna P. to come and get me. We went into the room and she took my mask and glasses and put it in a pouch to sanitize it while I was getting my facial. During my facial Johnna explained everything that she was doing. At one point I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. Once she was done she woke me which I was bummed it was over already but she took me to the lounge area which she had a treat waiting for me. This has one of the best experience that I have and would recommend my friends and family to go a get a facial from Johnna. read more
