Thursday night, I had a major oil leak. I called them Friday morning and they fixed it right away no hesitations no questions. Pick it back up Friday ran great. Saturday and she doesn't start. I'm not a mechanic so I have no idea why but I guess the battery but they went above and beyond they drove to my to the vehicle got it started. I drove it to the dealership and they fixed it and I had it back again the same day. If you ask me that is above and beyond what a dealership has to do when selling a used vehicle. Over the years my family has purchased several vehicles from the dealership and they've always treated us with respect and this time they went above and beyond!!! All the coolant went into the engine, ruining the engine. They breached their agreement, didn't keep their promise and tried to tell me they went above and beyond . They got paid the $20k for the truck and I got a truck unsafe to drive. Not much integrity when you don't follow through with your promise. The person we had been communicating with was not in that day, but there was another person there to show us the car. I followed him into the sales office and he looked up the car and saw all our interactions - inquiries, the Lemon Squad inspection, etc. I asked if we could see the truck and take it for a test drive. He said " ... sorry, but I need a commitment that you are going to buy this truck today before you can test drive it. I mean, we have to find it on the lot, get it ready ... it's a lot. So let's talk about price and financing first." WTF? Seriously? I paid $200 for an inspection because I couldn't be there in person - you don't think I'm even maybe a little bit serious about wanting to buy this truck? I said ... "well, do you think you could pull it around and let us at least open the doors and look at it?" He said, sure, sure, we can do that. Then he wanders off and doesn't come back. We wait a bit, and then a bit more. At this point we are thinking that the truck could be the best deal in the world and we would NEVER buy something from this outfit. Incredible. We left, of course, and no one ever reached back out to us or followed up to see if we were even a bit interested. Crazy attitude they have, if you ask me.
