Shocking, actually. So we live about 600 miles south, but a Ford F150 was advertised on their site. Did a lot of research, and even paid for a $200 Lemon Squad inspection. About three weeks after the inspection completed, it so happened that we were swinging through Sacramento on our way north and stopped in to see the truck. The person we had been communicating with was not in that day, but there was another person there to show us the car. I followed him into the sales office and he looked up the car and saw all our interactions - inquiries, the Lemon Squad inspection, etc. I asked if we could see the truck and take it for a test drive. He said " ... sorry, but I need a commitment that you are going to buy this truck today before you can test drive it. I mean, we have to find it on the lot, get it ready ... it's a lot. So let's talk about price and financing first." WTF? Seriously? I paid $200 for an inspection because I couldn't be there in person - you don't think I'm even maybe a little bit serious about wanting to buy this truck? I said ... "well, do you think you could pull it around and let us at least open the doors and look at it?" He said, sure, sure, we can do that. Then he wanders off and doesn't come back. We wait a bit, and then a bit more. At this point we are thinking that the truck could be the best deal in the world and we would NEVER buy something from this outfit. Incredible. If you want to purchase a car and expect good faith interaction, don't come here. I contacted them and came out to see the car. They have a lot of cars, some of them jam packed on a dirt lot. Such was the case with car I came to see. They were quick to say that prices were non-negotiable. I drove it no problem with that. I told them I wanted a Pre Purchase Inspection and they said if I wanted them to take it somewhere for that it would be $250 but they would reimburse me if I bought the car. Why $250 to drive it less than 2 miles and pick it up later? your guess is as good as mine. 3 days later they dropped the price by $1000 and notified me about it. I guess the non-negotiable prices weren't so firm. Later, I confirmed I would buy the car if the PPI was good. I contacted Lemon Squad (another company to avoid) to go there and do the inspection. After Lemon Squad did their inspection, I received a text that the car was sold. They never even tried to call me to let me know and create a bidding war scenario. To me that was bad business but really just stupid on their part. The cherry on top was they asked me if I was interested in a similar car on their lot since the other sold! LOL, why would anyone do that if they could sell that car at any time before you got there? For example, Right in front of us we listened to a salesman on the phone tell a potential customer "Yes, we change all filters and fluids, do a full inspection and repair anything needed"...wow, what a Sinky fish tale that is. He should be ashamed of himself. The "mechanics" have parts and junk sitting in piles next to the office. Parts on the ground, tools astray. Not good vibes by all the visual evidence. Take a long test drive, not the 2 mile up the street and freeway and back. Check engine lights don't always pop up immediately. Pay extra to have any vehicle inspected elsewhere prior to purchase. Save yourself the trip! My husband had called to ask about a car. Told them I would be up to check it out. No one greeted me. No one had the car ready. The coolant light turned on when they pulled it around. They took it to the shop and came back and said it was fine. Then the AC didn't work. This was a luxury car I had cash for. They also offered $5k below for our trade in. My vehicles are immaculate and I take great pride in customer service and great reviews. It pains me to write this but it is necessary. zero stars if I could, drove from the bay area to Sacramento. Ran my credit before I even test drove the car was a the first red flag. I had an appointment here at 10:00 AM Saturday June 13, 2026 with Hadi Mishal to look at a vehicle 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Sport and the entire experience was a complete mess. From the start, I felt incredibly rushed and pressured to buy a high-mileage luxury car. Thankfully, my husband brought his diagnostic scanner tool to check the vehicle's health. The staff immediately seemed annoyed that we were doing our due diligence. While we were there, a staff member and another person took the car, drove it around the block, and deliberately cleared the active error codes to hide the vehicle's actual mechanical issues from our scanner. This is incredibly deceitful and dangerous behavior. They tried to pressure me into a bad deal and actively attempted to hide major red flags. If you shop here, bring a mechanic, bring a scanner, and do not let them rush you. Absolute lack of integrity. To top it all off, when we rightfully asked for our $500 deposit back after catching them erasing engine codes, the salesman threw a massive tantrum. He tried to guilt-trip us, making a huge deal about how he 'held the car from other people'--even though I hadn't even test-driven the vehicle yet! I showed up wanting to look at a truck. The salesman who greeted me couldn't stop telling me how many trucks they had and how much business they did. After 30 minutes of being there and getting the truck started because the batteries were dead. I wanted to test drive it. He said that I had to get pre-approval with my credit agency to do so. I had to call my own bank and have them tell him that I was preapproved. We finally went on a test drive: the air conditioner didn't work, the driver side mirror was broken and didn't adjust, and the entire time he was on his phone trying to make deals with other customers ignoring me. Worst customer service and sales experience ever! I would give them zero stars if I could. These guys suck! read more

Deeply slimy behavior from these guys. I called ahead to let them know that I'd like to test drive a GX they had. They said they would be happy to let me test drive it. When I showed up an hour and a half before closing the guy that met me out front immediately asked if I would be buying the car "today". When I said no, I needed a week or so to work out finances, he said I could not test drive the car because they were "about to close" and "it's a lot of work to get the car out". I told them that's exactly why I called ahead (HOURS ahead) and was informed that they never take anyone seriously when they say they're coming because so many people don't show up. This dealership sold me a faulty car that was supposed to be in working condition. It broke down 5 days after I bought it. The people that answered the phone kept telling me that management was either busy or on lunch. They promised to call back for 3 days but never did. Found a truck that looked decent for the price. Willing to ship which was a requirement. I wanted to arrange a mechanic inspection. Which they grudgingly agreed to but I had to put a 200 dollar non refundable deposit out on a debut card( 1st and 2nd flag) Truck only had one key which is a 200 dollar expense but I talked them into supplying a 2nd key for cost. Inspection comes. Report comes basically saying the truck is unsafe to drive as it is. Pretty much the entire front end needs to be rebuilt. Motor mounts are shot. Coolant is so old it's now corrosive based on the chemical test. Same for brake fluid. Transmission fluid is somewhat burned even though it was supposedly serviced less than 10K ago. engine oil is black, even tho carfax says it's new from less than 2000 miles ago. In short, a pig in lipstick. To be clear, I was expecting SOME issues. Its a 20 year old truck so there will be issues. But this went way above what was expected for the price and conflicted with what CarFax said had been done. This was a classic case of it looking nice on the surface but not so nice under it. When I texted them to let them know there were issues and I wasnt going to proceed, I was ghosted which tells me they knew. I did get a call when I was out but no message. No email. No text. So in short, steer clear. Guys like this give the indies a bad name. The take away is ALWAYS, ALWAYS pay get the car inspected. I dont care if your uncle is a car nut. Let someone without a dog in the fight take a unbiased look. It can save you thousands in unplanned costs. read more

After reading the reviews I realized that by refusing to pay the $250 fee to take the car for a pre-inspection and not buying the car is probably a blessing. They wouldn't even work with the fee on a $100K vehicle. This tells me there was something wrong with the vehicle. A person doesn't take a vehicle for a pre-inspection at a Porsche dealer if they are not serious about buying it. On May 3rd, I went to this dealership to buy a 2015 Cadillac. From the moment I arrived, they simply handed me the car keys and offered no further explanation or details about the vehicle. I was interested in other cars on the lot as well, but at no point did any staff member approach me to see if I needed assistance with anything; they were present only when I first arrived and when we finalized the payment. The facility itself looks like a junkyard, and the cars there do not appear to be up to date on their maintenance. Within the first week of owning the car, the "check engine" light came on. I took it to a mechanic, and after running diagnostics, they informed me that the engine had already undergone prior repairs--something that never appeared on the CARFAX report. It had been patched up using nothing more than wire, and now I have to purchase an entirely new engine for the car I contacted them, and they refused to provide a solution . If you're looking to buy a car just to have it sit in your backyard, go ahead and buy from these guys. read more

went to go look at a ford mustang gt with low miles and booked a test drive 4 days prior. I walked in to see the car was filthy inside and out with the windows down, judging with the amount of dust the windows were down for days if not weeks. This dealership obviously does not care for the vehicles on the lot, so why would they care for customer's satisfaction . While inspecting the car, I caught the tail end of another customer arguing with a salesman and said "this is why you can't sell all these vehicles" then walked off. After that I said I'll be right back, I then researched the history of this place to find out there is an active lawsuit against them and a previous insurance fraud. I bought a Audi A7 2013 as is. The car fax looked fine no major repairs. But after driving it for a month I found out it was leaking oil. No wonder the dealer ship took it to the shop one last time for an oil change. I financed the car so I paid about $40,000 dollars. My advice make sure your car don't leak oil and to those selling cars knowing they leak oil shame on you. I feel like they knew about the oil leak. Do not buy a car here, we purchased a used BMW and within one week the check engine light came on and the car needed the oil filter housing replaced. We called the dealer to see if they could help out and they did not even call us back. The next week when my son was driving the car to school in Santa Barbara the air conditioner failed leading to $6k in repairs which was more than the car was even worth. When we purchased the car, they were recharging the AC which probably should've been a sign that they knew something was wrong with the car. I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership, and overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Before even showing up, I called to ask a simple question--whether the Jeep had a tow hitch--since it's over an hour drive for me. Instead of checking, the employee brushed me off and said they were busy and assumed I'd just come in anyway, which already felt unprofessional. When I arrived, I noticed right away that the cars were not as clean or as nice as they appeared in the online photos--they definitely look enhanced online. I worked with a younger salesman who was actually respectful and easy to deal with, but the manager completely ruined the experience. He was extremely rude and had an attitude anytime I asked questions. At one point, I mentioned I was used to buying from larger dealerships, and he immediately got defensive and argumentative over something that had nothing to do with my concern. Before signing anything, I asked about a few issues on the car and specifically asked if the oil had been changed. I was told clearly that the vehicle had been serviced when it arrived. I trusted that and moved forward with the purchase. The very next day, I checked the oil myself--and it was pitch black. It was obvious the oil had not been changed at all. When I called them about it, the same manager was rude again, refused to help, and hung up on me. If I can't trust them to do something as basic as an oil change--which they told me was already done--how can anyone trust them with anything else when spending thousands of hard-earned dollars? They also never offered gap insurance or any extended warranty options, which is something most dealerships go over with you. It felt like their only goal was to make the sale and push you out the door as fast as possible. Once you sign, you're completely on your own. On top of that, I later found out a friend of mine also had a terrible experience with this dealership--his engine ended up being bad, and he is currently taking legal action. I honestly wish I had paid more attention to the reviews beforehand, because they reflect exactly the kind of experience I had. I will not be buying from this dealership again.
