    Wood Grilled Australian Lamb Chops
    Vy H.

Got reservations recently for dinner on a Wednesday night, "guaranteed patio seating"--with a $150 per person food & beverage minimum spend requirement. The view was AMAZING, overlooking the Bellagio fountain and a great view of the Strip at night. Got to see the water show frequently too! The ambiance was probably the highlight of our experience here. Service was great, our server Paul was OUTSTANDING--friendly and attentive! Food was overall good, but nothing mind blowing, and overpriced. For appetizers, we got the Maryland Blue Crab Cakes (it comes in 2 but we added a third crab cake since there were 3 ppl), Wood Oven Roasted Blue Prawns and Prosciutto Di Parma Buffalo Mozzarella. For entrees, we ordered Wood Grilled Australian Lamb Chops, 1 oz. Kaluga Caviar and American Wagyu Eye of Ribeye. For desserts, the Spiked Lemon and Basque Cheesecake were okay. Paul brought out a plate of fresh Chocolate Chip Cookies with Vanilla Ice Cream--delicious! There's a "dress code" here but it was not enforced--I saw several men wearing shorts or sweatpants, and some even had on sneakers.

I attended a private dinner for 16 guests in their small room. A little tight for the servers to get to the folks seated at the windows, but bearable. We had a semi-fixed menu. The server who took our orders was helpful - and flexible! The service was impressive, with perfect timing for the drinks and the courses. The Spiked Lemon dessert was, honestly, a delicious piece of art!

Excellent experience!!! I arrived a little early for my outside dining reservations and didn't have to wait. I was quickly seated. Waitress came to me immediately.. provided me recommendations and also helped me with my final meal decision. Drinks and food came in a timely fashion. Now, my Bolognese... delicious!! On top of great service and food... I got to look at the fountain show. Moving forward, anytime I go to Vegas, Spago will be a MUST!

Everything here has always been a 10/10 experience. From the views of the fountain, to the service and the food, it is always excellent! I absolutely recommend the spiked lemon for desert, it is my absolute favorite dessert of all time, and I dream of my trips to Vegas just so I can enjoy this dessert!

    Great views

What an amazing experience in celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. First of all our service was impeccable! Julian was our main waiter, he paced the entire meal perfectly! He made several really good recommendations and was perfect in his service. We were seated on the balcony with a great view of the Fountain show. We started off with two appetizers and two glasses of wine. We shared the Endive Salad and Octopus. They were fantastic! For our entrées, we had the filet mignon and the Wienerschnitzel. They were both 10 out of 10. And then we finished up with dessert, wow! Do not miss the spiked lemon dessert! It's the most amazing dessert that both my wife and I have ever had. Julian our waiter was amazing he made what was a really good night, perfect! We would come back again for special occasions. On the best dinner experiences we've ever had.

Super pretty even though a bit soggy

The prosciutto pizza was delightful! We sat at the bar and enjoyed the beautiful decor. The bartenders took excellent care of us. After walking past this restaurant for years and years, we finally stopped in for a little bite. I know the Chinois Chicken Salad $28 is famous. I found it to be ok. It was mostly the ingredients (cashews & chicken) instead of lettuce greens. It was also over dressed and a touch soggy. I wouldn't order it again. The prosciutto pizza $32 was super delicious. 100% would order that again. Our bartender, Kaitlin (with the great laugh), let us taste the non-alcoholic rosé and it was absolute a**! Take that sh*t off the menu! Yikes!

Never been disappointed with any dish from Spago, whether in BH or here in Las Vegas. This time we ordered à la carte: crab cakes, agnolotti and rib eye. Very flavorful, maybe a little salty but just right! They help split the dishes, and service is attentive but not overbearing. It's a little loud inside but there are fabulous views of the lake on the terrace. A must try if you haven't been!

Fresh off of our visit to Hell's Kitchen, we decided to hit up another celebrity chef spot on the strip. We were able to book a same day reservation on Memorial Day! We ordered à la carte and opted to sit inside since it was way too hot out. Here's my review of everything we ordered: Half dozen oysters: 5/5 -- the mignonette was soooo sharp and good! Oysters were very fresh and not briny. Crab cake: 4.75/5 -- could've used a hintttt of lemon, maybe a punchier salsa on top? Didn't really taste the puree either, but the crab itself was so sweet. Smoked salmon pizza with caviar: 5/5 -- I wanna hate this just to be a hater but this is delicious lol. I love how light the cream cheese is and the dough is perfection Agnolotti: 5/5 -- creamy, sweet, rich, the mushrooms are almost meaty, soooo good Veal wienerschnitzel: 3.75/5 -- cutlet itself was really good, the sides just seemed a little plopped on and not super cohesive? Would've scored higher if not the price point. Jidori chicken: 3/5 -- everything was done well, but it was so one dimensional. Had me wishing I kept the mignonette from the oysters to eat with this dish. Squeezed some lemon on top from the veal dish and it helped but at that price point I shouldn't have to make any adjustments. Cocktail with pineapple rum: 5/5 -- delicious, that hint of vanilla with the pineapple is divineeee Spiked lemon: 5/5 -- unapologetically yuzu!!! the chocolate shell is not too sweet, and the meringue as well. The chocolate is thin and tempered well; has a nice snap to it. Pretty good scores for the food, but why 3 stars? Whereas my partner and I thought Hell's Kitchen was worth the price, we didn't think that was the case for Spago. We felt like we could get the same quality dishes and drinks back home for half the cost. Good thing we had food and drink vouchers from our hotel to cut the bill down!

Came on a Monday night with family to celebrate my Moms birthday and it was amazing. Our server was very nice and attentive. Food came out quick and we all enjoyed our orders. I was able to try everyone's meals and i'm very impressed with how delicious every single one was. Even all the desserts were phenomenal. The water show in the background while dining was very cool. The restaurant is inside Bellagio, we stayed at The Linq Hotel for my work conference so the walk was pretty easy.

I totally get it, this place is fine dinning, however, knock off 2 stars because their soda can was literally a sip! Paid a lot more for a Coke than I drank. I ordered the spaghetti and steak. Both dishes were great and tasty! I just wish the portions were more. It seemed like a sip of a drink and a food tasting for the food, lol. I would dine here if you have the means to and are okay with smaller side portions. The environment was clean and the servers were super nice and helpful.

    That view!

We came first for brunch. That wasn't particularly impressive. - small portions and an omelette that, while lovely in color, was just an omelette after all. So when we made a dinner reservation, I wasn't expecting to be wowed. I was wowed. Here's what you do: Get yourself a reservation for a guaranteed patio/water view. It's $150 a person food/beverage minimum I believe, but it's worth it. And it's also easy to achieve if you follow my instructions. Start with the lobster bisque. My partner is still talking about this a couple of months later. Probably the best lobster bisque he's had in Vegas and he tries them all. Order the bread. I know... paying for bread is wild but this is worth it. Get a seafood tower. It's not on the dinner menu. It's only on the brunch menu. I have no idea why. Few things say "I'm in VEGAS BABY" more than a seafood tower. But if you ask for one, you can get one. And you should. It's one of the best we've had on the Strip. Order a couple of glasses of Champagne. Relax and enjoy that amazing view. Oh, and you've probably hit your spend minimum by now. If not, get that Spiked Lemon for dessert. Few things say "Celebratory" more than champagne, fresh seafood and that view. This is a meal I would do a hundred times or more. Now tip your waiter generously because the service is perfect. You're welcome.

Spago during Fourth of July weekend was such a memorable experience and one of the best date nights I've had. Watching the Bellagio fountains dance to patriotic music made the whole evening feel so special, and the prix fixe menu was incredible. The salmon was hands down the best I've ever had,it practically melted in my mouth like sashimi. Definitely a meal and a view I'll never forget.

I believe Spago has a 90 minute table maximum seating. I'd just call and ask them to be sure.

If you don't reserve the patio seating at $150pp for dinner but get seated there if you request a patio seat when you arrive, are you still charged the fee if you get seat in the patio?

Does Wolfgang puck actually cook here?

Chef Puck comes to Las Vegas about once a month to visit his restaurants. He will occasionally cook at Spago but is often there for meetings with thr Executive Chef and his teams.

I used food and beverage credit by charging to my room, you only have to pay for tip and any overages when you check out.

We just went in December and the patio was open

Do they allow for walking for brunch?

    If seating is available, absolutely.

Does anyone have any clue on how to make reservation for the patio setting?

They don't do reservation for the patio, it's not guaranteed. First come first serve. Earlier reservation would be your best bet.

How do I reserve a fountain view table on the outside? Online reservation only allowed for main dining room.

There isn't away to reserve patio seating. I would suggest having the reservationist note your preference on your reservation and arrive a bit early to also make the host aware.

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... They had a limited selection of non-alcoholic drinks and upon asking if I could get one of their featured drinks in a NA version, the bartender seemed like he was being put out by the request. He made it, but the drink I got didn't really have any of the flavors described.
