TL;DR: Save your money and your stomach--go somewhere else. The service wasn't good. Food left us with upset stomach. We had a reservation at CUT around 5:00 p.m. on a Thursday. From the moment we sat down, we felt rushed and somewhat undervalued. I ordered a Mezcal Negroni and explained that I wanted something smoky that I could slowly sip on. I was recommended one of the least smoky mezcals, and it ended up tasting like a regular Negroni. I ultimately settled for a Coca-Cola since I wasn't impressed with the red wine selection or the price points. The soda came in a very small cup and cost $6. I politely asked if they could comp one since my original drink recommendation missed the mark, but they declined. After that, when we asked for a refill of sparkling water or looked at the dessert menu, the interactions made us feel as though the staff assumed we couldn't afford it. Whether that was their intention or not, that was the impression they left us with, and it made for an uncomfortable experience. The food was good, but not great. I've had much better steaks at less expensive steakhouses. My New York strip was also cooler than I would have liked. The sides were very good, especially the Mexican street corn. The food didn't earn a higher rating because both of us felt sick afterward. It upset both of our stomachs, left us extremely gassy, and gave us both acid reflux--mine was some of the worst I've ever experienced. We also both felt noticeably dehydrated afterward despite drinking water, which made us suspect the food was heavily over-salted. I won't be returning. Between being asked three times within about 10 minutes if we were ready to order and the overall service throughout the meal, I have no interest in spending money here again. Based on the experience we had, I felt the tip I left was more generous than the service warranted.

If you're looking for a restaurant that is classy, intimate, and upscale vibe with amazing food and service - CUT is THE place to be! My girlfriend and I dined here to kick off our Vegas trip, and man, our expectations were blown out of the water. First of all, the front of staff is so kind and accommodating. My brother and his girlfriend were driving in from California so they were facing a LOT of traffic- we ended up having to push back our reservation from 8:30pm to 9:30pm, and the hostesses were so nice about it and didn't give us a hard time at all. Already, I was feeling great about the place before I even walked in the door. Once we got to CUT, we were just enthralled by the beautiful and classy decor and we were seated right next to this giant mirror which reflected all of the gorgeous lights. Our servers were amazing. Literally catering to our every needs, checking in on us (not too much and not too little), and the drinks and food came out at a great pace. We ordered: Shellfish Plateau - Literally the most fresh and delicious seafood of the entire trip by far. The seafood is SO chilled which just adds to the freshness. Caviar Service - Can you ever go wrong with caviar? The caviar was divine and all of the accompaniments made it even better. Filet Mignon, Yukon Gold Potato Puree, Brocolini - Okay, literally my favorite part of the entree is that they serve you the food! Yes, they don't just drop the steak and sides on the table, they cut the steak for you, and serve you all the sides. It truly feels like fine dining here! The BCP Sphere - Super cool dessert! They melt the ball in front of you and of course it was also rich, indulgent and delicious. All in all, CUT has become one of my MUST go-to places when I come to Vegas. The service, the food, and the ambiance are all top notch. I wish we had one here in Hawaii. Until then, I'll be back as soon as I come back to Vegas!

Customer Service was superb! The restaurant was so inviting, with such fine dining. It's a wonderful place to celebrate a special milestone with your loved ones. The food was delicious, and the premium steaks were absolutely top-notch! We especially loved the Japanese Wagyu. The blue crab roll was our least favorite because it was so expensive for just one hand roll, and it nothing special about it. Our sides were very yummy, and we enjoyed all the steaks we ordered. The meat was so tender. Be sure to order the carrot cake baked Alaska; it was the highlight of the evening. Our waiters also gifted us a variety of truffles. We would most liking be visiting again.

Dine in experience was exceptional. We had the small seafood tower, caviar service (at $125 not expensive at all for inside a Vegas casino) apple salad , Japanese A5 Wagyu and tempura onion rings (very crisp and tasty!). Service excellent and fast. Food was all great. Bread good too! Would return.

The ambience here is perfect for a couple whether you're celebrating an anniversary of birthday or just being together this is the perfect scenery From the very beginning as soon as you step in, you are treated like royalty as your chairs are pulled out for you, the napkin laid across your lap & the drinks are offered and poured almost instantly. You have multiple servers at your fingertips Be prepared to spend some money as everything on the menu is rather pricey, but I must've admit the food was definitely worth every penny spent This isn't your every day restaurant, but definitely want to come and celebrate a loved one or a friend The steaks were cooked to perfection. The Mac and cheese amazing even the french fries were tasty. We also had oysters delicious. I didn't really care too much for my alcoholic beverage, but everything else was superb.

Took one star off for the price vs value but overall service was excellent and food was tasty. Location: Inside Venetian, close to rewards desk. Ambience: Modern elegance and perfect spot for large group dinners as it's huge inside. Service: Spot on service, attentive without being intrusive. Appetizers: Everything tasted very good but pricey for portion size for scallops and crab cakes. The tartare was a good value. Entree: Again a value issue. Pasta is $54! I got a aged 12oz ribeye for $100+ Perfectly cooked as requested. But the steak had several tough tendons running through it and for an aged steak, did not have the funkiness that I prefer. Maybe it was a lightly aged steak. Dessert: several good options. The Chocolate Soufflé looks great but it's a 15 mins wait, wish the waiter that told us in the beginning so we could order it in advance and pace it better. We ended up with the Basque cheesecake, it was a huge piece of cake, comes with apples and caramel sauce. Very tasty. For pure steak in Vegas, Peter Lugers is still my favorite, then CUT, then Bavette. Will come back if I need space for a large group dinner.

Beautiful venue for an intimate dining experience!

Such a nice venue to have an intimate dinner with friends. Looking to dip out of the Vegas hustle and bustle? Cut by Wolfgang Puck is definitely one I'd recommend for those who are looking for impeccable customer service and quality food and beverage. The venue is low-lit and beautifully designed for a relaxing dining experience. I immediately felt like I was transported to a large city, high end restaurant. Whiskey would have been my choice, as the dark wood and clean line establishment screamed "Have an Old Fashion with a sweet cigar!". However, we decided to share a nice bottle of Pinot and next time, I'll definitely try their whiskey selection. I'd give it five stars if they had a wider selection of wines--I was slightly disappointed in the level of wines offered as well. I ordered the filet mignon--delish!--with a side of puréed potatoes and a butter leaf salad, sans the blue cheese crumble (not a fan). That combo was perfect and I left with my tummy content and ready to hit the tables! Mahalo for a great night!

Celebrated my birthday at CUT and had an excellent experience. First off, loved the atmosphere here, located between the Venetian and Palazzo right around the high-end Canal Shoppes, it was elegant and beautiful inside. The chairs are rocking chairs which was a nice feature, but I wish they had higher backs as it got a little uncomfortable after a bit and a little snug for people with big booties :D. The service was outstanding. Our server Chris was so charming and knowledgeable. He provided top tier service and offered great suggestions and helpful tips. We had a party of 6 and wanted to share a bunch of things for the table so he guided us on possible options. My husband ordered a specialty smoked Old Fashioned from the bar cart and it was one of the best OF's I've ever tried. The bartender was also amazing - so friendly and had such personality. She helped liven our group up. Now for the food: - Artisanal Housemade Bread Board - 10/10 OUTSTANDING. That warm focaccia was one of the best bites I had all night and the Vermont butter was divine - Maple Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly - 8.5/10. Super delicious and tender, but very small portion size. - American Wagyu Beef Sliders - 9/10. A table favorite. Juicy and perfectly cooked. I love a good slider and you rarely see them on a main menu (they're usually just at the bar). So good. - Jumbo Shrimp cocktail - 9/10. Not on the menu, per-say but they prepared it for us. Excellent quality shrimp. Tender and cut like butter. The cocktail sauce was fantastic. - Bone in Rib Chop - really delicious steak, good marbling, a few chewy pieces. 8/10 - didn't love how they served it to everyone. Would have liked to select our own pieces and evenly distribute the meat. - Bone in NY - 6.5/10. Loved the crust on this one, but the meat wasn't as tender as I was hoping for. We requested it be cooked medium and it was a little more on the rare side. Just not worth the price in my opinion. - Classic Creamed Spinach | Fried Organic Egg - 10/10. One of the best creamed spinach sides I've ever had. The egg in it is so bizarre and totally ingenious. LOVED it. - Tempura Onion Rings | Saffron-Smoked Paprika Aioli - 9/10. So good. The batter is super light and crispy and you don't get that "bite into one side and the whole onion slides out" thing. Just wish there were more because they were awesome. - Cavatappi Pasta "Mac & Cheese" - 8.5/10. Really solid Mac. Loved the flavor and texture. - Kung Pao Cauliflower - 7.5/10. I loved this dish but didn't feel like it really went with the meal. Flavors were great, but It was the only side that wasn't finished. *the horseradish cream was EXCELLENT and I enjoyed the steak sauce For my birthday they brought out a house made fudgesicle with a candle and it was so playful and really made my day. Not to mention it was really yummy. And finally, those chocolate truffles were the perfect ending to the meal. Overall, loved the atmosphere, service, and quality of the food. Felt some of the portions were a little skimpy for the price and we enjoyed the starters and sides a bit more than the steaks. All in all, a lovely experience.

Atmosphere: A typical upscale steak joint in Vegas. Everything is done in a formal fashion with impeccable attention. Nice dark woods and decent lighting. 1 star. Service: As stated above, the service was phenomenal. We had people attending to our every whim. 2 Star Food: We splurged and decided on the Shellfish Plateau appetizer which included a variety of amazing seafood. The dish is a chef's choice and ours included the following items: boiled shrimp, crab salad (wonderful), lobster tails, some Cajun style oysters which were very tasty, salmon ceviche (also wonderful), tuna sashimi (our favorite and utterly delicious), and some raw oysters. Worth every penny. We devoured it. For entrees, we decided on the Wagyu Hanger Steak and the Bolognese Pasta. Hanger was cooked to chef's choice which was just short of medium rare and was perfect for getting the full beefy flavor of a hanger steak. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the sauce was meaty and tasty. We decided to share a Lava Cake for dessert. Bursting with blackberries and a smooth warm chocolate flow, the cake was delicious. 2 stars Overall: A great experience and the food was delicious. 5 stars.

Saw the Wizard of Oz at the Sphere and stopped for dinner afterwards. Beautiful atmosphere. We were seated right away despite being early so that was nice. Kyle was our server and he and the whole team did a nice job. We started with a salad which was tasty but we asked them to hold the blue cheese and it still had it on the salad. They offered to replace it but we just picked around it. In the end they didn't charge us for it which was nice. We both enjoyed the filet mignon steaks and they were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Our sides were the potato puree - very smooth but would have preferred a bit more flavor - and the creamed spinach which was tasty but a little too soupy. I liked it but wish it was less soup-like but a bit more texture. We tried the banana cream pie dessert and the presentation was great! The inside was less "cream" but more like a frozen/icy dessert which hid the flavor of the dessert a bit. Overall it was an enjoyable evening to celebrate Father's Day.

An unforgettable experience that starts the moment you walk in! Every dish is presented beautifully. The care and love shows with the flavors unfolding in every bite. Service is impeccable! Everyone is so attentive, professional, and genuine! The cherry on top was the kitchen tour! We were able to see the orchestra at work! It truly elevates the experience! The experience, food, ambiance, and service is worth every penny! 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful staff. Beautifully decorated. Delicious food. We stopped in for a girls dinner. We ordered filet mignon, Mac and cheese, cauliflower, crab cakes, mashed potatoes and several cocktails. The highlights were the steaks and Mac and cheese. Steaks were appropriate temperature and the Mac and cheese and creamy and delicious. Cauliflower was underwhelming honestly didn't live up to the hype. Didn't get the promised spicy notes. The old fashioned and new fashion were hits with the table side smoky presentation. The tempting fate mocktail was clean and refreshing. Overall good experience. Would recommend if in LV.

Please let Wolf know that CUT is, without a doubt, the best place on earth for food! Every dish was absolutely incredible, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights of our evening was getting to know Rebecca and Dave, along with our amazing server, Ron. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. They turned an outstanding meal into an unforgettable experience. We had an absolute blast and created memories we'll be talking about for a long time. Between the world-class food, impeccable service, and incredible atmosphere, CUT has become one of our favorite restaurants anywhere. We'll definitely be back many more times because of Rebecca, Dave, Ron, and, of course, your phenomenal food. Thank you for an unforgettable evening!

What happened to the bone marrow flan?

    Is there a Dress code?

    Nope

Do they charge a corkage fee?

Yes. I believe it is around $50

Yelper Sierra G. of San Diego says there is a Happy Hour with great drink and appetizer price points. What are the hours and days of Happy Hour?

Can you order/eat at the bar?

    Yes

What is the price range for a steak dinner?

Starts at about $79 just for the steak plus sides and drinks so min $100

Do they offer vegan options? And for the "funny" meat eaters, lots of steakhouses offer vegan options, esp on the Las Vegas strip

It's a steakhouse known for premium cuts of meat, so I doubt it.

Does CUT have a Happy Hour bar menu (Food and drinks)? If so, which days and times?

I know the bar opens at 5pm, there are menus specifically for the bar but I'm not sure if there are "bar food" options aside from appetizer/meal options from the main menu.

Is this the same Cut in Beverly Hills?

Michael, Yes it is! Ask for table 43- it's my favorite!

In the photos the sides look super small, are the pictures misleading?

They serve you your sides but leave a bowl on the table with more.

All I remember was going through the casino areas of Paris Hotel, and then going down one floor to the Horseshoe area to reach this bar just minutes before closing on a Friday close to midnight. I quickly grabbed a seat at the bar area and perused the menu, which has a ton of drinks, beers, wines, mocktails and even snacks. Even when close to closing time, patrons filled up all the bar seating which isn't a lot; most seating was couches and tables near the knickknacks. I got myself the Bee's Knees, which is cranberry and pineapple juice, apple puree, cinnamon fire syrup and some ginger beer according to their menu just outside the front entrance. I can only describe the taste as a sweetened fruit juice with a ton of fizz from the ginger beer, and the pineapple and apple came out on top for overpowering the drink overall. Some mint leaves and a slice of grapefruit were added in, and the mint leaves made this drink feel more like a special cocktail. This and other mocktails is $13 before tax, so pretty high price especially when considering their other alcoholic drinks are not that much higher than that... I actually still loved my drink, though! It was a nice wrap-up for my last day in Vegas and I'm curious now to look a lot more carefully at the stuff on the walls if I ever come here again!

Drinks are strong, free little water bottles (this was a nice touch to keep us all hydrated as we hung out until late), and handled our large (80+) person group admirably. They have a number of seating spaces with plush, couch-like seats downstairs, and lots of crystals and mirrors to reflect. Open to the casino so you can see the folks gambling and enjoying the space. At least they had enough bartenders, so that was good, too! Glass staircase down to the first floor. We didn't try any food (not even sure if they had a food menu?) , but I see notes about a secret pizza place? I'll have to try it again the next time.

I opted for a comfier lounge chair next to the bar and checked out the menu on the table. When I was ready to order, I went up to the bar. Which, if you've been to bars in general, they happily take your order and you wait and bring the drinks back to your seat. Well not at Vesper. Went up ready to order and the bartender asked where we were seated and said a waitress would come by and that we couldn't order with him. We sat, we waited 15-20 mins and no one came around. We waited long enough and decided it wasn't worth our money. If trying to get an order in was this difficult, can't imagine what the rest of the service is like.

I sat for around 15 minutes waiting for service and then walked up to the bar instead to order drinks. He rejected my offer and said the waitress would take my order and to return back to my seat. The waitress has not come around. she has been standing in the corner looking at nothing for the past 20 minutes.

As a huge Lisa Vanderpump fan, I had high expectations, and somehow the entire experience lived up to them. I genuinely felt like I was one of Lisa's besties sitting in her cocktail garden! My best friend and I were in Vegas celebrating the fact that we both recently got engaged, and this was the perfect place for it. We had a reservation but arrived a little early and were seated immediately. When we mentioned that we were celebrating our engagements, they surprised us with complimentary shots, which were delicious and such a thoughtful way to start the night. My best friend ordered a mocktail that she is still talking about and claims was one of the best drinks she's ever had. I ordered the pink margarita and absolutely loved it. The presentation of everything was gorgeous and felt so intentional. For food, we each ordered the Grilled Steak Skewers with pistachio chimichurri, and of course I couldn't come to a Vanderpump restaurant without trying the iconic Goat Cheese Balls. They absolutely lived up to the hype! Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, and the quality matched the elevated experience from start to finish. The ambiance is what really takes this place to another level. It's glamorous, romantic, moody, and luxurious without feeling like a gimmicky reality TV tourist attraction. You genuinely feel like you've stepped into the Vanderpump world. Between the gorgeous decor, incredible presentation, delicious food and drinks, and top tier service, the entire experience felt special from beginning to end. My best friend said this may have been the highlight of our entire Vegas trip, and I honestly can't disagree. If you're a Vanderpump fan, this is an absolute must, but even if you've never watched a single episode, it's still an incredible cocktail and dining experience. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We started with dinner at Gordon Ramsay's Pub, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Thankfully, we still had some time before the concert, so as a huge Lisa Vanderpump fan, we decided to stop by Vanderpump Garden for a cocktail. What a difference! From the moment we walked in, we were treated so warmly. The host who greeted and seated us completely turned our evening around. He was everywhere--cleaning tables, delivering meals, helping guests, managing reservations--and somehow did it all with genuine enthusiasm, professionalism, and kindness. You could tell he truly cared about every guest's experience. I even asked to take a photo with him because he made such an impression on us. Employees like him are rare, and I sincerely hope management recognizes what an incredible ambassador he is for your restaurant. He absolutely made our night and reminded us what outstanding hospitality looks like. We'll definitely be back for the cocktails, the atmosphere, and especially the exceptional service. Thank you for turning what started as a disappointing evening into a wonderful memory!
