When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

Miss Coco's shop is as charming as she is. She was eager to help, agreed to help with the tight deadline, and stayed late to ensure I left happy. As a fun bonus, she had some pieces for sale that I was able to snag: super cute Calvin Klein dress and a GORGEOUS duster that just happened to fit me perfectly. I had my wedding dress altered by Rosa and she did an amazing job! It took a little over 3 weeks…read more(which is faster than most places). This included adding bustles, hemming a few inches off, and taking in the waist. She even added a few extra clasps to the back button area just for security and added a finger loop for my long train. I think the pricing was a great value, but it will depend on material type, amount of layers, etc, do call ahead of time for a rough estimate. I will definitely keep coming to her if I have any other alteration needs!

This place has done a good job on some of my pants that I measured there. I was disappointed…read morerecently because I trusted the tailor to could cut my pants based on pants previously tailored there. I left a sample and the pants I received are a lot shorter than the sample. I recommend showing the person helping you while wearing it there at the store so they can pin it in front of you. They do not know how to cut pants using a sample or other piece of close for the desired tailor.

Made an appt with her ahead of time for 10am on Sat. Got there at 10, store was closed. My Mom called her and she said she's on the way. Waited 20 mins. When Dung got there, no apology or anything for being late. 2. We put in an order for custom ao dais to be made in Vietnam. She wrote down measurements and we sent her photos as well. Said she'll put in the order after Tet since they're closed for 2 wks and that she'll let my Mom know in a month on the price once she hears from Vietnam. Over 1.5 months passed, no word. Mom calls her and Dung said she completely forgot our order. On top of that, she asked my Mom if my Mom remembered where she wrote down our measurements. Huge red flag if you have to ask your customer where you put your own notes. 3. Very unapologetic about the whole situation and this is for a wedding, which we were on a timeline for. At this point, we didn't even want to go through with her. Poor customer service that you forgot and did nothing to try to make it right. 4. At the appt, my Dad also came in and told Dung that my Mom is a fan of her YouTube videos. She was quiet and said nothing. You'd think for someone who has a good following on YouTube that she'd be a bit more grateful to their customer, but from the very start she was distant and cold to us. Overall, just a horrible experience. Especially when this is for a wedding.
