Well, this place sure has a BIG menu. Everything from burgers to pizza and everything in between. This is our second visit here, and we have loved it both times. The staff is so eager to please and are super friendly. The place is a small eclectic building with photos and paintings on the wall (I am assuming from local artists). It's just a fun place!

Super cute restaurant with a fantastic menu! Reuben sandwich was the bomb and the club was delicious. Love their hand, cut fries, and homemade soups! Want to go back and try their pizzas next!

Inside look. There's like 5 tables and 5 booths. What else do you need?

Ambiance. You feel like you are in somebody's home. Probably is an old living room. Great roadside restaurant heading east/west across Florida. Food was fresh hot and on time. Perfect breakfast. Service was friendly. Thank you to the staff and I'll be back.

Very busy (during Daytona Bike week) Friday at 3P Prices are reasonable (but they do upcharge fries and such (from chips)). The portions are good size The food was great The fries and onion strings were amazing

Great little place off the main drag. Stopped in for a late lunch. Folks running the place couldn't have been nicer and our food came out delicious! Next time I have to remember to save room for the Limoncello Cake!

This is the double swamp burger I had for lunch and I was only able to eat 1/2 of it. Krystal & Carri attended to us very well, and Lance, Tim, Cheyanne & Elaina masterfully prepared our lunch and the other guests also. Each meal was delicious and cooked to perfection. We absolutely love Sparky's and dining here is always delicious and special. The atmosphere is always friendly, fun and festive. Kids enjoy eating here also.

Cute little roadside restaurant. There are 8-10 tables inside. They have a variety of sandwiches, dinner plates, pasta and pizza. They serve Pepsi products. I had a club sandwich and fries. It was a lot of food and very good. Server was good, despite being busy. It did take the kitchen quite a while but it was worth the wait. Prices are reasonable but there is an upcharge for something other than chips on most items.

Excellent little roadside restaurant. Nothing fancy, just damned good food. Their sweet tea is brewed in-house. The skillet burger was an amazingly hot iron skillet filled with meat, taters, onions, shrooms, gravy, and bottom bread. Wowsers! Just as good as my Momma made. The other half enjoyed her patty melt immensely. She ate the first half like a champ, only coming up for air once. The onion straws were thin, crispy, and fried just right. Red onions for the win on these. All-in-all, a decent lunch when on the road.

Based on everything that's important in my opinion this place has earned every star given out by my fellow Yelpers. Service - exceptional, attentive, very friendly and professional in a relaxed country setting. Menu - it's giant which always scares me but after watching dish after dish come out of the kitchen they definitely deliver the goods. Prices - beyond reasonable, there's lots of value for the dollar here. Onion Straw Appetizer - it's a ginormous serving, it arrived hot and seasoned perfect, so don't grab that salt shaker until you try them. The thinly sliced onions are freshly bread and fried to perfection in fresh grease. I really had to watch myself so I didn't fill up on these before the entrees arrived, they are really a must. Pizza - we ordered a small combination (sausage, pepperoni, onions, green peppers, black olives and cheese) - the crust is so good and the sauce stands on its own and plenty of stretchy cheese, they claim to be the best - no doubt maybe best in a restaurant that doesn't carry an Italian name lol. Country Fried Steak - mine was a non-tradition version, I prefer brown gravy over white whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. The gravy is good I wish I could say great but I'm a gravy maker and this one doesn't feel like it was a focus but it works especially when distributed equally over the steak and thinly cut fries. (my first choice was liver and onions and I panicked at the last minute and ordered my second choice) there's always a next with this place...

A true dive (in a good sense) but absolutely delightful. We had a veggie pizza and it was delicious. We loved the decor. We will definitely be back next time we're in town. We ordered the pizza without cheese and there was plenty of good stuff on it.

Well, if it's never happened to you then you probably haven't been to Blackwater Grill and Bar. I came in looking forward to the comedy show and dinner I and 3 others came for and a guy who was a bartender/ host ( maybe?) said you can't go upstairs because we were early ( 15 minutes to showtime). He then walked away without out welcoming us or suggesting that we have a drink at the bar, he just walked away. The waiter upstairs was preygood considering how overwhelmed he was due to the rush and understaffed bought over a glasses of swamp that looked and tasted like it had sea-monkeys from the 70's. No bottled water for sale. At the end of the show, one of the comedians announced that the show had a tip bucket that you could leave 'tips for them and he stood in the exit doorway with a bucket, partially blocking the exit ( worse than outside a Walmart or WaWa ) then the bright laser bean lights came on before anyone got a check. Very negative vibe here folks.... Here's you hat what's your hurry credo.

From the…read moremoment we walked in, to the recommendations on what to order, to chatting about what we'll try next time, the staff was wonderful. We arrived just before noon and were able to grab a table inside, though the patio looked like a fun option as well. I went with the brisket bánh mì, the Mrs. had the papa rellena, and our son chose the traditional eggs and bacon. Each meal was cooked perfectly, packed with flavor, and portioned just right. This is definitely a stop we'll add to the list the next time we're passing through.

Lovely Easter Brunch on the Patio…read more We came here for Easter brunch and had a really nice experience. I called about 45 minutes before arriving just to see if there was any chance we could get a table. They mentioned they were only taking reservations that day but were kind enough to squeeze us in for 1:30, which worked out perfectly. Raven was our waitress and she was wonderful. Super welcoming, friendly, and attentive the whole time without ever feeling overbearing. My husband and I shared a Caesar salad and the steak and eggs, and of course we had to order mimosas (two each... because brunch ). Everything came out fresh and tasty. One small personal preference, and this might just be me, but I would have liked the Caesar salad lettuce to be chopped a bit smaller instead of the larger pieces. Not a deal breaker at all, just something I noticed. The steak was cooked well. I wouldn't say it was the best steak I've ever had, but it was definitely good. What really stole the show for me was the chimichurri sauce. I could honestly eat that by itself with the potatoes, it was that good. We sat on the patio and were a little worried it might be too hot, but it was nicely shaded and they have fans going, so it was actually very comfortable. The only time we got a little warm was after our second mimosa... but that might be on us Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back.

Excellent service, very nice upper deck outside with ocean views and the best corned beef hash…read moreever! It was a rainy Thursday morning 10:30am. Not many people out n about so I couldn't really get a vibe for what the place would be like when it gets busy. But it was a great spot for breakfast and we sat on the rooftop area inside so it was covered from the rain, but I can't wait to go back someday for the outside ocean front deck, even closer to the water. I ordered the Irish Benedicte with hash that is homemade on premise with slow roasted corned beef. Very tasty. The side of Home fries were thinly sliced and I had gravy added to that so it was tasty too. Our server was excellent, Trevor was a very nice guy and he recommended we come back for the all you can eat ribs. I wish I was staying in town longer and I would. I'll make a point to come back next visit.

The exterior is clean and simple. When you walk in, it's clean, simple, and a bit Chip and Joanna-esque, which I love. I was quickly greeted and told I could sit anywhere. I was given a menu and their drink menu. After being off coffee for a week, I saw that they make their own coffee syrups, so I got an iced decaf almond milk latte with their salted caramel syrup. While I waited, I looked over the menu. I really wanted to try the french toast or the waffle, but opted for the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant and cup of their cheese grits. The latte came out quickly and tasted exquisite. Sometimes you get decaf and it tastes watery, but not this latte. My friend ordered a salad with grilled chicken on top. Everythign came out quickly. The first thing I noticed were the cheese grits. They were delicious. Rich, creamy, and flavorful. Get them. The bacon egg and cheese on a croissant was also really good. It was just after noon on a Friday when we arrived and there was a 10-minute wait for a table. Upon being seated, we were presented the menu. We both considered ordering the Reuben Sandwich but I opted instead for the Club Sandwich on Ciabatta (as recommended by our server) and a side of Seafood Chowder. We both just ordered water with a slice of lemon to drink. Our server eventually came back with my wife's Reuben sandwich served with a bag of chips and she also had my cup of chowder, commenting how the club sandwich will be served shortly. My wife liked her Reuben, with tender meat and sharp sauerkraut. She also liked how the rye bread held up to the strong flavors. My chowder was equally good but it wasn't served with crackers. We waited a while for our server to return so I could ask for some crackers but she went ghost on us. Finally, more than 10 minutes after my wife was served her sandwich, a gentleman, who we can only assume was the manager, came over to ask if I've been served my club sandwich. Of course I pointed to a clean table to indicate no sighting of my sandwich and I also asked for some crackers. A few minutes later, the same man came back with some crackers and apologized for a mix up in the back. That's when I told them to forget the club sandwich so we can be on our way. To the manager's credit, he had the club sandwich boxed up and gave it to me free of charge. He was very apologetic. I was still a bit miffed and thought about leaving the sandwich there but my wife convinced me otherwise. Needless to say, service wasn't at the forefront during that dining experience. Despite the service mix up, however, I was still inclined to give this place 4 stars for the taste and quality of the food. The staff can have some inconsistencies and I tend to believe that's not the norm for this establishment which has earned high marks on Yelp.
