As for the process of getting this project moving, I was very disappointed at times. I invested many hours, days, months, and finally a full year to get it done. The details are expansive so I will have to abbreviate this review. The crew seems like they know how to build a spa but the project management was my sore spot. If you go with ad tech, or the other name they go by, northwest pools and spa, please make sure you clarify exactly what you are getting and what work they will do and what work will be left up to you to do. I blame myself for part of this, but hey, I haven't had many hot tubs built, first time...but if I had known, I would have approached this differently. Please note you will be responsible for all electric, gas, and venting of equipment. To give you an idea of what this means, our quote was about 20k to build this hot tub(seemed like a great quote) but all of the extra work was about 9k and that was having a father n law who did most of the electrical. So, the price quote is only about 60% of what it's really going to cost you, and they dont really come out and tell you just how much additional work is required beyond their part. I was like ok, run a gas line, get the electrical panel fired up and they take care of connections. None of that was the case. I had to make all final connections to equipment and venting, which was a feat, lots of codes and permits that weren't part of the contract. Also, dont opt to excavate your own spa, not a good choice of mine :(, very upsetting. With all that said, we love our hot tub, we think it looks fantastic, (even though the project manager never complimented it herself) If you go with this company, you might get what seems like a good price quote but be clear on what you are getting. And it could take a very very long time to get completed. My favorite quote from the owner, and I applaud his honesty. "You were my most abused customer" what can you say to that....I just said, finish the darn thing.

Signed a contract in June for a spa despite a very long wait. Was told that I was buying a production slot for delivery in December, and even asked to initial that I agreed to the delivery date. In the fall I asked to upgrade my spa choice but was told that it was already in production. It is now January and I have been told several times that my spa is further delayed and that production won't start until February. There are a lot of supply chain issues which I recognize, but I am not sure that I actually bought a production slot or just a promise that couldn't be delivered. I don't know why I couldn't make changes before production began. *The good* - Friendly local staff - Good communication, even when the news is bad *The bad* - Cannot delivery on promised timelines. Dawn offered design and material advice that helped me narrow down tile and flooring choices. They carry just about everything that would cover any surface, including but not limited to floors. Most recently I ordered bathroom wall and floor tile. Dawn was spot on with delivery dates and availability. Josh gave me a list of tile installers they work with and recommend, which was a very good starting point for the next step. Their prices are good. Have been noticing an unusually large amount of water disappearing from my hot tub lately and…read morefeared the worst. Stopped by the Pool & Spa House to see how bad the damage could be and what I would need to do to fix it. Can I just say that Don was the greatest. He totally eased my fears and told me that hot tubs frequently get pin hole leaks in some of the joints and fittings. He even took me over to some of their systems on display to demonstrate where and what to look for in determining the type of leak. The best part was his recommendation of a product called "Fix a Leak" and how to apply it to my system. With one bottle and little expert instruction from Don, I fixed my hot tub in no time and it barely cost me any blood, sweat and tears as I had feared it might. Thanks Don!
