Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. There was a small issue with the PPF on the front bumper--just a miscommunication more than anything--but they handled it exactly how you'd hope. As soon as I brought it up, they jumped on it right away and fixed it without any hassle. That kind of responsiveness and accountability goes a long way. Nima was the one helping me throughout the process, and he was great to work with--very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, great experience. She was completely dismissive, refused to honor or price-match the original quote, and didn't even offer an apology for the 'miscommunication.' Because I was already there and couldn't easily reschedule my day, I ended up paying double the original quote to get the ceramic tint. My advice to anyone coming here: get your quote in writing and make sure it explicitly states the exact type of tint (e.g., nano-ceramic). You can easily find top-tier ceramic tint elsewhere for the price they charge for their mid-tier film. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 solely because of the two brothers working in the garage. I opted for the base option for $12 It got the job done and I will say the drive through did a pretty decent job of removing the dirt from my car. They offer vacuums and air hoses for post car wash, and there are plenty of spots to pull into. The only downside to my visit was this is the longest I've ever waited to go through a car wash. There was 1 car ahead of me in line when I pulled up and it took nearly 10 minutes. On the plus side, I guess it's a good sign that they do a really good job of spacing out the cars through the tunnel (I've seen my share of cars collide in a drive through wash due to being too close) Solid drive through car wash, a little pricier than others that you can find (basic for $10) but very conveniently located to several corporate offices in Irvine!

Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

First off, I'd like to thank Jae, the owner, for his professionalism and honesty. I have 2010 Mercedes eclass 4-ddor sedan and got a quote from him a month ago, $350 with 3M all 5 windows except the front wind shield. 4 weeks after, I called him to make an appointment for the job and reminded him of the quote, $350 He immediately said the quote cannot be $350. He said he must have said $300 to me because $350 is not the figure that he ever quoted to any customers for my type of vehicle. I was sold, I didn't even hesitate to bring my car in his shop right away. He could have easily pocked extra $50 by jut saying yes. Of course, as I expected, the job quality was phenomenal, down to finest detail. He kindly explained everything about tinting, and procedures. My wife was very happy with the result as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for auto tinting. And to all yelpers, you know there are not many people in this world who could be as honest as Jae at that moment, especially when it comes to sales business. Just got a new Merc E350 and wanted some shades on the windows. Jae was pretty corteous and knowledgable at the first impression. However, what was the most important to me was not the pricing, but honesty & professionalism. He was a bit more expensive than my the other estimates, but I knew Jae was the guy who could do the best job. I chose the most expensive 3M product (he wasn't pushy at all, just very informative) and he showed me every step of the way by starting opening a sealed box of the brand new 3M tint films, proving that he is not using any left over from the previous jobs nor bait & switch, which I didn't even thought about asking for it. UPDATE: 5/5/2024 Jae already did an excellent job with CR40 but I realized I preferred to get a darker tint for more privacy, safety, protection from heat and UV, and a sportier look. Went with CR20 all round, CR70 front windshield, and standard 3M 5% for the sunroof. Jae understood my preferences and shared his ideas and recommendations before we decided, all at a fair price. You pay for quality, not quantity. Now the car looks even better to me and as always Jae and his partner did an excellent job as usual, this is my 3rd car I brought to Specialized Auto Tint. Drove the car around in 96 degree weather in Palm Springs, 3M tint performed, definitely top shelf quality! This was my experience. Check out new photos and see for yourself. read more

I had a very unfortunate event that happened while getting my car serviced here, but I will say…read morethat in the end this business did do the right thing, but it was a little bit of a challenge getting them to reconcile. I'll save you guys some time and will give you the cliff notes of what happened. I brought in my brand new Porsche to get the front two windows tinted to match the factory tint on the other windows. I spoke to Sam and everything was all fine. My windows got tinted. It was a rainy day so I took the keys went home, my husband inspected the tint and unfortunately there was damage to the pillars of my car windows because the technician used a torch gun and it melted the side panels. We immediately went back up to the store, explained to Sam what happened Sam immediately took accountability and responsibility for getting this resolved on the next business day. Sam offered to get our car fixed at a non-Porsche repair shop, which did not sit well with us, considering our car was brand new fresh off the lot and we didn't feel comfortable taking the car to a place that was not Porsche certified. They were recommending this option because of the labor price difference and I assume they wanted to try to cut cost for the repair. We shared that that was not acceptable and Sam did arrange for my car to get repaired at Porsche and worked with my service advisor to coordinate the drop off and repair of my vehicle. The whole ordeal took about two weeks, but my car did get fixed to our standards and Sam always led with wanting to do the right thing and I'm glad that we were able to get this resolved. So if you do decide to get your windows tinted here, please be sure to do a thorough inspection and I hope that my unfortunate experience will help prevent any future damage to anyone else's car. I'm still leaving four stars because the tint itself does look fine and Sam was fair to work with.
