I didn't have time for an oil change today, but I definitely needed air in my tires. The manager came out to see what I needed And I told him that I didn't have time for my service but was very concerned about my tire pressure. He was so kind and receptive to my need and had one of his technicians take care of me right away. The technician, Michael, was also very kind and attentive. After putting air in all of my tires, he told me that my air pressure was very low at around 20. He also reassured me that whenever I needed to feel free to come back so that they can help me in the future. This is one of the reasons my family has purchased about 10 cars from Nissan/Infiniti Of elk grove is because of their service. I really appreciate the care that they take in their customers and I am the first to always share that information with others.

She said they needed about an hour-or-so's notice, but otherwise could book an inspection right away. Very convenient! The pricing was very reasonable, and I opted for paying a little extra for the "Vehicle Value Estimate," which I'm glad I did as it gave me a helpful reference for the dealer's asking price based on the condition of the specific vehicle. Beau was the technician, and he was absolutely awesome! He texted me photos and offered to ask any questions I had. He did a thorough inspection, and really knew what he was doing. They also informed me of a noise that could have been something serious leaving me stranded in the future, which I appreciated. All I needed was labor for a transmission drain and refill, engine oil change, coolant flush, and brake fluid flush. They quoted me over 500 dollars just for labor with no parts included. That price felt way too high for basic maintenance, especially when I brought everything. I'd recommend calling around before settling on this place. Just sharing my experience.

NEW ACTUAL GREAT HONEST MECHANIC HERE)…read more The registration and smog is due on my 2004 Mazda next week (i know it's old but with minivan prices today, i know what i have and don't want to give it up that easily), but with the check engine light BLINKING+ other problems I knew no way I would get smog passed. I called around a few places (some others I found on yelp with promising reviews), but they were booked until the next week, and registration being due in a few days, I decided to drive down Elk Grove Blvd a little bit more and I saw the Complete Performance sign nestled next to a gas station in Old Town Elk Grove. I parked and who would be Ben came out right away and asked me how he could help. I told him everything wrong (flashing check engine light, rough idling, jerky transmission, oil burning smell). He walked me into the office, took my info and said he's get on it RIGHT AWAY! I wasn't sold yet and was thinking about just getting his diagnosis then moving on and trying again with another mechanic, but once I gave him the keys (and getting ready to call an uber to get back home about a mile away) , he said "do you need a ride home?" That's when I was like okay, wow I'm going with this guy, he does have some hospitality and availability. Quite the rarity! He called me a few hours later and mentioned I had bad spark plugs and a bad intake boot (and one other thing I don't remember). I remember seeing his labor rate on the wall in the office and I even ended up calling around and was relieved that his rate was the market rate (California is generally just high with this). Also, He would be DONE by end of business tomorrow (a 1 day turnaround was music to my ears right now!) which means I could get this registered and passed for smog before the registration expires. After initial estimate, I was worried, not because I thought it was high (because I knew the other labor rates in the area would cost me the same for labor+parts), but because the car was so old. I wanted to give up on this car and just file for planned non operation. He stopped, listened and worked out a deal with me that would include a guaranteed smog pass after repairs were made + a warranty so I would be covered for these issues in the future. I said okay and made the deal with him. He identified another issue with my fuel injector later on and called me The irony is that I didn't even see the bad reviews on here which were from years ago by an older mechanic. There was no way that these could be about Ben, who's the new guy in town here) and sure enough, that is the exact case. Ben is unfortunately having to work against 4+ year old reviews about some other guy named Bobby and that's not fair. I'm here to set the record straight and give the 5 stars he truly deserves. Thank you for everything Ben, I now have a couple more years at least before I need to buy a new $50,000+ minivan for my family.

I called late Saturday due to…read morethe possibility of my Cylinder 1 misfiring, I forgot how we came to the conclusion of it being the Cylinder 1, but Dan said that they may have one for my old 09. After parking, we walked in, and I informed of my situation and Dan walked to the back and came out with a Cylinder 1! Made in Japan. He told me that these things should not be bought as preventative fixes - they should be replaced as they go out, not prior. I told him that my engine was shaking and he said it would do that if only three out of four cylinders were working. Thanks, Dan, for your help! Lastly, someone nice did the hard labor and replaced my car's old Cylinder 1 with the new one from EG Toyota and my engine immediately started running smoothly and firing on all cylinders!
