Place is clean. Service was very nice. And food was very good and fresh. Great place to stop for a quick meal.

Love this place, new owners a year ago or so and everything great. Kept the primary menu with some solid changes but the wings are king. Tyler was our server and she was wonderful. Wing special on a Friday night with the wing flight is great addition and the seasoned fries were nice with the beer and chocolate vanilla Martina was good, so my wife said. Pleasantly surprised! After visiting Kutztown University, my son and I wanted to grab a bite to eat before the drive home. The menu has something for everyone. Nice place friendly staff. Nice clean dining area. I had chicken wings. Very good!! My wife had some kind of taco. And our friend had a burger. My wife kept laughing about the menu. It said steak and cheese was served on a long roll. For some reason she thought that was funny. She drinks a little. But all in all I'll be back. She'll probably got with me. I recommend you go too. Picked up dinner from the restaurant last night had 24 wings with 4 different flavors and order of fries. Half of the wings were under cooked to where they were slimy and others where over cooked way over well done to the point where the bones where breaking. 3 out of the 4 flavors had no sauce in the box with them out of the 24 wings only 6 had sauce the other 18 where plain and I had to use sauce I had at home for over $40 this was terrible I wouldn't recommend this place to no one at this point and I won't return either read more

Horrible apps. Full of oil that hasn't been changed most likely in awhile. We had to wait on our drinks for awhile and even longer on our food. Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. We will never go back there again. I had to give it a 1 star because it wouldn't let me not give one. read more

We stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. We always get the wings as they have over 50 wing sauces. They have a nice friendly bar atmosphere and plenty of seating for the family. A great local hang out and crowd. The staff is awesome and the food is always excellent. Sunday is the place to be to watch sports as they have over 15 TVs. read more

We went as a group of 4 and all our meals were over cooked, however we received them shortly after ordering. The food had to be cooked ahead of time and warmed up. Fish and Ribs were barely warm, quesadilla was over cooked and the gyro was very tough and barely warm. We go there every week and get great food but tonight was not good. I hope this was just 1 bad night and not going to be made a habit. You should care about the quality of food you're serving. read more

Spectators Bar & Grille last night, and The Hangover Burger. Fried egg, bacon, cheese, LTO, Mayo. The size of the burger was impressive. LTO served separate was further impressive, so not to steep on the hot burger. Ordered burger medium, clearly over cooked. Not a deal breaker. The burger patty itself was flavorless. Menu says "Angus Beef"... that really means nothing to me anymore. Angus is a breed of steer, not a quality of meat. What does matter to me is so many restaurants failing to SEASON their meat. All I ask for is a simple salt & pepper before reaching the flat top. You get ONE chance to season protein. I beg you to simply salt & pepper the next burger you make and watch your customer's reaction. The egg was cooked over hard, and I expected over easy. I suppose it was too much to expect a creamy runny yolk running down my beard. The over hard yolk egg did absolutely nothing for the burger (you can salt & pepper the egg too). The bun was an excellent brioche bun, the star of the show on this burger. The burger here has so much potential, but the execution wasn't all it was touted to be. This place is exactly what it says it is... A bar with a grille. It doesn't have a restaurant feel at all. If I had kids I don't think I would bring them here. Parking is a free for all just jam your car were you can. Spectators has a nice size bar but few tables and the scenery is very bar related. Miller, Budweiser, Corona signs every where. There was only one bartender working when we went, but she was on top of it. She was running around like a crazy lady and staid on top of it. I was impressed with how she greeted people, served drink, cleared tables, and check out people all with a smile. The food is bar food. Lots of greasy selections. I had the Phanatice Phavorite witch is a buffalo chicken cheese steak. It was decent. The wife had a Mikes Half Nelson a grilled cheese with bacon and chicken. Way to greasy for our liking. I also got 6 wings with hot and honey sauce. They were excellent. How ever I wish the waitress would have told me for an extra buck I could of got 12 wings. Went here to eat after stopping to spend the night on our way through. Not impressed at all. It seemed like warmed up frozen/canned food. The quesadilla had shredded can-like chicken with American cheese slices and Buffalo sauce. The Buffalo tenders were like warmed up frozen chicken with sauce thrown on in. This "restaurant" was basically someone warming up food for you. With all of the local farms you would think fresh but not a chance. Would not return here. We called the bar before we left home and knew there was a 20-30 min wait, which was not a problem because it took us that long to get there. Upon entering the bar, no one acknowledged our presence. We stood there 10 minutes awaiting someone to tell us where to sit. A patron came in to order out and felt bad cause he ordered and we still were standing there. At that time both he and I got the bartenders attention and she told us to go sit at the remaining table. So my wife and I went to that table and were about to sit down and a server came over and rudely told us not to sit there because it was reserved for a party that was out in the rear shed. One of the friendliest down to earth bars in Berks county. If you want fancy meals that cost a fortune and eat in 2 bites in size "DON'T STOP HERE". This place is basically in the middle of nowhere and I had no idea it existed until about a month ago. Spectator's has what might be one of the best happy hours ever, with half-priced martinis and margaritas on Thursdays. In case you're wondering, the price of these beverages comes to $3.50, and they are by no means small drinks. I haven't tried many of their martinis because their margaritas are so unbelievably awesome that they're all I ever want. I don't normally even like tequila! I did try their buffalo shrimp appetizer last time I went, and I thought their sauce was amazing, particularly their Spectator's sauce. It's also entirely possible that my drunkenness lead to this conclusion, seeing as I consumed 3 margaritas beforehand. Anyway, go here and drink their margaritas. DO IT. read more

Very good wings with perhaps 50 different flavors. My Turkey avocado sandwich on pretzel roll was very good also, but next time I'd order it on a regular roll. I'm not a fan of pretzel rolls but that's just my preference. The menu seemed to be way above average with a variety of choices that are far above standard bar food. Service was a bit slow because they were shorthanded but they certainly weren't standing around. This was an isolated occurrence according to others. Outside looks like an old farmhouse but it's nice. Inside at the bar it's very clean and modern. There are a few large screen TVs and some smaller ones. They were happy to change the channel to the game we wanted to watch. Bathrooms are nice. The large dining room in the back looks great. I'll definitely go back and try more wings flavors! read more

Stopped by with a family of 7 (no kids) after cutting down Christmas trees. Always on the lookout for a place with a good beer selection and decent food before starting the drive home back to Jersey. This place was perfect. Large beer selection (more bottles than draught but still a good selection on tap) and everyone enjoyed what they chose to eat. Service was really good. The place was pretty empty for lunch so I don't know what it's like when busy but our waitress was very attentive. On another note...some of the reviews paint this place as more of a bar than a restaurant. While it is definitely a bar it has plenty of places to sit and even has a back room separate from the bar. Not sure about the other reviews that say it has only a few tables. At the end of the day it was a good stop for lunch and we would return again. read more

This is a friendly smoke free place. The food is Great my Boss goes for the wings and I usually try one of the special. Drink specials during games. The service is always friendly and Brie helps everyone in getting there favorite team on the tv. The locals are open to visitors stopping off the interstate. Another hidden gem in Berks County... off the beaten track on Old Hwy. 22. Outstanding food at good prices, staff that are competent and friendly, clean and pleasant ambience in the physical aspects of the room. I would recommend this bar to anyone in the area. After one minute of listening to them yelling "F___" this and "F___" that......we asked for our order to go.
