Was trying to add a user to our account. We spoke to the phone support and got instructions to go…read morein to the store and they would then call the primary account user on their T-mobile number. We went in and were told no, they had to come into the store. There wasn't any attemp to see how he can help you, just a wall of inaction. So we left. The primary account user is in another State, so that complicates it. Yet, he called T-Mobile phone support again and they added the name to the account, only needed us in the store with ID and the phone, for a new card. We made sure to go to a different person, but the guy that originally was no help made a point to come over and tell the girl helping us to make sure we were authorized to be on the account, like we were a couple of crooks. Good grief. Homophobe maybe? I don't know. Never had that sort of accusation - ever. So rude. Luckily, he went back to the woman he was helping and the girl helping us took care of everything. And, she was very nice and professional. She knew what to do and was efficient, while remaining polite and kind. After 2 calls and two visits to the T-Mobile store, we have my husband on the family account. I like T-Mobile, or I'd give lower stars, but the coverage is good for international roaming and usually the service is nice. I'm so taken back by the implication that we were trying to scam something. He did nothing to help us, simply dismissed us, without even lifting a finger, unless he gave us one as we left.... I don't know, and wouldn't be surprised. It just felt bad.

Mackenzie was great, he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very patient with the long process of bringing everything fully over to our new phones. Since it's the holiday season, it started to get busy after we arrived so it's best to make an appointment when you can. And also given the season, the stock in phones and colors was very low, like slim pickings. We managed to all get the phones we wanted, but barely haha. Our process was quite long just because of data transfer and the hoops to switch services, but Mackenzie was such a big help. We have no complaints and had a wonderful experience. Thank you for taking care of my family!

Verizon Wireless has the WORST Customer Service Department I've ever experienced. The wireless…read morephone service is fine, and internet service is ok. BUT... if there is an issue, good luck in getting it resolved. 1) Customer Service representatives are overseas; 2) Calls to C.S. frequently get dropped, sometimes after 30-45 minutes. I was told more than once that C.S. reps cannot call you back when that happens, but I have had them call me back on occasion, so that statement is not true. 3) I have spent MANY hours and many phone calls trying to get an issue resolved since February of this year. (I estimate 15-20 phone calls, not counting the ones that got dropped where I had to call in again, and i estimate 15-20 hours spent on the phone with them.) STILL NO RESOLUTION!! As a result, they have overbilled me for several months, and trying to get a credit for this so far has been futile. Unfortunately I am locked into an agreement with them but will be cancelling as soon as I'm able.

I had visited this retailer once before and was assisted by an employee who didn't seem to want to…read moresell me anything. I asked questions and he answered with a minimum amount of words, not looking up from his screen much, and not offering alternatives or even suggesting any viable purchases. I left feeling like I had wasted my time stopping to enquire and possibly purchasing an iPhone. I made a mental note to not go back there again. Then COVID closed the Verizon store at The River and at my wife's suggestion, we returned to this retailer. Fortunately for me, Cruz Lefebre was the young man who assisted us in the process of upgrading to a new iPhone 11 Pro Max, switching my wife's SIM card and data to my previous iPhone 7 and clearing her old phone for gifting to our grandson. A lot to be done, to say the least, especially when I have over 2500 contacts--I have a deep, wide network!--and 36 gigs of pics & vids on my old phone! But through it all, Cruz was professional, courteous, knowledgable, patient and personable, all at the same time. A couple of challenges presented themselves in the lengthy process of getting this all done, but Cruz was unflappable... cool, calm and collected every step of the way. My confidence was high in regards to his ability to get it all done in the most efficient way possible. And I wasn't wrong! In our conversations I discovered that he was of an entrepreneurial nature, so I invited him to attend my global network meeting and looked forward to introducing this young man of unique character to my trusted inner sphere of business owners in this community. He attended the meeting and is returning next week, considering membership. He will be a definite asset to the organization if he sees it as a viable opportunity for himself. It's very refreshing to see this level of professionalism in someone of his age--early twenties--and I know this will serve him well in all of his endeavors. Thank you, Cruz, for redeeming the reputation of this Verizon Dealer and for the exemplary customer service.
