    Service is slow. They are definitely short staffed. I checked in at 11:40, just here to drop off some equipment. It is now 12:17, there are only 2 people working the desks, they have not called anyone new since I have been here. There are eleven people waiting.

    Every time I've been to this store to conduct business, it's been less a disaster. There is no customer service greeting, at all. The kiosk check in is convenient but regardless of whether you make an appointment online or walk in, you stick wait , today was only 7 people ahead of me(yay)! What's the pint of making an appointment of all the walkins get service prior. To that point I have been a "walk in" as well and still had to wait over an hour with ZERO contact with a rep.SPECTRUM, get it together! This is not a model for success.( yeah I know I'm still paying for internet service,primarily because of cost, but will most likely switch after today Today's visit; TO DROP OFF A ROUTER THAT DOESNT WORK! That's it

    Terrible staffing terrible customer service they have no sense of urgency 20 plus customers with one associate.

I actually really do like the simplicity of the internet service they offer because it is one little square cube that you plug into the wall and plug into your TV and you are good to go. I really like that because I am not computer savvy whatsoever so I didn't have to put one wire here one wire there give my blood in the first born child like all the other services. Now the problem that I had which took me almost 10 hours to figure out (yes don't laugh because I already said I am not by any means computer savvy) when trying to pay your bill online for strictly internet when it asks for your mobile phone number IT IS NOT your actual personal mobile number it is a phone number with a local area code that is attached to the box! It is not your phone number that you used to set up the account but a phone number that is assigned to your internet service. It was driving me insane because it kept telling me my information was wrong so I started pressing the little? Icon trying to figure out what on Earth they meant by my information not being correct because I do know my information lol. That is when I discovered that what they consider your " MOBILE" VERIZON NUMBER is actually the phone number that is on the back of the box. Just wanted to give people a heads up about this to save possible headaches and frustration when paying your bill.

    Wow what a bad service experience! My brother and I walked…read morein on Black Friday thinking it might be super busy. It was pretty empty so it seemed we would be helped quickly. There were only 2 customers in the store. 2 of the four employees were assisting the 2 people that were together. As we walked in, one of the employees who was assisting the 2 people said he'd be right with us. "Hmm. Odd, why can't 2 of the other employees help us," I thought to myself. We waited a minute and one of the other 2 employees begrudgingly said, "I can help you.' As if we were inconveniencing him. He was not friendly just a plain robot. Not cheerful or pleasant. How about being more customer-service oriented. "Hi how are you today?" He proceeded to help my brother. My brother let him know he was looking for a newer phone. He looked at his phone and said in a rude voice, "Yeah, this is really old!" Ok maybe a 5 year old Phone is old for most tech gadgets but the way he said it, was very condescending. Ouch! He then pointed my brother to the newer version of his current phone and told him his new bill would be $100/month. Hmm my brother doesn't use it for social media, mostly for necessity of having a phone for an emergency. I have Verizon, and they've always asked me more detailed questions, to get me on the right plan. When I voiced that I only pay $48 dollars with Verizon and my brother asked about a loyalty discount, the employee immediately said, "You can go to Verizon!" Trying to pull the old sales trick of 'taking away the carrot' so to speak. My brother responded with a resounding, "ok!" And so we did and he got a way better deal at $67 per month. Verizon was so much more helpful and friendly. The name of the employee was Austin. Also we didn't appreciate the other employee following us around with Austin. It was weird. If the employee was being trained, then say something. That was just awkward. Do better.

They promised me a $300 credit card, never got one, told me i needed 500 megabytes, I do not have 15 devices I have 4. Cell phone. I-pad, tv and a laptop. Nightmare from hell, you call the number for cell phone or mobility our universe. They lie,everything is one big lie Then went I Accessed my ATT APP. I could not get into it, I needed passcodes, or pass words, for each service. I have a few accounts well know bank in the area. I have one user ID and one password. I can access every single account to transfer funds, see balance. Yet they need me to reset my passcode or password for ever device and if you do not remember it, you cant change it either. WTF. When I First signed up and they give you $5 off for each service Cell phone call it for what it is, WiFi, internet, tv. They everything they sucker punched you over the phone by bundling all your service was one big bullshit. I went into the store only signed up almost 2 years now. Told the guy my problem and he said why didn't you just come into the store? Now, I went in last week to drop my cell pone bill cause I am 55+ they don't even tell you what you can have a discount for being over 55+. Well the guy sort of blows me off tells me it will be around $50 from $78.89 then sends me an email that it will be $69 in change effect in 2 months. WTF. Called to check and now it's $45.45? I have no idea how the hell this company stays in business, also told I have a 3 year contract well I do not have a contract. AT&SHITY. RUN.

The staff just seem like they don't want to be there. They're not enthusiastic about helping, and their tone often comes across as annoyed that they have to deal with customers at all. The service is also very slow when it comes to looking into issues or answering questions. Instead of feeling welcomed or helped, it honestly feels like you're inconveniencing them by being there. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that some days are busier or more stressful than others. But when you work in a customer-facing environment, customers should at least be greeted and made to feel like someone is willing to help them. Both of my experiences here have been unpleasant, and unfortunately I would not recommend coming to this AT&T location.

Even tho the Rep showed us a print out of our upgraded two phone lines we did not see the additional unauthorised charges until our Feb bill. Called in to get unauthorised line cancelled and charges credited but Rep stated it takes one billing cycle. No credit applied so calling back AGAIN ! Heed warning - two months later and STILL dealing with it. I DO NOT recommend this store ! Also my iCloud did not sync properly so I get continuous pop ups and would have to delete my iCloud to sync my phone but would lose what's on iCloud now.

    72 days ago my husband and I purchased three phones from Costco Verizon Wireless Kiosk…read more A couple of weeks ago some sort of smudge got beneath my screen protector. I took it back to Costco Verizon to get a new screen protector. Kassandra informed me that as it was within the 90 day time frame they would replace it for free. We got the screen protector off and found that it was beneath the screen itself. We don't know how the bubble got there. She then informed me I could exchange it for a new one (same for same). I responded, "yes please". So she got me a new phone put on a new screen protector and Otterbox. The she helped me to download all my apps, notes, photo's etc. Kassandra wiped my old phone clean. The Kiosk is small and always clean. Kassandra is not only knowledgeable, friendly and kind with a very easy going personality. While I was waiting for all my stuff to transfer an older couple approached her with lots of questions. She listened to them closely and answered their questions. She had to repeat much of what she said. She was extremely patient and kind. If you need a phone and are looking for a deal check out what Costco members can get at the Verizon Wireless Kiosk and be sure to ask for Kassandra.
