Spectrum continues to impress me. They restored cable service after the 2 hurricanes quickly and today when our lawn service cut our cable within hours they had repaired it. We had internet service. Milton ruined my house. Was on seasonal hold for 16 months. Asked for prices to get back up and running. Was going to be about $90 until the rate increase in February when it would be over $120. Way too expensive so wanted to cancel. Had to take account off of season hold, wait 2 days to call back to disconnect service. That phone call they kept offering me discounts until they got to $20 a month for internet. Wanted me to switch my cell phones to Spectrum. Wanted me to refer a friend. Kept repeating to agent on phone I just need to disconnect the internet service. Ridiculous waste of my time. I know there has been lots of bad reviews about spectrum we have their Internet and thinking of going to their phone service and honestly, I have not had any issues like all the ones that are on the reviews. I've countered some very helpful people on the phone, helping me out to troubleshoot the issues I've had That came out to install it was very helpful and nice. Yes the Wi-Fi does go in and out. Not sure why considering that they are using Verizon towers and supposedly they are the best in Florida. We have upgraded and streaming TV so we'll see how it goes. read more

I have a Roku T.V. In my Hotel room and I called because it's not working. I've called 3 times and Noone at the office will help me.

I took my father to this location to drop off his Spectrum WiFi equipment after he discontinued service because he is moving. After waiting to be helped, the employee, Dylan, was very rude and we ended up going to a UPS Store to drop off the equipment instead. It's pretty sad that it was so much easier to drop it off at a third party location with no wait and friendly staff, then it was to deal directly with a Spectrum employee at a Spectrum store. read more

My service goes out 4/7 days of the week, always at inconvenient times. When I call and finally go through all their menus to speak to a real person. Don't know where to start... the phone purchase or the warranty or the customer service? Have been at this location 3 times in 2 days. A total of about a 30 minute drive each way for 6 times (3 round trips). Every person there has a special explanation on Spectrum math - check your bills! And when you don't buy the Spectrum math they give you a phone number. They charge you, then invent a bill then credit that invented bill, then cancel that invented bill and you still don't get a refund. They charged my credit card, no credit applied and then the payment does not appear on their system. So my payment is questioned. What cellphone company gives you service if you don't pay? They tell you something about credits coming in the next billing - I call ... Today, I had to go back because the phone service they supposedly installed did not work after spending nearly 3.5 hours at the store. I read someone complained 2 people were servicing a total of 15 people. I experienced the same. I left. In my calculations, it would be 2.5 hours before they reached me if every person only took 10 minutes. I was #15. You walk out with no answers and no satisfaction. I could go on. Spectrum is a poor company. Their services are faulty. WiFi signal goes out at least twice a week and requires modem reboot. The streaming signal slows down repeatedly and you receive a spinning circle and program interruption. We previously had WOW service and in 3 years, never had an interruption or slowness. As far as their 1402 66th Street location, The 3 staff members serving 3 customer took 55 minutes and they've just called the first person from the queue of 27 customers waiting. Our Spectrum service has been down for 2 weeks. Customer service just apologizes, says they're working hard and that the problem has been referred to their Construction Department. Customer Service says that they don't have visibility into the Construction Department's schedule and can't provide a number to call. I just got spectrum. Not because I wanted it because I was forced to based on the apartments I live in got a group package. It's their absolute worst service I've ever experienced. There is never resolution Time for an outage. It's been 2 weeks since a hurricane and still don't have service with zero resolution or timeline for service. Zero transparency. I don't know one other person with any other company in my area that doesn't have service 2 weeks later. It didn't even work well before a storm. It's a horrific 3rd rate 3rd world country company.
