After my questions regarding the vehicle's mileage were addressed, I notified the company within three days that I would not be moving forward. Despite being informed of my cancellation, the company charged my bank account for the full invoice amount eight days later. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company. I am currently disputing the charge and pursuing all available remedies to recover my funds. To start with the transaction, I've never dealt with a company that slow played to receive their money and get their credit card system fixed. From May to August, their "Vendor System" was down and couldn't receive payment via credit card. And trust me, I was ready to pay them as soon as I signed the contract in May. They kept telling me something happened with the company that halted the process of getting it fixed. From an employee stealing a car, someone wrecking one of their cars, and whatever else excuse they had. Eventually a wire was sent to get this paid. Moving to communication. Almost anytime I called, I was sent to voicemail with no call back after. But ironically, when I text the number for questions after they didn't answer,they replied. Terrible communication from the 214 area code number and the 469 area code number. Now to the day of my wedding. Two days before the wedding day, I received information from them that I was able to receive a different car for the same price. I said yes because I liked the other car better. Well come the day of the wedding, I receive a text that the car didn't fit on the trailer. It doesn't take much work just to Google the dimensions of a RR Cullinan. Once the dimensions are seen, add a foot or two for the mansory kit on the car. Then find a trailer that fits. So, I never received the car for my wedding. A real let down from this company and won't do business with them again. I urge people to take caution with wanting a car delivered. I don't have experience with in person pickup so I'm not sure how all that is handled with payment and communication. After all this occurred, I requested a refund via zelle or wire, as they have both of these available to receive on their end. Well come to find out, they couldn't zelle me the money due to "limits", which an $8k limit for a company that transacts on six figure cars is hard to believe, and coincidentally their wire system went down. So, I had to resort in waiting for a check to come a week later. A lot of it just seemed shady. If needing a car delivered, I would highly suggest with taking caution with this company or not going with them at all!!

Nothing spectacular; I'm sure the experience could have been better, but I was just happy a party bus showed up (the bare minimum). I've been going back and forth with Desmond since the incident and have been very understanding, as he continues to promise me my refund is being processed, and I like to assume it's not his fault. I even waited to post a review until it was solved. At this point, there's no excuse. The refund pictured in the screenshot showed up as pending on my credit card but did not go through. I highly recommend staying away from this company, as there are other options in the DFW area, who provide you with the rental price in advance of the security deposit, so you can make an informed decision.
