If you're looking to get an oil change at a good price and you're not waiting long. They have basic or full service for oil changes. They have a friendly staff. This place is quick, and that's really gold I'd go here in the heat of summer or in the winter cold they don't try to hustle you, what you see if what you get So no need to think you're getting ripped off, so don't you fret The only drawback is if there are lines, It's 10 minutes when you start, so have realistic expectations on time The people are nice, and their facilities are clean The people are decent, and cool, not mean. I really like this place, the only thing is that they're all the way out in San Pablo when I live in Alameda. But whenever I visit family I'll do my best to get my oil changed here because these people are legit. I've been to other oil change places and I hated it because they usually will try to take a part from your car, say there's something wrong and charge you. And the fact that they pulled it out of your car, if you say not, then they might jack you. This place does none of that. They're cool, they don't try to squeeze money out of you, and I trust them. I couldn't wait to write this review!! I came in on a whim, and so glad I did because my experience was great! Thank you so much Brandon for getting me in and out of there in literally 10 minutes! He was informative, helpful, explained to me what he did and showed me my oil levels and how it was now clean. He was so nice! I'm sure the rest of the crew are great too, it just overall seems like a good team- work kind of environment here. None of that cocky stuff. I came in on a Thursday to get my oil changed and there was only one car ahead of me. The service really is fast. I was able to get out in ~15 minutes. Synthetic oil cost me a bit north of $60 which I believe is standard. They also have a loyalty card program so eventually if you keep returning you'll get a discount. If your car only needs an oil change, I would recommend going here for the time saved as opposed to going to a car dealer service center. read more

Came here after being told by Big O in Pinole that despite my 10a.m. apt. it would take two hours to service my car. My $29 oil change & tire rotation was gonna be $40 and that they weren't going to rotate my tires as "the one in front is almost bald" OK... Drove down to 10 min oil changers, got my car fully serviced and on my way in about 20 mins. Great place! The next day, Larry's Tires in El Sobrante rotated my tires for free as I had bought them there, don't know why I ever bother with anywhere else I highly recommend both these places. read more

I was in the area for a business meeting and my oil change message came on in my Acura. I could've driven it a few more miles but why? I read the reviews about this place being super fast and sure enough. I was there at 230ish and was out the door in less than 15 mins. I called in to check oil price for my car and they told me $37 including tax. When I reached at their shop guy over there gave me totally different price which was obviously much higher. Just what I needed. Fast, efficient oil change. They did record my mileage incorrectly even after me giving the intake guy a very good estimate that was closer to what he recorded (my mileage wouldn't display for some reason on the day I took it in) but still overall it was a good experience. I'm a big fan of this place. When I can remember to have my oil change, this is the spot. The oil changes ranges depending on exactly what kind of oil you choose/need to whatever other needs they offer. I came here a few days ago for an oil change and transmission fluid. I don't think it's expensive. Could be a little cheaper but I'm always very happy with the service and knowledge of the guys helping me. I normally go to Jiffy Lube to get my oil change in Berkeley -- the "Jiffy Lube Signature Oil Change" for a lil less than $50 -- where you get your oil change + floors vacummed + other awesome things. However, this place is much much closer to my house and my dad and brother always come here to get their oil change. Today I brought my Honda in for its first oil change and now I know why my family always comes here -- it sure does take less than 10 minutes! The wait is so short, and the service is speedy, efficient, and friendly, too! The lady that asked me for my name was very smiley -- I really appreciated that. =) Costs just about $30 -- cheaper than Jiffy, but doesn't include getting my windows cleaned and car vacuumed =(. Someone should take away my mancard just for this review. As a guy, I'm expected to do most things with cars as dictated by the stereotypical male gender role. Until a bike accident rendered me immobile. And my car was in need of an oil change. I remember going here as a kid and so I drove in this evening. These guys are efficient and quick, as soon as I pulled in their service bay the guys in the lube pit are draining my oil and replacing my filter, another is getting my car's details and after a few minutes another tech pumped in 6 quarts of Castrol GTX(they pump Castrol here but I also see a few cases of Mobil 1), topped off my washer bottle and checked my transmission fluid. I was out in about 10 minutes. Now, while the person who did the above car part wasn't a native English speaker, the crew here is friendly. They won't upsell you - I didn't see too many ads for different services. It can get busy as other reviews say - I came in towards the end of the day. Will I come back when I'm too lazy to change my own damn oil? Yes, when I'm visiting my parents nearby. read more

The whole staff is friendly and has a good sense of humor. The service was incredibly fast and thorough. They explained some things with detail so I knew what was going on. They asked me if I was a first time customer, and when I said yes, the guy discreetly told the other employees so they knew they had to make a good first impression. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone. With full-service and a new air filter, it cost me about $56, $15 of which was a new air filter I chose to have replaced. read more

I used to come here back in the day (high school days) until I learned how to work on cars myself. I use to do all my oil changes and prefer to use synthetic and OEM oil filters, but now I don't have the time nor the passion to work on my own cars like I used to. I've had no problem with them in the past until this weekend. I normally go to a shop to get my oil changes done, but I just got back from SoCal and I needed an oil change badly. I came here on Saturday. Fast service and friendly. So far everything sounds good right? So why the one star. They unscrewed one of my clamps to my throttle body to get to my oil filter which could have been avoided by removing the oil filter from underneath like they were supposed to. Even if they were to move the hose out of the way, they couldn't get to the filter. Anyway, I drive off and a few blocks later I hear a popping and grinding sound while shifting gears and getting into high boost and my car suddenly slows and will barely stay on. I pulled over into a parking lot and looked under my hood. Well lo and behold, there is the the clamp they unscrewed with the hose off. They didn't properly put the hose back on and was not secured properly. Whats sucks is that I didn't have a screw driver on me and had to call someone to bring me one. Never again will I bring my Audi here. Better off going to a place that knows what they are doing. read more

I've stopped coming here because twice, with two different vehicles, they stripped my oil pan screws. I used to come here frequently, from ages 15-21. Overall everyone is nice. You get to stay in your car, which I love.. because I hate getting dirty- and car bay's are the most greasiest.. tough to get those fuckers off. They are literally 10 mins, but it really does get busy. Like super busy. I do recommend, but you HAVE TO remind them to not tighten the oil pan too much.. Went to this place because I heard it was fast and convenient. I used yelps coupon to get a full service upgrade which was great! I felt really bad because on Yelp it says that they close at 7 and I came minutes before 6, it looked like they were closing the shop up so I asked what time they close and they said 6. I apologized because I know how it is to get customers right before you close, but I was so thankful to have a last minute service before I went on vacay. They were really down to earth people and joked around with me when they were giving me my service. I will be visiting them soon to get another service done. read more

They said my Skid Plate was too big and that they can't do it because they have the underground pit. But the very next place I went to down the street had the same underground pits and could do it. The next place said my pit was big but he has seen bigger. The guys here were cussing, talking about girls and snapchat, and seemed ready to be off work already. It was 6:20 and the place closed at 7. Seemed like it wasnt the skid plate but that the guys here were done with the day, mentally checked out. read more

Had my oil changed and the tech re-used the old oil filter O-ring. Heavy oil leaks for a week before I discovered and fixed myself. All oil filter kits come with replacements and it is so standard to replace that ring every time the oil filter is changed. Could have been cost cutting or shear laziness. But definitely irresponsible and amateur. You can imagine what may have happened to a car if this would have taken place on someone's vehicle with little mechanical knowledge. read more
