In my case he serviced our ten year old Rinnai tankless water heater with a descaling treatment. He connected with me the same day I submitted a request for service, we scheduled for a couple days after that, and he called when on the way, arriving shortly thereafter. He explained the service, got right to work, and showed me the output of the system that clearly indicated it needed a cleansing. In addition to that he explained how I could do the service myself in the future if I choose to, he looked at our sump pump set up that I had a question on, and also gave me some advice on a hose bib on the outside of the house (all while the descaling treatment was doing it's thing). Amazing and a clear demonstration of treating others how you might hope to be treated. Sergey did a good jump replacing our old shower cartridges. Our HOA had all units in our floor replace their cartridges to address water temperature issue in the bathroom main line. Our showers have different cartridges than the rest of our building so Sergey had to go buy them. Unfortunately the store only had one of the original cartridges in stock so the store guy told Sergey he can use another alternate cartridges which looked the same. When Sergey was done installing the shower cartridges I noticed that the one of my shower now had hot and cold water switched because the alternative cartridge was not working like the original. Sergey probably didn't notice because our showers take a minute to warm up. Sergey was kind enough to come back and replace this alternate cartridge with an original one so that hot and cold were now in the original order at no extra cost. Showers look great and work well now. read more
