TLDR: Having a tracking number and a receipt does not guarantee anything. Unfortunately the workers here are not all competent, so pay attention. I had to send two large checks overnight. The desk clerk took my envelope and the printed label and placed them to the side of the register, gave me a receipt and moved onto the next customer. I should have trusted my gut at the time but I gave the clerk the benefit of the doubt. The package never arrived. I called the store and spoke with the manager. He watched the surveillance footage and confirmed that the desk clerk never took action on my package and it sat next to the register all day until another clerk took a quick look at it and threw it away. The manager was very apologetic and told me he held a meeting with all staff about the incident and reinforced what the proper procedure was: package item, put label on immediately, and place in proper area. Seems like common sense to me, but unfortunately some workers lack that. I'm lucky I could put a stop payment on my checks. I would have been devastated if they did this to something irreplaceable. I returned to resend my package and this time the desk clerk (different person) followed proper procedure. I'm only giving 2 stars because the manager was diligent about reviewing the situation and following up with me timely. Just stopped by this FedEX location to drop off a return package and had a pleasant experience. I walked in and Cody came over to me and helped me quickly and even provided with some information without being asked to help make future visits even better. He even took my package and helped me finished up prepping it for send off. I usually have pretty good experiences at FedEx dropping off packages so it wasn't unusual but worth mentioning since most reviews are usually just frustrated customers. The worst part about coming to this location is being completely ignored by the staff time after time! Literally every time I walk in here trying to get an envelope to ship documents, it takes forever to get someone to even acknowledge my existence. They never have a smile. I love this location! All staffs are friendly, knowledgeable, detail oriented, considerate and respectful. Elina, Niko, Melissa and the rest of staffs who work there are excel at their jobs. We went there to print out signs and they give us the best advices on picking paper, color, style and shapes. Help us compare turnaround time and prices based on our choice. I've frequented this Kinko's location a number of times over the years. This past week my computer finally bit the dust and I needed to prepare and print some documents, so off to Kinko's I went. The store is clean, well-organized, and most, if not all, of the workstations are usually available. I set myself up at one, and got to work. Come to find out, the cost for using the computer now, even for something as basic as using Word, is $0.75 per MINUTE. Printing not included. You better work fast, because the charges add up in a hurry. Needles to say, it is cost-prohibitive to work on their computers for any extended length of time. Luckily I only had a couple of docs to type and print, and even with that, I spent $18. Seems a little gougey. That being said, Kinko's is convenient, open most of the day, the store and work stations are well-maintained, the staff is nice, and they have a good assortment of nice office supplies. I'm sure I will be back again at some point, though next time I'll probably bum my partner's computer and printer, and save myself some cash. read more

Just came from this location where the a seemingly unhappy clerk charged $1.75 PER SIDE on a cutter to trim a printed piece of paper. So to cut 4 sides cost $10 (including a charge to adjust the cutter, meaning just side the guide). Absolutely unacceptable. When I asked how come this cost so much she nonchalantly said I should be grateful she didn't charge me 4x the actual cost because she lined up the 4 pieces of printed paper. I needed to print out a sign for my son's first birthday two days before the event and FedEx was one of the only places I can do it! I was so surprised to find how hard it was to print an 18x24 foam board poster. Office Max doesn't do it or a lot of local places I called around to either. I guess an 18x24 is a pretty odd/big size they say. I was able to go to FedEx's website and upload my picture and order it all online. There was multiple confirmations via email, text, and even a call to share that my order was ready. Only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because the print wasn't perfect - there was a slight wrinkle but not much I can do since I picked up the print day of the event. read more

I've nearly always had good experiences at this Fedex. It seems to only have a couple people in the store when I arrive. There is usually one customer at the counter when I arrive. I'd say my average wait to get service is about 3 minutes. There is a handy self-serve machine for dropping off packages. It lets you scan the package yourself and get a receipt via email. There are also self-serve printing and copying machines. You can send your documents to their email address, and they will be ready for self-printing. One aspect of this that I like is that each printer has a credit card terminal, so you pay for your printing yourself. They take Apple Pay! read more

I have not written a Yelp review in an entire year, but finally decided to hop back on after my experience with this FedEx location today. I needed to get multiple posters and documents printed (last minute) for a work event tomorrow morning. After placing my online order, I realized the pick up time was too late to be ready for my event. I called the location and the employee who answered, John, looked up my order and told me he could make sure it was ready by tonight (even better)! I was pleasantly surprised at how willing he was to offer and accommodate me right off the bat. A few hours passed and I received a call from another employee, Yolanda, who brought to my attention that the image file I sent was not optimal for the printing size I chose, making some of the images blurry once printed. She was happy to help me and told me to send her an email with a new file and offered to help me resize it appropriately for each poster dimension I needed. I am so grateful that she brought that to my attention and called me so I could fix it, instead of having to find out after it was too late (as time is not on my side for this project). I am incredibly pleased with this experience and felt very compelled to write this review as I truly did not expect to be met with this type of quality service - especially through the phone. I am a big fan of the ease of use policy that FedEx seems to embrace. I have often over the years used their self-help office area for printing. Their newer feature (not sure when it started - this is my first time seeing it) in self-help services now allows me to come in, print a label, grab an envelope, scan and drop my package off, all without having to stand in a line. When I need to ship something large or need help with services I love having a person there to talk through things with; this kind of service helps to reduce wait times for people who need significant help from staff and allows me to get on with my day - win-win! read more

I came here with my girlfriend to get some copying work done on some legal documents that she needed to send to a law firm. Even though the employee was friendly and the service was quick, 16 pages of copywork cost her $2.35, which equated to about 15 cents per page. Then the guy was trying to push us to purchase a bottle of cleaner for laptops, glasses, etc. at a special price of $2.98. The special will be lasting till the end of the month. My friend's purpose was just to get photocopies of her documents, not to buy anything else. I should have suggested going to Office Max because it's 9 cents per page for photocopying. The next time she needs copying work done, we're heading to Office Max instead. read more

I spent damn near 3 hours here last week to print invitations for a work party. This was not the fault of Fedex nor the employees. This was due to factors due to my company. Anyways..... I was referred here from a friend. I had no clue they could print invitations that you have created online- wow! I needed double sided invites that needed to be sized down to 4x6 size. The gentleman initially helped me but pointed out that if I wanted to save money that I should resize myself on my computer first. Kristy then assisted me after I figured it out and was so friendly and patient trying to resize on her end as well. She seemed to need some help from Carmen so I was passed on to her. Carmen got it done within minutes and was very friendly and gave me great recommendations on what I should do along with paper selections. My invites were printed within an hour. I am soooo thankful to this team for their help as I had no freaking clue what I was doing. Came in to have access to print some important docs. After repeatedly receiving a few messages indicating I cannot print. I went and asked an employee which was an asian guy with button up on. He turned around and said," oh the printer isn't printing, here is the email to send it over and we can print it out." My first thought was, why isn't there a sign listed indicated that! So, I go over to the computer and couldn't figure out how to do so and not to mention I am being charged for every minute! I logged off to avoid ongoing charges, and ask for assistance. A young girl who I have gotten help from before who seems to be always nonchalant, she comes over and I log back on, and I also told her I just wasted $4 with nothing done. She starts to explain the samething the guy told me, I explained I can't figure it out. She trys a few things, mind you while I am being charged and says," You can email to yourself then send it over. At this point I should have just left. Gmail wasn't letting me log in for security reasons and had to confirm through email it was me. I asked if she can use her email and she said, No. This was the most fustrating and ridiculous experience. I ended up going across town to another office and no issues because their printer was working. A total of $9- $10 spent here in addition to another $9 at the second office with printing included.
