Follow up to my last post on 01/11/2018. This appointment did not go well. It began just fine, however, it did not end well. I was injured during this appt. I was on the receiving end of the manual adjustment when I heard and felt a loud "snap!" and a sharp pain, in and near the upper left portion of my body. After the appointment, as the evening wore on the pain began to build, I began experiencing difficulty breathing, pain while trying to simply clear my throat, and coughing. Trying to sleep that night was miserable. I was seen again the next morning, not diagnosed properly and have been in pain since then. 8 days after this appt. I saw another chiropractor for a second opinion. Whereas, I was diagnosed with a dislocated rib. I went 8 days in misery before being diagnosed. I am still being treated by this other doctor, trying to heal. Dr. Hashimoto's office has never called to check on me, charging me for acupuncture to treat the injury. Acupuncture, or the state of the art equipment would not have put my rib back in place. I feel Dr. Hashimoto made light of my disposition and definitely did not show the caring and concern he is praised for. On the other hand, Dr. Dwarnal was very empathetic and concerned. I post this review with a heavy heart but feel it is important I not remain silent. read more

I originally being treated by Dr. Coleman for acupuncture treatments for lower back pain. She was very thorough, did a great job of explaining what would be her approach. After the first treatment, I started to feel better. Second treatment, I was on the path to being pain free I hoped. At that point I decided to stop the treatments as it was a bit pricey at $80, but understand that is the going rate. I started to have alot of TMJ pain and called to make an appointment. Dr. Coleman no longer does treatment. I was given an appointment with Lily, the new acupuncturist. She was able to help alleviate the pain for the TMJ . I made another appointment to have her treat me for back pain. That appointment was a nightmare. She put the needles in my heel and really had a very sharp pain when she did that. She also put needles in my fact and bruised my face. I have never had anyone bruise me or make me experience pain like that. I have no desire to go back to her for treatment. Should Dr. Coleman ever go back into practice I would gladly go back into treatment. For now, looking for a new doctor to work with. read more

Dr. Hashimoto has the worst Bedside Manner I've ever experienced. I've never felt so belittled and completely insignificant before, I can't believe there aren't more complaints about this man. Not to mention he pushes for things that are unnecessary, and when I asked for bloodwork to be done (it was my annual physical) he got so upset when I didn't want to pay for Labs out of pocket through him and preferred to go through my insurance (which is why I have insurance in the first place), he proceeded to say that he can give me a better deal and that he has employees he needs to pay but obviously I can't or don't want to pay, and laughed. Way too much to list, Definitely the worst doctors visit I've ever had. read more

On 4-3-2019 I made the Worst mistake in my life. I went to Dr Hashimoto because somebody spoke very well about him. In less that 5 min. he told me that I have a dislocated disc in my spine, he took a X- Ray, he confirmed my injury. I do admit that I had small little discomfort on my lower back. He told me with a few visits & a some exercises/stretching from his staff I be a brand new guy. I decided to follow his advice, they worked on my back that morning. A couple hours later I started feeling a weird discomfort on my right leg & later a pain developed. Next day I go for my second appointment & told the nurse and doctor Wolf about my pain. He told me is because the adjustment they doing to my back. I said oh well this people are professionals, they know what they doing. My appointment finished, I left & when I was walking to the front desk the staff said to me Mr Olivos you were not Limping when you got here & laughed. I drove to my house & couldn't get off my car because the intense pain I got on right left. My wife has to helped me to go inside my house. I literally Was crying of the pain, this was on Thursday with only 2 visits to this place. My wife called my doctor & she took me on Friday to him. They had to bring me to his room in a wheelchair REALLY. I explained that they have been popping & stretching my back. He ordered XRays because Dr Hishimoro office wouldn't release them. After 48 hours. The X-rays showed that I didn't have any dislocated disc or injuries. So Dr Hishimoro lied to me to get my business. My Dr. prescribed a strong medicine & told me I may be out of work for a few weeks. I was off for 5 days & could barely move. Before this happened I bought a five visit plan for Hishimoro & I told them that they hurt me & wanted money back. They refunded my money 6 days later & not even a follow up call to me. This place is so unprofessional & I do not recommend this place. Now I'm walking with the limp & I don't have feeling in my lower leg, it feels numb. Please don't go there. read more

My wife recently had severe back problems (wheel chair bound) and we went to Dr H and Dr D and Lily. She is back to walking on her own. Dr D is very attentive and good at what he does. We saw him mostly. I almost enjoyed the acupuncture with Lily as much a my wife did. A calming 30 minutes each time. I've been a surgeon in this valley for forty years so I'll admit I was a little put off by the notion of chiropractic. But these guys and their staff are kind, positive and knowledgeable. I saw Dr H in the spring of 2015. My initial free consult cost me $295.00. He promised he could help me of neck problems after 6 weeks, he wanted another $4000.00. The guy is a pure con man, tried to tell me I had TMJ which I don't and sent me to his friend for a device costing in the thousands. Never give him cash, only insurance or he will take you to the bank and leave you in the pain you came in with. The treatment I received for migraines did not last, I am back where I started. Do not do a camera interview~he springs that on you off guard and you wind up saying stupid stuff you don't mean. My current Chiropractor even calls him a quack.
