" we asked for a salad and a pizza with it split one side had pretty much all the meat (according to the menu it was to have onion green peppers mushrooms and black olives) and then they wanted the other side ham black olives and 3 slices with mushrooms ( yes I do know that the one side is asking for a lot BUT my parents tip on service , correct order and if it hot... they will give most of the time between 15-25 dollar tip if we have the whole family (12 of us) they have gone to 50 and more) both have worked in the service business industry) I could not make of my mind because I have a strict diet from my doctor ( I try and make a wise decision but this time I asked before they even started anything can i change my order? She said yes! (Yes! And that a few points to good service!) well I get my food first and honestly I don't like to eat until everyone at least has the appetizer or salad... well I got mine... they wait for a few and one of us went and asked about the salad.. she told us she completely forgot... well okay brings it out and then tells us she will give a discount my parents say that not necessary... then the pizza comes honestly it looked GOOD but the one side have NONE OF THE VEGGIES.... It kinda bothered them because they were aspecting the pizza according to the menu... then finally ask "was this pizza to have veggies? " ......" Well you didn't ask for them!" .... : o .... Wow is what I thought... they asked for a menu and it clearly said it came with veggies.... As we proceed to leave I asked can I have a refill in a Togo cup? ( on the menu it says first refill is FREE ... she takes my first cup goes to the back and pours my old drink in the cup and then adds new pop on top.... At the point I was fed up and in my mind ( I Will NEVER be back... by this time my parents are fed up to... they gave the worst tip I EVER see them give and said we will not be coming back we will go to pizza shop ( even with the drive) That's my 5 cents... you can try it maybe she will leave her problems at the door for you!

Inside, I noticed a small dining area with two tables, counter seating at the window, a beverage dispenser, a condiments area, a bottled beverage cooler, an uncooked takeout pizza and pasta freezer and a nice salad bar. I also noticed a few chairs outside. The menu included pizzas, pastas, salads and Italian breads for takeout, delivery or curbside pickup. The takeout slices were fairly small and the pizza prices seemed relatively high, so I'm thinking 3.5 stars and rounding up for the taste, which is similar to my favorite Godfather's Pizza. Related, but they appear to have a deal with Cosentino's Grocery Store in Brookside where they sell a select amount of their pizzas near the deli area. This used to be so good and such a good deal, but they've shifted to a plastic shrinkwrap version and it's so mid. There's barely any cheese or sauce on it at all, making the thin crust more of an overpriced cracker. I mention all that to say.. it's the same in the restaurant now. We used to love their STL pizza, the thin crust, especially when you dine at the restaurant. Pair that with an old-school salad bar and this spot used to hit every single time. Now, the pizza we had was burnt, barely any toppings, and honestly overpriced for what it was. The salad bar featured wilting everything. Wilted and wet spinach, brownish limp iceberg lettuce, peas with crystals of ice on them, and a dressing so thick is stuck to the container. This used to be a safe rec for a wonderful local pizza joint, and I hope my experiences are one-offs. As it is, this one is pretty much out of our rotation these days.
