Went in to see my man DJ Bizzy do his thing. The ambiance was pretty nice, staff were friendly and food was decent. My girlfriend played games and enjoyed ourselves. The only weird thing about the night was the African American security guard who was dressed in all black leather who literally looked like a "Blade" Temu knockoff. As soon as the place started to close he walks up to everyone telling them to leave and walks into the women's restroom while my girlfriend is in there yelling she has to get out. So much fun! We rented the private party room for a family birthday and it was a blast for all ages. We had kids, adults, and senior citizens. Everyone didn't want our time to end and everyone said it was such a great time. The staff is absolutely top notch. Esther hosted us and was kind, quick, experienced, knowledgeable, and perfectly organized. She ran our whole event completely on time, with the food and birthday cake coming out exactly according to schedule (and getting warm chocolate chip cookies baked a little earlier upon request). The manager Trevor and all staff members were so quick to serve food, drinks, check in, clean up a water spill, and help retrieve ping pong balls. The best staff. Going in as a large private event party, we never expect food to be good. To our surprise this was phenomenal finger food. Some of my favorites were the quesadillas, little ceviche and crab cake bites, wings, and tater tots. The beer selection was pretty good and the staff was friendly. Spin is definitely a crowd pleaser for birthday, holiday, or corporate celebrations. I recently attended a holiday party here where we had 3 hours of playtime and unlimited drinks. I do think the food is delicious and service is friendly and speedy. I would take into account the number of attendees to the number of pool tables you reserve to ensure that there's enough tables for all to play. I think the space is cozy but be aware of flying ping pong balls and on the ground. They do clean them up fast though. Update after event: After the initial hiccup with calling them to book the party, everything went smoothly afterwards. The rep that helped me put the contract together was quick to respond and the interactions with the staff on site was great. I actually really enjoyed the space here, so open and such a fun vibe. For a private party for 30 they blocked off a decent space for us with 2 ping pong tables, 8 paddles and unlimited ping pong balls. Drinks were good and food was good overall. In addition to some of the passes items and set appetizer that came with the package, we added on some sliders which I thought was a good idea is you want to have something more filling, but honestly the items that came with the package was A LOT already. Initially my team wasn't loving the ping pong idea but I feel like it's something that you can just pick up and have fun with and in the end it seemed like everyone had a good time. We made a reservation for 8:45pm on a Friday night online! It's $59/hr per table for 1 hour of playtime on Fridays and 21+ only past 9pm. The interior was clean, spacious and filled with fun games like a photo booth and a few arcade games. There's also large sofas and ample seating for larger parties to hang out when they aren't playing at the table. Our experience here was definitely a 10/10 despite some issues at the start. When we arrived and checked in at the front desk, they seemed confused and couldn't find our reservation. Turns out their system had glitched and we were overlapped with another party. The manager swiftly dealt with the issue and we were very quickly given another table and a round of free vodka shots! Overall the issue was resolved in 15 minutes, which we didn't really mind waiting. Each table comes with UNLIMITED PING PONG BALLS and they PICK UP THE BALLS FOR YOU!! Just be careful when you're walking around for loose ping pong balls LOL. They also have a professional ping pong player who you can challenge. She created a little goal out of wooden bricks and if you can serve the ping pong ball into the goal within 5 tries, you get a free drink! She also rewarded us with a 30 minutes free play card for our next visit. Overall I would most definitely return! Customer service was great and the venue was beautiful. read more

SPIN was quite busy and all the surrounding tables were booked up with groups of 2+ playing. Our server, Gloria, came to take our order and we each ordered a round of drinks, fries, and nachos. The tortilla chips were stale on the $21 nachos, the beef a remarkable amount of fat left on it, and it had no beans and not enough cheese. The G&T I had was disgusting (poor quality tonic from their soda gun it seems) so I switched to a Negroni. I've had a much better time when our firm paid for events here, but paying out of pocket is a bit too dear for my taste. Also, paying $46 at the Museum Parc parking garage across the street for 2 hours and 16 minutes was absolute highway robbery.
