This place is disgusting and if my landlord didn't lock the entire complex out of the laundry room, I would have never had to experience a place so repulsive and inadequate. First off, I've been here three times. Its the closest laundromat to my house and I rarely see anybody here. Those are the only positive things about this place. Plenty of parking. I have never seen an attendant. I doubt this place has anyone running it. 2 out of 3 times, the trash was overfilled and I had to step outside once I started my laundry because the smell was so disgusting. Why are the benches so close to the trash?? There was trash on the floor and what smelt like rotting food in the trash. The walls aren't even done being painted and I have to be careful so I don't step on trash. The machines are trash. Every time, at least three of the dryers I use dont work, but I don't know until I check my laundry. And a good amount of the dryers already have out of order signs on them, so I can hardly say the dryers work. They're heating also ranges from lukewarm to scolding hot. Also, all the machines are so expensive! The smallest load to wash is over 5 dollars. I think the high prices is the only way I can imagine this place staying afloat. They offer cards where you can add money to use (rather then quarters, which can be convenient) buy you get taxed by add money to the cards and when you buy one. You can only skip a fee when you add money directly at a washer or dryer. Anyways, if you're not desperate, literally anywhere else will worth it. There's some businesses where people shoild be ashamed to be business owners and managers, and this is one of them. read more

If I could give it 0 stars that would be more accurate. I had one machine accept my quarters to a certain point and then stopped crediting them. I texted the number posted. I put them in the machine next to it, that machine took the quarters and started, but then at the end of the cycle I opened it to find that the soap powder didn't even dissolve and the clothes were dripping wet! I texted the number posted. I had to rinse the soap off the clothes and wring them out myself. I put the clothes in the dryer and it took my quarters but wouldn't start. I had to move to another machine. I texted the number posted. I finally got a response as we were leaving to give them my card number for their store to give me credit. I texted back I'm from Florida. I don't have one. No more responses from them. The place was filthy, puddles of water, lots of ants, bathroom out of order and so on. read more

My first ever review. Going to be as transparent as possible: If you need to go to a laundromat, find another spot. This is no longer it. This place used to be amazing back in the day (ran by Korean folk when it was great, very nice people and cared a lot) and had a lady working there all the time (who is also very nice). They retired and sold the place to people that don't care anymore. They let the working lady go (saw the argument that happened), and things went downhill for this place. Some notes: Half, if not more, of the machines don't work anymore Wash machine rates are ridiculous (avg seems like $10) for ~20 min Dry machine rates are roughly 4-6min/quarter (depending on which dryer you use for some reason) Replaced a section of dryers in the back to older-looking models instead of matching the rest No one is there to regulate/clean the machines The coin exchange machines almost never has quarters The card machine that they implemented there was recently taken out/stolen (no idea what happened), so people were asking others if they had quarters to exchange since they can't get a card to use on the machines No bathroom The one sink they have is barely held together If you need a refund, you have to text a number (no calling) (also good luck on the refund if you do need it) Only convenience is that it's next to McDs, Starbucks, and a Hawaiian BBQ spot (pretty good). Been giving this place chances all the time for the past 10+yrs going here, definitely have to go find other places now. read more

Used to be a reasonably priced and easy place to wash clothes. Now it's only got a card pay system and only one machine with no change machines working. Had to wait for someone to figure out the machine and wasted 30 minutes waiting. Go somewhere else unless you want to have to spend lots of money for the card. Once upon a time this used to be one of the best laundromats in the area where the facility was clean, machines mostly worked, and there was an older African American man who worked there and provided customer service. And was very nice and pleasant to the customers and wiped the machines down at all times. I remember this from back in the days when me and my family frequent this place! It was packed, sometimes you had to wait for a parking space AND a washing machine. That was back in the day, I guess the good old days. Now, my family members who continues to go here, tell me it's now the "laundromat from Hell, from HELL". I'm told its now dirty, the woman attendant who works there is never there anymore, and when she is , she has a really bad attitude, and doesn't help when there is a problem with the machines. A man reportedly exposed himself to another customer. My family in the area expressed much frustration, and I'm assisting them with finding a safe, clean laundromat where they can wash their clothes. Like I said this used to be a nice place back in the day, but now, it's gone down hill and family repeatedly calls it the "the wash house from Hell" . Great machines but there definitely needs to be an attendant on site. I like this place because they have washers that are big and can accommodate a lot but I definitely won't be coming back because there is someone who is walking around inside smoking a cigarette. I didn't even stay to wash my clothes and had to go somewhere else. I love it here you can come wash early or late at night. They have free WiFi which is a plus. Plenty of bug washers and dryers to choose from. Never lost any money in the machines as of yet. Maria is one of the workers that's always there, she is very sweet. The owner and his wife are nice too The only suggestion I can give is if you wash on the weekends make sure you come early, because it gets busy fast! I usually come here because the bus drops me off right out front, and I can go to McDonald's or Starbucks while I wait. Two weeks ago, I came here and 90% of the front loading larger capacity washers were broken (or at least had signs that said they were). So I had to use the top loaders that are more expensive per load. No other issues, so I didn't feel the need to say anything, but the following week, I went to a different laundromat. I tried here again today, and the machines were up, so I loaded one, put in money and started it, then went to get some breakfast. I came back, waited until the cycle was complete, and removed my laundry from the machine. It was dripping wet. On top of that, I put 6 quarters in the dryer and only got 28 minutes. I give this place a 1 star because of service and quality of the machines. Although it seems like they are upgrading the machines, I have witnessed a persons clothes catch on fire because of the machines were old. Today, I put money in and spent 5 minutes waiting for the hot water to come out. This was the machines whole "wash cycle" so my didn't get properly washed. Once I spoke with lady in charge, she started giving me attitude and pressed the cold option on the machine. But now the machine was on the rinse cycle. I asked if they can reimburse me because The machine didn't wash my clothes and I just wasted detergent. Her excuse was the machine is working and I can't receive any type of reimbursement. Now I have to spend another $6.75 to wash cycle over again. This is ridiculous. Instead of owning up to the fault of the machine and there was no hot water during the wash cycle, she just brushed it off and started getting angry. I am hoping to get the number of the manager so I can speak with him. I come here often so I know what he looks like. I would give a 4.5 only due to the many broken washers and dryers the time I went but seeing that there were so many it didn't affect me doing all 15 loads or anyone else that was there either that's how many washers/dryers they have. I like that they stay open a little bit later so I'm able to miss the rush cuz most people that have work in the morning wouldn't go as late so that's nice. It was clean and there's an actual person present that's running it so that was great to be able to ask questions when they came up. I will probably be going there rather then my local wash house more supply then where I've been going I end up waiting to use at my current Very rude short black man working sat night 03/16/19 1that doesn't appreciate his job and needs to be fired. He exclaimed himself he doesn't care about his job following get the f**k out because I explained to him that they should place an out of order sign on washer doors that didn't work rather then just the quarter slot that you don't pay much attention to til after you have already placed your clothes into a washer and added your scent boosters (which are very expensive to just be wasting) so it's frustrating and his response was you obviously can't use it if there's tape over the slot I said no shit I'm referring to the washer door not just a little piece of tape . Didn't like that I used the word shit lol so he then yells at me and says I need to leave and I refused to do so because I had clothes in other washers already washing he then starts screaming lady get the fuck out slamming things around harassing me wouldn't leave me alone. My only response was to leave me alone and if you want me to leave Your gonna have to call an officer to remove me and of course he didn't because he was wrong! The man then proceeded to approach me as I'm minding my own business that I'm leaving I'm not to place anything in any dryer, again my only response is to leave me alone and go about your work don't come near me and stop harassing me. The other customers were afraid for me as they left (knowing I'm going to be alone there with him) asking me if I wanted them to stay because of how he was acting and how he wouldn't leave me alone an would follow me trying to push past me when he could have went down any isle and stayed to himself but literally would not leave me alone or stop talking to me and telling me that I have to leave and that I'm not placing anything in the dryers. That didn't happen I definitely continued with my wash and placed my things in the dryer. Lol once the last customers left he then started in again arguing yelling at me cursing at me I recorded most of him and how he was getting trying to pump fear with his loud banging of things and look at me wide eyed and his finger up pointing to me that I better leave and that I won't be back I laughed and still just said leave me alone stop f******g talking to me your a child if you continue I'm going to press harassment charges. He was completely unprofessional rude disrespectful and poorly represented that company and the owner. He doesn't deserve to work in such a place he didn't want to be and mind you he wasn't there when I arrived at 930 the place was trashed so many broken washers the one dryer I was using sucked the other 4 I used were fine but ya never again shame too because I've been coming regularly and actually gave them a 4 star rating prior but that's all out the window. read more

This place is for emergencies only. Tonight, I had an emergency and came here as they're the only place open at this hour. The change machines don't work. (I had enough change for two machines. I asked the staff person if she had change for a five, she said no. As I headed to my car to put the extra laundry away; she came over to me and said give it to me. Me, being humble, handed "it" to her. It was the $5) There's mounds of lint between the machines, and etc, well within a simple reach. Every-other machine has an out of order sign on it. The staff person locked one of the doors, A customer asked her to open it because her car was right in front of it. Long story short: the staff lady said that she didn't have the key to open it and that someone came and locked it and left. The customer decided to kick at the door, layed on the counter for a while in attempt to protest, got the staff lady's keys, tried all of them to find that none worked. She still wasn't convinced. She hung around for a bit longer. The SL reproaches her asking her to use the door that was open and said I'll call the police and so forth. After learning that the woman was as not afraid of the police or her passive aggression, she unlocked the door. A racial slur or two happened... very awkward experience. read more

My apartment building's washing machine was broken, so I used this place after driving around all day with laundry bags in my car. Not a great odor in a small enclosed place, but I had to run around all day between my tutoring job and the gym. I ended up in this neighborhood by the time I was done, and used two normal sized commercial washers at $1.75 apiece and a larger machine for my blankets at $6.00 per load. Some of the normal machines are $2.00 per load, for raisins I don't understand. I found, a little too late, that this place also has "Magnum Load" machines that do 8 loads in one for $8.00. Oh well. Other than that, the dryers are average stack dryers, and a quieter gets you 8 minutes of drying time. There are uncomfortable benches to sit on, and the advertised free wi-fi uses a password I didn't see posted anywhere. Luckily, I have enough cell data to post this review. They're an average laundromat that is open late- until 1 am. There are Also video games, etc. Not bad if you need a place to do laundry at a weird hour. read more

Google and windows say the laundry mat closes at 10:pm. I get there at 8:15pm and I'm watched by an older Asian man. He acted as if I never been to this laundry mat or used a washing machine before. Made me really uncomfortable. After I washed and began putting my clothes in the dryer, he says the laundry mat closes at 9:00pm. He should have said this when I entered the place at 8:15pm. This place has served me perfectly fine the times that I have come here. All the machines are awesome and low cost, I can get my clothes washed/dried for $3. This place is significantly nicer than my old apartment complex and my clothes actually come out dry. The wifi is also very solid at around 11mbps. I usually go here Sunday nights so plenty of parking and machines available ..but i only use the dryer ..there are plenty of parking and there's an L&L next door ..so I'm sure comes in handy during the day. My first trip here went well, but over time I've noticed they need some upgrades. Some of their machines are broken and not labelled so they'll steal your coins. No one is there to help when this happens. Also, some of the dryers on the right need the vents cleaned. The ones in the front that get used more often don't dry as fast.
