But I should have known better after they did not call me back or respond to emails. When I finally got an firm yes they couldn't remember my name or the details of the other calls. On the days leading up to the birthday party I was worried they were not going to show up. Even after the 4 conversations and countless emails they called the day before the party and changed the time they were coming to the party. They sounded very disorganized. Not knowing my name. Not remembering my daughters name and age. At the party they were pretty rough with the kids when they were painting their faces. They didn't have as much patience as one would expect working with kids. Since they had gone to a party earlier they came to my party hungry. Normally I don't mind feeding anyone but it was like 30 minutes into their "gig". I won't be recommending them to anyone and I won't have them return.

The last bridesmaids dress I got there a few months ago, when it came in I knew it would probably need alterations. Unfortunately for me, she declared it a perfect fit, in a big hurry and the dress was so tight I was miserable all night and had a blister in one side where the boning in the dress dug into me. So annoying. I hope I don't have to get another dress here... I think next time I might just drive to San Jose. Not worth the price.

My mother spent over $5,000 here, and the entire experience left a terrible impression. When clients are paying premium prices, presentation matters. Whoever approved this dress code completely missed the mark. It's disappointing to see a business charging luxury prices while failing to uphold even basic professional standards.
