I told the three ladies everything we wanted done: floors, kitchen, bathroom, baseboards, furniture, windows, etc. They got straight to work and were very efficient. I also specifically asked that they use only our cleaning products due to having a newborn and personal allergies. At one point, my husband noticed they were using their own product and had to remind them to switch back to ours. This frustrated me quite a bit, especially since I had mentioned this to the office as well the day before. We had booked 3 hours, but they finished in about 2 hours and seemed rushed overall. A few areas were missed, including under some appliances, parts of the baseboards, the windows, and dusting our console table and dining room table. When my husband reminded them about the windows before they left, it was wiped quickly with a cloth rather than properly cleaned, which felt a bit rushed. I had mentioned the windows specifically when they first arrived, so it was frustrating that they missed it and when reminded, they wiped it down very quickly. Communication was a little awkward. If they had a question, they would call their office, and then the office would call us. I completely understand there may be a language barrier, but it did make the process feel less smooth and made us feel as though we couldn't specify our wants directly. We did ask for a small discount due to the late arrival. They were hesitant, but ultimately took $20 off. Overall, the areas they did clean were done pretty well, and I appreciated that they wore shoe coverings in our home. I just wish the experience had felt a bit more thorough and aligned with the 5-star expectations.

I'm still picking things off the floor, there was a dirt mark left on my brand new painted walls and just saw a scratch and my brand new painted floor boards. Then I was asked for payment and the lady stood on top of me till it was made. Definitely would recommend them to get things more organized and would not hire again unfortunately. UPDATE - the house is large if you don't think 2,200 sq ft is large, then I'm not sure what you would considered a large home. I also said once as you claim I repeat. I have 5 bedrooms., 3 full bathrooms. I didn't realize I had to request English speaking, shouldn't you ask if that's something I need? Your cleaners were late and your stagger excuse I believe is the cover that. None of that was explained to me prior to the job. Recently I purchased a day bed off Craigslist. When I brought it home, my dog began to smell the upholstery and figured that it should be cleaned before I really get too comfy. Called a couple companies and felt as though I was being brushed off. Called Spitz and spoke with Vince. Explained my situation and he was able to fit me in the following day. Mike was the technician and he arrived a little before his scheduled time, which was much appreciated. He broke down how everything works and laid out the game-plan before starting so I knew what was going on, and what to expect. He was very nice, friendly with my dog, and informative about any and all questions I had. This passed weekend I had Spitz Carpet Cleaning over to clean my carpets. I had recently moved into my new home and needed to have the carpeting cleaned along with the sofas. My experience with Quality Carpet Care was top notch from the moment I submitted a quote inquiry via Yelp app. The owner, Johnny responded within the hour to my first message. Multiple appointment slots were also included in his response to facilitate planning. After electing for the next day appointment, I received messages via the app up until Johnny's arrival. I was delighted to have the real time status updates. The operation is entirely self sufficient and run out of a cargo van. Massive generator on the vehicle powered all the machines. Just needed an outside water spout. There was a 4 stage (most vendors do not offer all 4) process involved: spraying a citrus scented degreaser agent to the flooring, agitating the stains with a broom like brush, the actual steam cleaning with a vacuum-like device connected to a continuous steamer, a finishing "sweep" of all flooring. Incredibly, 10+ years of hard stains vanished and once the carpets dried two days later, the flooring in my house had a new carpet "feel". Not just the smell but actual bouncy feel. Suffice it to say, the service that Johnny offered was 200% value added. He's also the most personable guy I have ever met and is from the LA area. I am glad I had called Johnny and wish I had done so sooner. Note that there may be some confusion due to Steve being mentioned in some Yelp reviews. Johnny just recently acquired the business from Steve. According to Johnny, he does both residential and commercial office cleaning. It was the perfect experience!
