The spinach and artichoke dip was also pretty good, heavy handed on the garlic but tasty. Oh! The fresh free bread with the olive oil and balsamic on the table *might* fill you up before the meal, it was a good starter. The desserts tiramisu and crème brûlée, tiramisu was ok, quite boozy. And the crème brûlée was a little on the soft side but the brûlée topping was still nice and crackly. Overall, will be back for the food, I think I'm good on the desserts.

This place could rival any of its kind in LA or Vegas. When I approached the counter the ladies behind it were very busy whipping up both drive through & in house orders. One of them acknowledged me and said someone would be with me shortly and within 1 min someone was. The gal who took my order was friendly and answered my questions-about their sweetener options with a smile. $5.48 for a 16oz hot Americano w steamed almond milk & monk fruit. Standard cost. Once my drink order was taken my hubby took a seat and I was checking out all the tantalizing treats. It took ALL of my will power to not order a slice of the carrot cake which looked like it was baked in house along with the other goodies. We were going to be hiking shortly so I didn't want a sugar bomb sitting in my stomach the whole time. I do wish I had taken a piece to-go to enjoy later that night. Next time for sure! The ingredients tasted super fresh, especially the strawberries in the Pin-Up. The portions were great for the price too (we left full, which isn't always the case at places like this). Service was quick, and while they were out of whole milk for the matcha because of a supply chain issue, that obviously wasn't their fault. The atmosphere was probably one of my favorite parts. They have live plants throughout the space, and it makes everything feel really cozy and welcoming. The whole restaurant was also very clean. I'm not down in St. George very often, but this will definitely be a place I visit every time I come down here.

This, I've discerned, is why sometimes when you go in the meal is five stars, and other times it's one star. They don't make your crapes fresh. Everyone knows the difference between a fresh hot off the griddle pancake, and one that's been premade in some gross hotel breakfast warmer. Well, that's why their crapes are sometimes amazing and sometimes truly disappointing. (They don't even bother putting them in the warmer,) You can peek into the kitchen and see the big pile of gross cold dry crapes piles up. No, no, nope! Done. I've even started asking at the front counter if I can get a fresh made one and not one off the pile of premade dry cold flat gross crapes, and both times I've asked, they've told me no, they can't make me a fresh one, I have to get mine off of the cold dried out dead stack. So, there you have it. You've lost me as a regular customer, I'm not coming back--I'm done until you reply to this message, confirm that's no longer the horrible practice, and invite me back. It was a very good dish. My son was a bit disappointed as he said it was very light on the pesto compared to the last time he had ordered it, it had a lot more pesto. I tended to agree that it was very light in the flavor, I would say almost an imperceptible hint of pesto. We were looking forward to a robust pesto dish. But it was still a good dish!
