Lousy rush job. Didn't even open the back of my SUV. GO ELSEWHERE. They did not care that I was dissatisfied. No response at all.

Every time I go to Splash I promise myself that I will never go back! They do not do a good job...especially for the money. During my most recent experience I paid for a mini detailing service which was supposed to take 30 minutes. The attendant promised me that they would stay within the 30 minute window, and I stupidly believed him. After about 30 minutes I went outside to check on their progress. THEY HAD NOT TOUCHED THE CAR SINCE IT CAME OUT OF THE WASH TUNNEL! No one was particularly apologetic about it, but they did give me the money for the mini detailing back...they still charged me for the exterior wash. On top of it all, the exterior wasn't even really clean. There were still dead bugs on the nose of the car. This time I mean it...I am NEVER going back. Waste of my time and money. read more

Splash is a total rip-off. First they are expensive compared to other car wash companies in the area. But, I was fine for paying more if I get an exceptional car wash. The first time I went there my windshield was worse than when I went in for the car wash and they missed vaccuming the passenger side floors - all of this for $50. Okay I thought they were having a bad day.... I just went today and they raised their hand to tell me my car was ready and I just could not believe it. There were bugs all over the grill - they had not even washed the running boards and there was still dirt on my SUV hatch, above both rear wheels and despite me paying for the "super, complete inside cleaning for $31.99 "- they missed cleaning the back seat!! They rewashed the car and then were pissed off when I asked to re-apply the tire shine that they just washed off. I cleaned the back seat and cleaned the windshield (properly) when I got home. I just moved to Greenwich so I will look for a car wash who cares about delivering a quality service. Stay away from Splash - they are a waste of money. read more

Driver side is always so nice and clean in the hand wash... Passenger side not so nice and clean... They slack on that side since you can't see their work until your car is out of the wash. read more

What an f---ing rip off. $20.00 to quickly run your car through the machine (i.e. exterior), and then a 2 sec wipe down of inside windshield and door. They focus on wiping the driver's side window and door but if you check the passenger's - forget it - barely wiped. Dust, crumbs, etc on your dash, rearview mirror or center panel? Oh, that's an extra $35.00 Yup, $55.00 for a normal car wash by any other standards. BTW, for $13.00 plus tip in California, you get a interior + exterior car wash (detailing by CT standards), $5.00 extra for Armor All tires. After Splash's $20.00 wash, I had to take windex and a couple of rags to clean the interior windows, dash, center panel, door frames & edges, and trunk frame. read more

Great service and staff. Got a minor detail for $80 and it was worth every penny. Car looked brand spankin. I def recommend.

They do a decent job but my front panel was still a bit dirty after they were done. Would have been nice if they sprayed it down for the $18 full service price. read more

I had the exterior of my small SUV washed last Thursday. I chose the works which is the most expensive exterior wash. Two people wiped dry the vehicle perfunctorily. When I pointed out that the top of my windshield was still all wet near the center, one came back and just flick a towel over the area and walked away. When I got home, I noticed that all the areas around the door handles looked unwashed. I have a new Carrera 911. I bought a top-tier membership hand-wash car wash package at Splash in Greenwich. My car is flat-black in color. Black is a difficult color to maintain. The "carnage" began right away. At the first 'checkpoint' they do wheels and interior vacuuming. Here is what I saw: 1- the wheel cleaning method is use of a bristle brush on a stick. The bristles are mounted in a very hard plastic base. The employees 'stab' the wheels to clean then. Then to vacuuming: the staff draped rubber vacuum hoses over the hood and up over the fenders. The car then moves inside for the handwash. It comes out and go to the drying station. Once there I watched a small frame woman reach in to clean inside of windshield. Since she was short, in order to reach the far side (instead of going around and opening the passenger door, she pushed her boot against the aluminum rocker panel and then against the driver's door built-in speakers. When it was completed I found this: my wheels were chipped from the frantic stabbing motion of the wheel brush. The hood and fenders were heavily scratched in the clear coat from the vac hoses (indeed they are rubber but they lay in the dirt and pick up some particles. My rocker panel in brushed aluminum was all scratched, My speaker grille was dented. I wrote a three page letter outlining each flaw and area of damage. I mailed it to the owner, I emailed it to the owner, I hand-delivered a copy to the manager and I put a copy in the worker's tip box. Remember, I signed a membership. When I went back I warned them: NO WHEELS, NO VACUUMING, and NO INTERIOR. I endured this all summer, in essence I paid for the Luze package but only got my car washed, The owner never replied. His big sign inside with his email address asking for input is obviously a joke or completely insincere. The manager never spoke to me even though he is only one of two people there that can drive standard transmission. Today I had my final event at Splash of Greenwich. They damaged one aluminum wheel to the point it needs a wheel restorer. How did it happen? Well, the men are short , they use a platform box to stand on to wash car roofs. The box was pushed too close to the passing car and it gouged my wheel. This place obviously has no oversight or owner care. They have virtually damaged about every surface they touch: aluminum wheels, chipped and now gouged body and paint: scratched clear coat interior: kicked in speaker grille, scarred aluminum rocker panel I cancelled my membership today and I regret the day I signed up. Given that up to today- before they gouged my wheel, I had warned the manager and the owner. Each time they continued the same scope of damage. If you have a car you do not care about- or one you have no relationship with (my car is perfect like the day it was delivered and it was easy to keep it perfect) then Splash is for you. If you have a nice car that you enjoy and are invested in, then please consider this carwash place as SLASH. I have never posted on Yelp. I've never read Yelp reports. I will end it with the way I feel: I have a big John Deere tractor, its 25 years old. No reply.Further- I dropped a copy of the letter off and left it at the manager's office. Finally, I put a full copy of the letter in the tip barrel. There was no reply-no response. Zero.This is the same motif, or conduct from 15 moths ago with the 'oily' full detail package I bought and from the same event which Splash failed to install the windshield protection product.In that event I wrote you too. You called me five months later- and said you'd get back to me with a solution. There was not a peep from you afterwards. As to the current spate of damage events I have made them clear to your staff on an "incident by incident" basis.And the symphony of shoddy work and surface damage to my car concluded yesterday with the gouged wheel.Your manager (Leo) showed me there is no "right side rail" that could gouge the wheel. The real culprit is that sharp-edged box the short men use to clean car roofs. Fact: I polished my wheels Sunday night.  I did not drive my car Monday -and on Tuesday I drove directly to Splash. Your outfit gouged the wheel, it is not a curb impact, because its clear when you look at the wheel. There is a 'gouge start- and a gouge stop' - its a momentary rotational impact - (because the man then moved the box). This is my 16th Model 911. I have a new one coming in January.There is not a 'spider web) of damage on the body, on the wheels or in the interior - except for the damage Splash caused, over and over. read more

If i could give them ZERO stars, I would have. I generally NEVER take my cars to car washes, but given it was in Greenwich and they seemed to have a lot of high end cars there, i figured I would be safe. I noticed a "hand wash" advertised, so I went ahead with it. Much to my surprise, after my car is vacuumed and pulled into the bay, it's put on a set of metal conveyor belt like devices. I knew right away this was going to be an issue. My car has extremely expensive aftermarket rims on it...i never would have gone through the so-called "hand wash" had i know it was going on a conveyor belt. As soon as my car comes out, i check the rims. Both drivers side rim lips had damage on them. Pointed in out to the manager, Leo, who was very quick to point out they aren't responsible for that. Of course, there is no SIGN or anything indicating that, nor is there a sign that says their hand wash isn't really a hand wash. I explained all this to him and he had me fill out a report and told me to call the regional manager, Bill Trabulsky. I left Bill a message and got a call back. He sounded annoyed right off the bat and sure enough, as I calmly explained my situation, he let me know they're not responsible for such damage. When i pushed back he got very offensive and rude with me....so much for "the customer is always right". They easily could have avoided this review by agreeing to foot the bill for the rim repair. Probably about $150 or so per rim. I even agreed to only do the front rim b/c the damage on the rear was minimal. Nope...he didn't want to hear it. Leo was nice enough...bill was/is a horrible business man. I wonder what the owners of splash would think of his treatment towards me? So my $27 sunday car wash has now turned into over $200 in repairs. Be forewarned....THIS PLACE WILL DAMAGE YOUR RIMS. I would not take a high end car through their "HAND WASH", b/c it's garbage and it isn't a hand wash. I would have been fine with them meeting me halfway even, but Bill seemed content with insulting me and being rude when we spoke. 2 thumbs DOWN for splash car wash...don't go there if you like your car! read more

Worst car wash experience ever in my life. They claim to be a hand wash place but running the business like those cheap/ express car wash place at the gas station. They rush too much and the end result is a sloppy job. I spent over $70 and my interior didn't even touched with any cloth to clean up. When complained, they said it only covers vacuum and the window. If I knew they would only do those two things, I would have gone the cheaper option. As the guy who does vacuum said I need to add " carpet cleaning" to get rid of dog hair in my trunk area which is additional $40. I think this is how they rip off the clients. I'd like to ask any people working there if they would spend the money I spent and leave the car wash place with their car still having full of smudges and dust all over. I've never gone any car wash place wipe clean the window only for the interior. Also, they should be clear for the options posted before you make the decision which one to choose. The guy at the entrance made me believe that they will wipe clean the inside of the car at least some degree not just vacuuming. The way they do business is very deceiving of their service and they have no customer service in mind at all. I will never go back to this place every again. I had a good image of this company as it started in CT. But big disappointment. The upper management needs to review how they run the business and customer service. I work across the street from the Greenwich location and decided to stop in since i live in the bronx to try it out. I got the works and the mats $35.99. When they were done drying the car the mats were not cleaned or any of my paneling. I asked them why was this not done. A worker came over sprayed a spot wiped it down and left with no explanation at all. I said excuse me this is not clean and i paid for the mats and the interior to be cleaned. I showed the receipt and the guy cleaned the mats came back quick and said ok i am done. I pointed out several spots that they did not clean and he said your car is black and that is salt! ok so clean it thats what i paid for. The break pedal and gas pedal was not cleaned the paneling was not wiped down i had to tell them four times to clean my mats because they are weather tech mats so they are different to clean. I also noticed that i was the only person with NY license plate in the lot and everyone else was being treat nicely, hello how are you, and all i got was an attitude. Why? because i have NY license plate? the guy at the cash register was very nice had a great conversation but, when i went outside i was treat very rude and poorly. I do not appreciate that because i am not from here?? that is unfair. That was the worst experience i ever got. Waste of money because nothing was cleaned. I will NEVER be returning to this location or any of your location and I will be telling this entire building that is across the street from you and all of the NY office that travels up here. You have a beautiful area and never stopped in for over a year. I really wish i just kept on driving and continue to go to my car wash that i pay $25 for the FULL WORKS that details your entire car from top to bottom and are very friendly and sociable. I tried the hand car wash and my car still came out noticeably dirty. My windshield, back bumper, and hood were all still noticeably dirty. The interior wasn't even touched and my inside windows weren't even cleaned. My rims looked like they weren't even touched and were very dirty and still had brake dust on them. When my car came out they didn't even dry my car and the guy was saying whose car was this because it was holding up other cars, then I had to told him that I wanted it dried because it comes with it, and he gave me an attitude. After that they didn't do the tire shine and I had to tell them to do it because they weren't going to do it all all. The guy did it aggressively and he got all black spots from the tire shine all on my back and front bumper. They don't care about the customer and this car wash is a waste of money. read more

Was in the neighborhood and stopped by this Splash for a wash. Pulled in and it looked very busy with cars all over the property. Was a bit apprehensive at first but was assured by the person greeting me that service would still be quick. And he was right! After choosing one of their best washes, I exited my car and watched their team vacuum my whole car. I then entered their store which has a very impressive amount of offerings. I liked playing with the squirt guns (brings out the kid in me). I paid at the registered and my rewards from the others times I was at Splash was printed on my receipt. I was going to sit in the arboretum waiting area but my car was already exiting the tunnel. My car was towel dried and windows cleaned thoroughly. I paid $35 on top of the standard fee for the car wash. The $35 was supposed to be an interior detail. The back mat of the car was quite dirty when I got home. The dirt included sand and grass clippings. This is an interior detail. Please. I have been a customer for years but that was my last visit. read more
