This place is basically a mini Adventure landing and Dave and Busters plus bowling. We had planned to go bowling but we were shell shocked by the price! It is 38$ an hour to bowl which doesn't include the shoe rental, holy cow no thanks. I'm sure if you had a big group it would be a better deal. There's an arcade and laser tag there so we did that instead . They had reloadable game cards like Dave and busters with the same quality games. Laser tag was 9$ a person and seemed to last a decent amount of time. There's a bar and a restaurant that looked good but I didn't feel like wasting any more of my money there. I'm not from the area but come up for military training often. We set up a event for the guys to have fun and chose Splitz. We reserved three lanes on a Saturday night and they were able to reserve the lanes for us. We got there and the lanes were ready. It was fairly busy but they took care of us and got us shoes quickly. We got to our lanes and were immediately attended by Alyssa. Let me tell you this girl is amazing. She took our orders and brought us drinks immediately. We were a large group 20 plus people but she never skipped a beat. We ordered wings and pizza and both were good. Alyssa would come check on is often to make sure we didn't need anything else and if we did she would get it to us quickly. Some of our guys showed up late and we had an issue with time on the lanes and the manager was quick to fix the issue and even gave us some extra time to make up for the issue. All in all they were very accommodating and made our experience very pleasurable. read more

DON'T GO. SAVE YOUR MONEY & YOUR TIME. The facilities, games, food & drinks are great. The staff, particularly the GM, are grossly under trained and can even be considered rude to the paying patrons. Celebrated another birthday this time! Wait time for a waiter was a little long but the food was worth it. Nice juicy wings and hot and cheesy pizza. One of our guest had the unfortunate pleasure of ordering a beer at the bar but was given the wrong beer...and it was luke warm....and they had to add ice cubes to it. I liked Splitz! We went on my birthday and it was pretty cheap- and clean! For only $40, we had one hour of bowling including shoes for our party of six. It was a Friday, so they also had free karoke. There's no additional cost to shoot some pool and the arcade games are reasonably priced. There are two reasons why they did not receive five stars: 1. SERVICE. The service was VERY SLOW. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food to arrive. BUT the manager did compensate us by adding an additional hour on our bowling time. 2. STRAGGLERS. Poor Splitz. While the location is conveniently located near the highway, it's right next to two hotels known for drugs and stragglers. During our visit, two inebriated gentleman refused to leave. They said they "worked together" and were staying at a nearby hotel. They dropped large sums of money on the ground while arguing with the officer who was trying to escort them out. Our lane went down, I reported it to staff at 12:52. They said that our hour was on hold until the lane was fixed. The lane opened back up at 1:31 and showed we had 10 minutes left on our game. I brought it to the staffs attention and they said that they would only give us back 20 minutes of our purchased hour. Needed a light ball with large holes due to recent surgery but not able to find any. Pressed button for wait staff and nobody ever showed up. I try not to be too critical of new businesses however, this was the exception. This place has been open for a few months and my family decided to celebrate my little brothers birthday here last week. The place is super clean and very nice. Great place to spend an afternoon or evening if they train their staff better. I've never seen so much confusion in any business before. None of the staff that we interacted with really had any clue about anything other than what we could already read on their board. Our bowling lane kept malfunctioning so that was annoying but they did give us extra time on our other lane to makeup for it. The food is decent for an establishment like this but does take quite some time so order so order ahead. First time here and last. We went for bowling and it's over $40 with tax for an hour. The first lane we were assigned had mechanical issues with the pins. I can understand and issue here and there. So they put us on another lane. We also had mechanical issues there with it not counting points correctly or not setting the pins right. I looked around and noticed other guests seemed to be having the same issues. I wouldn't mind the price if the establishment was properly maintained and functioning well. I was also on my last ball in the 10th frame and since time ran out it did not count my last throw which hit just a second after the timer ran out. The only good thing about our visit was our waiter. Nothing worse than loading your husband and kids in the car while raining, driving 45 minutes from the beaches to bowl and play arcade games, only to walk up to a place of business that has the doors locked. Your website says you're open until midnight and when my family and I walked up to open the door at only 940 pm it was locked, and an employee just looked at us and shook her head no to inform us they wouldn't be opening the doors.I then called only to have another employee tell me that y'all are in fact open until 12, but the manager on duty said to lock the doors and to inform customers that they are no longer renting out lanes When I questioned why, I was told he doesn't know and that it was just "the words of his manager"?!?!?You should really try to do better and fix your website hours or your employees so another family isn't inconvenienced like mine was. Based on looks of this place , it's decent. Many bowling lanes with decent couches. A pretty good arcade space and a full bar. My first time there and didn't get the full experience BUT The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because our server at on our bowling lane was fairly rude and my card was charged an extra almost $5 then what I wrote on my receipt. Went there Friday night to a 10 minute wait because the employees didn't know how to work with on the online reservation and giving us a $20 credit from the card used online. After that, we went to bowl which was a really cool place. We will go back but will eat dinner somewhere else. Most of the food was awful, the nachos..yuk. Queso & chips, meh. Been here about a 4 times and every time there is something that isn't right. Raw meat served by servers with bad attitude. After waiting over 15 minutes to flag a server. Ordered a drink and then soon after was asked by the Manager to leave because the staff refused to serve me due to my bad attitude and if I didn't leave they would call the police. Extremely disappointed with our visit! We ordered food and sodas as soon as our hour of bowling began. We didn't receive our drinks (normal fountain beverages) for 40 minutes. When the drinks were delivered we were told that our food order was just being put into the system. We were told they were busy and had to hold orders. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! We decided to take friends from out of town here for a game of bowling as we had been here before. The service was horrible. We had been there for over 2 hours and had ordered a simple chips and salsa and waited. Asked for the first time where it was. Got I'll go check on that for you and never returned. Second time I asked. The same thing. Never returned . Third time I asked I was told that it goes by ticket order and that they are kindof backed up at the moment . I said so the brand new lane that got here 15 minutes ago has pizza wings and fries and drinks but chips are hard to make. Then the manager came over said he would look into it. Waitress said that the ticket got lost and the manager said the order never was put in the system.... so 2 different answers and then no one checked on us refilled drinks the rest of the time we were there. It was horrible. Not to mention we paid for 8 games of bowling and the computer crashed twice in the middle of our games and the manager said after the computer had crashed on what was only our 5th round of bowling that the computer says we have played 15 rounds! As you would expect of a relatively new place, Splitz is a clean, high tech space to have a child's birthday party. New employee Melissa was an excellent hostess for us, very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, a rude trainer/supervisor/manager type, Krystal, and an indifferent bartender were black spots on a fun day. 3 weeks after I booked online (1 week before party), Krystal called to say the room I booked was already taken. But the website said something different 3 weeks ago. Hmmm, could it be that a larger party paying more $$ wanted to book the room after I did and they made a 'business decision' to kick us out?? Maybe...Maybe not. Krystal offered an extra hour of bowling to make up for the alleged mix up. I appreciated and thanked her for the accommodation. But hold up, wait a minute, we're expecting ten (10) 5/6/7+ year olds who are messy with small laps. I specifically said "This is a party for a 5 year old. Are there tables at the lanes where the little kids can sit and eat without having to hold their plates and cups?" Krystal simply said "Yes". Cut to party day, and we find the kids will have to..you guessed it...hold full plates on their laps and either hold their full cups or try to get up because their arms are not long enough to reach the low table. Messy disaster waiting to happen and why I booked a room in the first place! Melissa helpfully suggested she put a few of the bar height tables together in the restaurant area and we eat over there. However, Krystal came in hot with a condescending attitude: "I'm the one who spoke to you on the phone and I TOLD you the room was booked. Do you REMEMBER that conversation??" Umm Yes, I remember it very well, Krystal, but do you remember that I asked you about the tables and you told me something different than what I see here? "Well, the kids can just sit on the sofas to eat." No, actually they cannot. After some back and forth, Krystal agreed that we could eat at the restaurant bar height tables. Both Melissa and another friendly young lady (name started w/a "D") were apologetic on Krystal's behalf. We had no more interaction with Krystal, so the rest of our time there was enjoyable. Finally, I echo the previous sentiments about the bartender not being friendly as there was no greeting to be had as I stood patiently waiting for him to acknowledge me so I could order. Still some service kinks to work out here, but overall, a fun place. We'll likely be back because we have burned ourselves out on Jumper[z] (though their trainers/supervisors are light years ahead in terms of customer service). read more

Bowled on a Sunday 90 minute deal. Had 5 people on lane and could only get through 1 and a half games in the 90 minutes (lane displays time you paid for on main screen and shuts lane down when time is up). When asked if we could pay another hour to finish game we we're told no because someone was waiting. Bowling was a blast (despite the rush and not being able to pay to finish a game). TV screens with news/games at end of lanes, scoring system setup is easy to work with and you can set up bumpers to automatically go up on an individuals turn. Family had fun playing laser tag but employees do not know how to tell you or print out your teams score (even though they have printer for it). Arcade is fun but pricey, credits and tickets are saved on a card you load and pay a dollar to get. Only one pool table, we were next on list but decided not to play after waiting an hour. Food was good, really liked the pizza and price was good to feed a crowd. Onion rings absorbed a lot of grease. read more

The place looks nice from the google pictures, but the experience was horrible!!! Most unorganized/chaotic experience. It was my first time here and wanted to leave before we evened bowled. Our server didn't get the order for 3 people in our group. They had to go find him to place their order. It took over 45 minutes to get my drink! The food was nothing to write home about. When I went to pay for our lanes, they over charged me from my original quoted price! I spent 10 minutes trying to speak to the manger, which was pointless. The lane we bowled in had broken bumpers. I was able to find a ramp for her. Then the people next to us tried to take it. When I asked to get my receipt to close all my food/drink tabs it also took 45 minutes. No one ever checked on us. Forget about getting a refill on the really large drink in which you can take home. Redeeming the play cards took 10 minutes. The lady in front of us had to go find someone to assist the line. Then another parent let their kids cut in front of us. Will NEVER go back & DEFINITLEY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Your better off going to Dave & Busters and Bowl America. read more
