With my most recent visit I made an appointment online a couple days before. Despite this, I waited for about 20 minutes after I arrived at the shop and the last time I had made an appointment I also had to wait. While someone said hello when I came in, no one asked me if I had an appointment. There were also no books with regular polish options at the front (only gel designs) so it wasn't until I was eventually seated at the pedicure chair that I was given a book to look at when the nail tech asked what color I wanted. My pedicure felt rushed and ended up sloppy on one toe going into the cuticle and chipped in the corner of another before I even left the salon. Because I was switched to a different person for my manicure, the person who did my pedicure was already gone when I noticed as I took out the toe spacer before I left. As for my manicure, I was getting GelX and needed to soak off my previous set. When I was sitting down for the pedicure I asked the woman if I needed to start soaking them off. She went and talked to someone else but ultimately did not begin soaking them while I was getting the pedicure done. Unfortunately this meant once the manicure started the technician spent a lot of time utilizing her drill to try to speed up the removal of the previous set. This resulted in it getting hot and hurting my nail bed and I suspect she also drilled them where they are now thin due to how sensitive my natural nails were. She also nicked my cuticles with her drill so when she asked me to continue soaking my fingers it burned and I had to tell her I couldn't. She didn't apologize, just told me to only soak the other nails that weren't burning. As she was drilling off my set she did get a lot of nail powder on herself and then was using the brush on herself to brush off nail powder before brushing it off my hands. I was really hoping to like this shop, but unfortunately just really did not have the best experience.

For reference I always get a gel manicure, simple, one color, short nails and square round shape. Tiffany- fairly quick, nails last 2.5-3 weeks without lots of lifting which I appreciate take. From a distance they look fine, but up close there is a lack of attention to detail. I've had areas that are not smooth and are scuffed, and times where the shape is not quite how I want them and the lengths are uneven. Ultimately I would go to her again, but I wouldn't specifically pick this location based on her work. Katie- honestly one of the worst nail experiences I have had in over a decade. She is slow, and soaks the gel off before using the drill which I felt like just weakened my nails. Every nail was a different length, the shape was awful, I asked her to correct them multiple times. The gel was completely uneven both when feeling my nails and even when looking from a distance. Genuinely a terrible experience. I would not recommend her under any circumstances. The salon remains clean and the color choices are aplenty, only downfall is most colors have an upcharge.

Everyone is so sweet, friendly, and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about their customers. The salon is very clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and they do a great job. I love that we can go together and make it a little date day! The location is also perfect--right next to Starbucks, so you can grab a coffee or drink before or after your appointment. I booked the appointment for 3pm the next day and drove all the way from the strip on my vacation. When i called to confirm location, i was told that i never booked an appointment and would have to wait here for almost 2 hours if i wanted to be seen. Booking seems very unprofessional, never even got the chance to get my nails done and i had to sit outside in 115° heat while i waited 20 minutes for my uber. The only plus was that i got a refund but still spent over $60 on Ubers and taxis to get there! All im gonna say is DONT BOOK HERE ON VACATION AND WASTE $60!!! Tip for the owners... don't put that you're open until 8pm if you don't have people on site! (You can put by appointment only)

There are so many grooves on my natural nail where she removed my gel x extensions and where the natural nail plate is untouched. I understand time and efficiency especially in shops like these but god damn I can't imagine ever getting a full set here. There doesn't seem to be any care for the clients experience or their nail health. I'm literally sitting in my car right after this service and just seeing what the fck was done to my nails.
