We had an early dinner late lunch at the bar of the Spoke. The bartender was very nice said hello and we sat at the bar. My husband ordered a beer which he commented a couple of times how cold it was. He absolutely enjoyed it with the temperature being over 100+ degree. The pizza was so good the crispy light dough was the best pizza. The tomato sauce was smooth and flavorful. The chicken wings were nice crispy but not dry. The Bbq sauce went well with them. Plenty of seats in the bar and dinning room. Located on the Los Abrigados property. There will definitely be a next time. Great food, service was on point, and the costumer was on point.

My husband and I had went in to the spoken wheel Tavern and we realized we were at the wrong place, Sarah was so sweet and answered our questions before we left. We will be back this week to eat and hope to see Sarah when we come back..

Service was good except not particularly timely. Nice waiter. Place is lacking in ... everything else. Food was actually bad - not just not good. Pear and Gorgonzola salad bland, bacon fatty, dressing missing. Pizza not available due to 'technical difficulties,' which I don't often hear happening to a 'wood-fired' pizza. Salmon like what you get at the deli counter at Ralph's, except not as moist. Mashed potatoes seemed like they're from a package. My father who is a very low maintenance eater couldn't eat them. Fish and chips were 90% breading. Not horrible tasting. Hummus plate was decent. Fries were good. The place looks like a bad resort restaurant - which it was.

We decided to go here because our hotel gave us a voucher to this restaurant since our rooms were not ready at check in time. There was ample parking outside and when we went inside it turns out it's an entrance to multiple different restaurants, we asked to be seated and were told to wait in the waiting area for 5-10 minutes. It ended up being happy hour when we went which we were happily surprised by since it was a Friday night. The place was about half full, half the bar was full and half the tables were, turns out there is a pool table in the back. I would say it's a pretty small restaurant, minimally decorated. The service was nice and friendly . We decided to get multiple things and overall everything came out pretty quick and everything was just alright. Sausage and mushroom pizza - 6.5 / 10. Sauce and everything was good but the crust and dough has no crunch very doughy, you have to eat it but folding it up Gorgonzola salad: 5/10. I thought that onions were way overpowering, I like onions but I think they needed to be cut skinnier or smaller bc it was way too much in each bite. Grilled chicken sandwhich 5/10. Just very mid, nothing about it was really good but it wasn't bad tho Blood Orange cocktail - 7/10, really sweet but good Margarita - 4/10. Just very not good

Came back to revisit local restaurant that is located near our resort. We were happy to go after a long travel day and we were easily accommodated to a table. We had a party of 5 so we were seated way in the back of the restaurant all by ourselves. Our male waiter was friendly and quick on service. He memorized our entire order. Food was delicious and cooked great to taste. My hubby and I ordered a sausage & mushroom pizza (6 large slices) and bib & bleu type salad that was very tasty. Nothing left on my plate! We finished most of the pizza with one slice to spare. Great size servings. Will probably visit this place again during the week. Cocktails are great too and they have Voodoo IPA on tap - a nice plus for our palate.

I am pretty easy to please- and honestly I kinda feel bad for the staff cause I only counted 3 waiters and one was also the bartender. We had a reservation at 6:30 it took about 15 minutes to even get water. Calamari was overpriced for the portion and pretty mid. Our food came around 7:30 fish and chips were good but the pizza was so mediocre $20 for Costco tasting pizza. Took forever to get a check and a box the place was not busy at all that's why we were so confused. Honestly we continuously felt forgotten and were checked on the bare minimum possible.

The staff is really friendly. Everyone had a smile on their face and constantly said hello. It was very welcoming. The Trail house and art studio are great additions to the property. You can't take art classes or rent equipment for hikes or bike rides. In both spaces the people are very knowledgeable. Food choices are good. They have coffee shop with a variety of snacks and a couple restaurants. The pool is nice and the tennis bc outta and pickleball courts couldn't have a more scenic view. The Bad - The rooms are pretty dated. They need an upgrade at those prices. I had a patio to sit on but didn't have any chairs on the patio so I couldn't really use it. The room was dark and dim. If we could've stayed here for 2 hours, we would have but unfortunately I think we were only here for a little less than 1 hour due to the drive and the other wineries we visited. The garden spaces were luxurious with a lake and a path to walk. The animals were so cute. There were sheep and a very friendly donkey among them. The wine was, of course, tasty and we enjoyed the fact that there was a small food truck on site that had other items for purchase. My biggest complaint is the bed in the honeymoon suit. As you see in the pictures, the mattress did not fit in the bed frame and I thought that was a very tacky and unsafe. It was about a 6 inch gap all around and I was afraid that I would forget and step wrong and hurt myself. Also, the chair in the master bedroom Had a screw poking out that was uncomfortable so we did not use that chair. Lastly the only meat options on the breakfast menu was a chicken sausage, and it was very sweet like maple and I personally did not enjoy it. Now that I have told you my dislikes, here are my likes. The scenery was beautiful! We did the honeymoon suite and each door in it (the bathroom, bedroom, and living room each had a door that opened up to the patio/outside.) listening to the creek was nice! They have a gazebo as well and seating on the porch with blankets. They have a microwave and mini fridge and they provided grapes when we arrived. Day 2 they provided cute little chocolate mousse desserts. For a refresh/turndown, you text the concierge. The tub was big and deep definitely fit 2 people. It's my understanding that the honeymoon suit is the only one with the separate living room/bathroom/bedroom set up. I liked the space and separate rooms, which is why we picked this particular room (Also, just an FYI, looking at the pictures online, it looks like the furniture in the honeymoon suite is outdated/Victorian style compared to the other rooms that they have, but expected this going in because I looked at the photos ahead of time). I would consider coming back here, but for the price, the mattress needs to fit the bed frame

First off, the resort is lovely - we loved our room, the view from our balcony was beautiful & the pool was perfect. Second and even more importantly to me, the staff was top notch, professional & so very kind. Long story short, my kids and I experienced a fairly big hiccup during our trip. On the way to Meteor Crater, my car got a flat tire & I had no spare. This happened on the highway & it was hot. The towing company took about 3 hours to pick us up & tow us to a tire place in Flagstaff where it took another 3 hours to get my tire replaced. Needless to say, we missed our day at Meteor Crater AND I felt like a horrible mom for not having a spare. While we were waiting for the tire to get replaced, I called the resort to ask what time the pool closed that evening in hopes that we could get back in time to salvage the day, mentioning why we would be late coming back. When we finally got back to the resort that night we had missed the pool hours but the nice young lady at the front desk told me they would extend our check out the next day so we could swim. My kids were so happy & really enjoyed their time at the pool. The extra time had already started to help turn our trip around but then when I went to check out, I found out that the resort had gifted us our stay. I was shocked but even more than that, I was touched that they would even think to do that. Talk about going above and beyond. While the resort is beautiful & I would go back for that alone, it is the kindness and compassion from the team at The Wilde Resort & Spa that I will ALWAYS remember.
