From the moment we checked in, her tone was dismissive and condescending, and she made remarks that made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. I asked him to double check it and he claimed they still found nothing wrong. He was incredibly dismissive of my concerns and I am now sitting in my garage with yet another dead battery and AAA on the way because they wouldn't look into replacing what I already knew was wrong. I'm very unhappy and I'm now losing money at my own business because I cannot make it to work on time to meet with clients. Very poor service.
