    Outside patio

Came here for the NBA finals with some buddies. First time. Staff was nice and the place has a pretty good ambiance. The outside patio is pretty sweet with a lot of seating. There's also a sand volleyball court which was pretty cool too. I got the tuna melt which was good but pretty small. The food here is decent, and tastes good. The prices seem small but they make more sense when you see the portion sizes which are quite small. It wasn't the best restaurant I've been to, but I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

What do I like about this place????? uuumm it's a dive bar. What do I not like about this place? Where to start. The bartender berated a husband for asking for help deciding in a fruity drink. I also watched his lack of people skills as he interacted with other patrons. The food, is below average. The wings were loaded up with grease and the fries tasted like they were from an old oil frying pan. Does this place have to provide good services at all? Nope, not in the least. They are in front of Google and directly in front of the amphitheater.

Sports Page is a sports bar in Mountain View off of Shoreline. I came here to watch the Super Bowl yesterday with a few friends, and it was crowded. Their outdoor patio space is nice, but the sound system wasn't very good. The bar was getting drinks out quickly though, so I will give them kudos for that. Prices are reasonable (standard $7-8 for a pint of beer). I could see people living in the Peninsula stopping by here. But for me, since I'm more in the Milpitas / San Jose area, there are other nicer sports bars. I would return if there was a special event, but wouldn't go out of my way too.

Outside patio has enough room for parties and outside TVs.

They checked in on us regularly throughout our meal and bussed our dirty dishes quickly. We ordered the draft root beer, bone-in buffalo wings, large brew city grill pizza, and Steve Austin burger. The root beer was fine, but my fiance and I weren't sure if it was anything special. The wings were good. They were coated in a healthy amount of sauce and had a decent crisp. My pizza was a good size and super cheesy. I liked the combination of toppings. The crust was flaky, but a little bland. I still enjoyed it overall. My fiancés burger and onion rings were good. He said he'd order it again. Overall, this place is pretty good. I think it's an ideal spot for casual food and drinks with friends or a quick family/date night!

We were seated outside and I did not get a chance to go to the inside. The outdoor is decorated with fake green plants and heat lamps are installed. It's comfortable. Some of the white chairs looked quite dirty, though. It was a birthday party with a white dress code, so I was a bit concerned. The cocktail menu is beautiful. We tried Butterfly Effect, Espresso Martini, Caffe Al Pistachio, and Thai Strawberry Thing. I found the Butterfly Effect refreshing, but I like my Espresso Martini the most because it's creamy and tasty. The alcohol bitterness was covered up well. If you like sweeter drinks, the Caffe Al Pistachio and Thai Strawberry Thing tasted like candy. The Caffe Al Pistachio did not look like the picture on the menu; there's no layer of pistachio foam on top. We ordered so much food! -Mexican Street Corn: nicely presented and tasted fine. It's a bit hard to cut into smaller pieces however. -Shrimp Ceviche: ok, good portion for a large party to share. The chopped shrimp was a bit too small for me. -Buffalo Cauliflower: Slightly like the Indian cauliflower dish but I love how chunky the cauliflower is and how soft the texture is. -Fried Chicken Sando: good sando, but hard to be bad with fried food. So it's a safe choice if you don't know what to order. -Loco Moco: We were asked how well we wanted the steak to be and our choice of egg; which seems strange to me to imagine having scrambled eggs on top. I like the dish in general; we doesn't like burger patty, eggs and gravy sauce. -Uncle Dave's Chili & Cornbread: Good chili, beany and tasty. The corn bread is also good in texture, dense but not crumbly. Any time there's an actual person's name on the dish picks up my curiosity and interest. -Jambalaya: The right amount of spiciness! The rice is soft, chewy and soaked up all the flavors. Good size and amount of shrimp. -Garlic Noodles with Salmon: The most popular dish on our table. Lots of chopped garlic making the noodles flavorful. Another safe choice if you don't know what to get. -Molten Chocolate Lava Cake: delicious, and the cake is baked just right. Soft in the inside, chocolaty and rich on the cake. -Ube Cheesecake: The most loved dessert with distinct ube flavor. -Churro Waffle: the waffles tasted chewy and it's a good portion with lots of fruit, ice cream, and chocolate sauce. It's a bit too sweet for me. The table provided forks and napkins but no knives. Some dishes came with a service spoon or knife, but we wish there were knives in the utensil holder so we can do more self help. One thing I am pleasantly surprised is the reasonable prices. Most entrees are under $20!

It wasn't busy so I was surprised at how awful the service was. The young man who seated us looked like he hated life. I should've known that his vibe was only the beginning. Our evening went downhill from there...After our order was taken, and our food brought out, we never saw our server again. I finished my prosecco and never got the opportunity to order a second glass. Eventually, I told my 6-year-old to wait while I went and asked for a dessert menu. At which point I mentioned that we never saw our server. The woman at the stand handed me dessert menus and said someone would be with us shortly. A different server came and took our dessert order. But after dessert was brought to us, once again we were ignored. When I tell you that we could've gotten up and left and never paid, nobody would have noticed. That's how much we were ignored. I was fucking pissed at this point. I got up with my child to go complain when the server quickly noticed and asked if everything was ok...fuck no it's not ok! Quickly gave him my room number and said that the evenings service was atrocious. And we walked away. And if the service was bad, the food was worse. When I tell you a DiGiorno pizza is better than their rendition of a margarita pizza, it's not an exaggeration. My pizza literally had four tiny sprigs of basil. And their olive paste garnish on it is unnecessary. Their twist on the margarita pizza was not appetizing. I can't complain about their fries though. It was basically the only thing we ate that we enjoyed. Their guacamole was rough too. Lacked flavor. The dessert was the biggest disappointment, food-wise. It appeared to be a brownie baked on a chocolate chip cookie, cut into a pie slice. It was HARD. I gave up trying to get my spoon through it. Needed a steak knife. The ice cream was fine. After this experience, we decided we would not be eating at the restaurant for the rest of our time at the hotel. We went and picked up food or ordered in. The bartenders seemed nice, but once the afternoon hit, my daughter had to wait over 30 minutes for a Shirley Temple to be brought to the pool. After waiting too long I decided to get up and go to the bar and ask what was going on. Her Shirley Temple was sitting there at the bar, and they had accidentally put it in a typical glass, which is not permitted at the pool. The bartender apologized because the server who had taken my order at the pool, did not relay to the bartender that the order was for the pool area. All in all, I would never eat here again. As a local, it's disappointing because the ambience is nice. But the food is overpriced and not even close to being good. And as for the service? My God. This was officially the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at. Ever. When the manager of the hotel asked how our stay was, I casually mentioned that the restaurant was lacking in a lot of ways. But I didn't expand on the experience. However, I was surprised to see that the manager had taken off the meals from the charges to my room when I checked out. And I sincerely appreciate that. I never asked for it, but was appreciative as it was unexpected. Bottom line. The hotel is a nice stay, and I plan on staying again. But you couldn't pay me to eat at that restaurant.
