Sporty Parts is the only place I go for my 95 Sportster! Denise and Kirk are knowledgeable and just super solid people, and I love that they're family owned and operated. If you can't find your part with them, well, you probably don't need it!

As anyone who rides a Sportster knows they don't get a lot of respect at main Harley Dealers and the Independents are even worse. Well your problems are over. Sporty Specialties is a store dedicated to the Sportster. They carry parts and accessories for pretty much every model from 1957 to the latest, but what you really get here is a huge amount of knowledge. The owner, Kirk, used to work in a Harley Dealership, so he knows his stuff, and when it comes to Sportsters I dare anyone to stump him. Also, this is not your typical motorcycle shop in that there are no racks of T-Shirts, no over priced junk, just helpful advice, and a pleasant atmosphere. This is one of those places where it's doesn't matter what you are wearing, so if you are dropping in to pick up a part on your way home, still wearing your business suit, or in full leathers on a Saturday morning, you will get exactly the same great service. Give them a try, you will then realize how crappy the HD dealer really treats you.

Best place to go for any year Harley Davidson Sportster! Lots of parts and accessories in stock and additional parts are available via catalog with fast arrival. The parts guy is super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They are open everyday except Monday. Don't be discouraged if they don't pickup the phone quickly as you are better off coming in person to get a feel of what would work for your bike. If you have a specific item to order from their online catalog leave a voicemail and you will get a call back to place the order. Overall this is your best best with great prices. Wish I knew about this place sooner.

Ordered a shifter for an 05 sportster and they sent me one for a 83 or something and they never resolved the issue for me. Waste of 73$

He's taken care of all of the preventative maintenance and all of my off script requests. Not only on my Zero...but also on my Indian... He's got top notch skill and cares about the details. AND he takes the time to talk and explain what and why...never seems rushed. So chill... I would trust him with ANY issue on ANY bike. I would 100% recommend Tyler at Motowerkz to anyone!

Outstanding Service and Expertise!…read more I can't say enough great things about Moto Werkz and Tyler! As someone new to the motorcycle world, I was nervous about needing repairs on my Z650--but Tyler made the whole experience smooth, easy, and educational. He's incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense to me--not just seasoned riders. Tyler ordered all the necessary parts, kept me updated throughout the process, and even gave me honest advice about future maintenance, like when to consider new tires or my next oil change. He's upfront about any potential risks or wear, and his communication is excellent--always responsive and clear. I dropped my bike off on a Saturday and had it back by Tuesday, fully repaired, cleaned, and detailed. His attention to detail and customer service are top-notch. I never once felt talked down to for not knowing something--Tyler genuinely wants riders to understand and feel confident about their bikes. If you're looking for honest, fast, high-quality service from someone who truly cares, Tyler at Moto Werkz is the guy to go to. Highly recommended!

I would bug Eric constantly with any questions regarding car maintenance and he would always answer them no matter how dumb I may have looked to ask the oddest questions and a business relationship was sparked. The years have passed. Wendy has sold the shop and Eric is no longer there but I could not be happier with the new owner. A couple of years ago, prices for regular maintenance begin to SKYROCKET to the point where it made no sense for me to do my regular maintenance at the shop any more. I was a little frustrated because Miller's didn't just feel like MY MECHANIC but MY FRIEND until the prices begin to feel like I was being taken advantage of or that my business wasn't appreciated any more. I'm a rideshare driver and I was getting 8-10 oil changes a year at the shop. It didn't make sense for me to give Wendy my business any more for regular maintenance. I understood the philosophy. I was "just an oil change" and really more of a hassle for a shop but what the old shop manager maybe failed to understand was that it wasn't just a car he was maintaining: the shop was maintaining the ease and comfort I had giving my hard earned money to them. The new shop owner, DERRICK has given the shop a 180 degree TURN!!! I LOOK FORWARD to getting my maintenance done and I have watched the results pay for themselves. I drive a 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid and when I account for the cost of gas, tire wear, oil, oil filter, air filter, cabin filter, and HYBRID BATTERY MAINTENANCE my car costs me about $0.12 a mile to operate. Since I've returned to regular maintenance at Miller's I've put over 20,000 miles on my car and have seen my MPG climb 3.5-4 MPG which has saved me nearly $140/month!!!! I will save nearly $1700 (if gas prices remain the same) after one year by returning to Miller's for my service. It's money in the bank in a time when it's hard to keep money in the bank but most importantly Derrick has rekindled a business friendship I can depend on and HIGHLY RECCOMMEND. I can't thank Derrick enough for the work he's put in to keep me a customer and writing this review is the least I can do for ALL of his EFFORTS!!!
