Sporty Parts is the only place I go for my 95 Sportster! Denise and Kirk are knowledgeable and just super solid people, and I love that they're family owned and operated. If you can't find your part with them, well, you probably don't need it!

As anyone who rides a Sportster knows they don't get a lot of respect at main Harley Dealers and the Independents are even worse. Well your problems are over. Sporty Specialties is a store dedicated to the Sportster. They carry parts and accessories for pretty much every model from 1957 to the latest, but what you really get here is a huge amount of knowledge. The owner, Kirk, used to work in a Harley Dealership, so he knows his stuff, and when it comes to Sportsters I dare anyone to stump him. Also, this is not your typical motorcycle shop in that there are no racks of T-Shirts, no over priced junk, just helpful advice, and a pleasant atmosphere. This is one of those places where it's doesn't matter what you are wearing, so if you are dropping in to pick up a part on your way home, still wearing your business suit, or in full leathers on a Saturday morning, you will get exactly the same great service. Give them a try, you will then realize how crappy the HD dealer really treats you.

Best place to go for any year Harley Davidson Sportster! Lots of parts and accessories in stock and additional parts are available via catalog with fast arrival. The parts guy is super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They are open everyday except Monday. Don't be discouraged if they don't pickup the phone quickly as you are better off coming in person to get a feel of what would work for your bike. If you have a specific item to order from their online catalog leave a voicemail and you will get a call back to place the order. Overall this is your best best with great prices. Wish I knew about this place sooner.

Ordered a shifter for an 05 sportster and they sent me one for a 83 or something and they never resolved the issue for me. Waste of 73$

I met Tyler over at Hollywood Electrics when he was working on my new (back then) 2018 Zero DSR…read more That bike has about 60k miles on it now...and that's a credit to him! He's taken care of all of the preventative maintenance and all of my off script requests. Not only on my Zero...but also on my Indian... He's got top notch skill and cares about the details. AND he takes the time to talk and explain what and why...never seems rushed. So chill... I would trust him with ANY issue on ANY bike. I would 100% recommend Tyler at Motowerkz to anyone!

Outstanding Service and Expertise!…read more I can't say enough great things about Moto Werkz and Tyler! As someone new to the motorcycle world, I was nervous about needing repairs on my Z650--but Tyler made the whole experience smooth, easy, and educational. He's incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense to me--not just seasoned riders. Tyler ordered all the necessary parts, kept me updated throughout the process, and even gave me honest advice about future maintenance, like when to consider new tires or my next oil change. He's upfront about any potential risks or wear, and his communication is excellent--always responsive and clear. I dropped my bike off on a Saturday and had it back by Tuesday, fully repaired, cleaned, and detailed. His attention to detail and customer service are top-notch. I never once felt talked down to for not knowing something--Tyler genuinely wants riders to understand and feel confident about their bikes. If you're looking for honest, fast, high-quality service from someone who truly cares, Tyler at Moto Werkz is the guy to go to. Highly recommended!

Extremely concerning and a VERY disappointing experience…read more For a place that presents itself as prestigious, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. It honestly felt like I was being pushed into a completely unnecessary and extremely expensive repair. I brought my car in because the A/C wasn't working and paid $350 for a diagnostic. I was then told by the service advisor that the evaporator to the A/C unit needed to be replaced for $7,000, largely due to labor. That didn't sit right with me, so I got a second opinion at another dealership. They found the issue was simply low refrigerant (Freon). Total cost? About $250, including the diagnostic and refill. That's not a small difference--that's a massive gap between what was recommended and what was actually needed. Experiences like this seriously damage trust and raise questions about how recommendations are being made at House of Imports Mercedes-Benz. I strongly urge anyone coming here to get a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs. Based on my experience, the initial recommendation was unnecessary, and I won't be returning. I'll also be advising friends and family to be cautious.

This is by far the worst customer experience I've ever had in my entire life. I'm 31 years old…read morehopefully I never have another one like this again. I suppose I should start with the only positive thing at all which was that the valet desk was pretty helpful and had a nice conversation with one who specializes in tires, he was a solid guy and very helpful. The rest of this experience was completely awful, I had came in for service for 2 reasons, the first was that my ambient lighting was not working, the second was that my auto engine off feature was not working, I drove a 2025 glb 250 so the car is brand new with barely 18k miles and still under full warranty. My service advisor was Sabrina, someone who I wish nobody else in this world ever has to work with because she is terrible. As soon as I arrived she told me that the auto engine off feature did not exist, which was a complete lie and I'll explain that later as well where she even contracted herself. It's also embarrassing to be a service advisor and not know anything about the cars, I ended up having to drop off the car and use a loaner, which is fine, she texted me a couple days later saying that they were unable to perform the work under warranty because of "outside elements" which was another lie, they said I had spilled black coffee and it somehow affected the lighting system, I have never drank coffee in my life for starters, second there was never any spill in that car period. And third she had told me their was a spill that somehow got inside the center console and magically affected the lights, another lie, if something is seeping through the center console then that's bad and you should have replaced that part as well because obviously it's not supposed to do that. I asked multiple time for proof of the bad wiring that she was referring to and she had refused to show any proof of what she was saying. She sent a video where they had assumed there was some spill which again is impossible to spill something under the center console, and when I asked for DMM readings or some sort of test readings she explained that she didn't want to give them and was only able to perform a visual inspection. Which is illegal to void my warranty on a visual inspection, I am deciding whether or not to move forward with lawyers as this was unbelievable. She then have the nerve to quote me 1700 to fix it. The second issue with the engine off feature she told me "didn't exist" does and I asked if she fixed it, and that it literally worked on the loaner given to me. I then sent her a video of the exact feature and how it worked perfectly the way I described it and she said "oh let me see if your car has that feature" what a stupid response, obviously it has it because it worked when I bought the car and now it doesn't. She then texted again later that day saying it wasn't a real thing again. Hello?? I just sent a video showing it does. She then had the nerve again to ask if I wanted to proceed with repairs, for someone who can't even fix one problem with my car why in the world would I trust you to fix the other problem, the whole time she was completely rude and condescending, especially for someone who doesn't even know the basic features on the cars she's working with. Overall just a terrible experience 0/10, only reason for 2 star was the valet was respectful.
