Do yourself a favor. Skip this place. It's a glorified gas station car wash that is way expensive at $12 bucks for a wash. Not only does it not clean well but they are picky. They won't do your car or truck if it was a rack or hitch so don't even think about it. And you vacuum before you get the wash. I learned the hard way, got my wash and then they won't let you go back to vacuum. Say whaaaat? And their customer service leaves much to be desired. The lady at the front of the wash guiding me through the line asks me to lower my window and tells me to put it in neutral. Then she walks away without telling me in an additional word and proceeds to power wash the front of my car while I still had the window down! I got soaked.... I highly recommend not going near this place. Pricey, terrible service, and all around a pretty bad car wash. If the owners are reading this, go to Raceway Car Wash in Fontana and LEARN about what your place could be. Great service and wash and still the same type of drive thru wash. read more

Been here twice. In terms of staff they are extemely friendly. However the car wash itself is terrible. My points: 1)When you get your car washed you want to ensure that they don't leave swirls and spots. This locations machines have ensured that my car is damaged in both ways. 2)The drying process is exceptionally if not the most critical aspect. Their vacuums don't move like other car washes do. 3)Wax is great but not the kind they provide. You need a hand wax. It's worth it to pay the extra money for a wax service. Conclusion: This location may offer convienance but overall it will damage your car, leaving water spots and cracks. read more

Been here twice and paid for the $12 wash. Both times I went, the machine missed the whole backside of my car. Machine does an "ok" job, definitely not worth the $12. I'd rather pay for the laser machine at the chevron in eastvale. My family have all been here as well and have the same opinions. My mom was pretty upset but decided not to complain. read more

Great affordable express wash, but the gentleman with the pressure washer only pressure washes the front, hood, drivers side of vehicle and back never the passenger side. I went in for the first time to get my car washed I put my car in neutral showed the employee himself my foot was off the brakes. They had a technical difficulty that caused my car to proceed forward I almost hit the car in front of me if I didn't stop it would have hit the car in front of me ! Well today I ran our car over there to get a wash. Normally the guys who stand at the entrance are pretty nice but today there was a grumpy older lady. I have been here quite a few times and don't expect a detail job but it does get the big hunks off. In all my past visits they have used the power washer to go over the grill, hood, and sometimes the tires and sides. Today this lady was at the entrance and god forbid should she even move a muscle except her fingers saying stop or go. after my car was already getting sprayed she decided to just glance my car with the power washer... What the heck! Please don't put any effort into your job or anything, I wouldn't want you to break a sweat or even seem a little bit interested in your duties. Super disappointed in today's service, even paid the extra 3 bucks for what I thought would be a little more of a wash. If you don't like your job then go find another one. You are there to serve the public and you should at least attempt a half ass smile on your face. Makes me want to go someplace else now. Even Walmart has happier staff. To bad for this place, hope the owner reads this as his staff make or break this place. Oh and the dryer... stopped at the beginning of my door so the rest of my vehicle was still dripping as I had to drive out. read more

Have been coming to this wash lately and boy does it Never disappoint!!! Can't go wrong with any of the wash packages they offer from Bronze 6$- to the spectacular Gold 12$ wash! Wow i am amazed with this place have been to a couple others that were good...but don't compare, also this my official spotless SPOT. I have talked to the owners and employees all very Friendly and helpful when i come to this place the Vibe is great! And the atmosphere is very professional (no Mickey mouse stuff here) now from doing the math here all i can say is GO UNLIMITED WASHES, ESPECIALLY THE GOLD WASH. i came in to wash my lifted truck that yes it does fit thru the wash and was greeted by one of the younger owners very friendly guy said when he ordered up the wash to be built it had to be big enough for his lifted truck which is bigger then mine so for all you lifted truck folks stop on by with peace of mind, just a few Tips: (1)if you do have a lifted truck make sure to ask if you fit just to be safe,(2) if you have a tow hitch PLEASE take it off the owners will really appreciate it BIG time folks, because it damages the brushes and the car wash, also as courtesy to us all so we can keep our cars and trucks nice and spotless! (3) Try the Gold wash i got one today and whooo ooh man it really restored my metallic paint job, truck looks like NEW! I really like the Orange lights when the Hot lava wax is being poured over the truck and the blue lights for the paint sealer. BEST DAMN CAR WASH IN TOWN NUFF SAID ABSOLUTELY BAD ASS!
