It had been over a year since we had carpet cleaning done, so I sent a message requesting for a quote. I received a quick response from the owner, Andrew. Communication remained professional and polite, and the quote he provided us with was more reasonable compared to other quotes I received. We scheduled, and he notified us when we was close by, and arrived 5 minutes before the appt time (very punctual). Andrew completed 2 bedrooms and an area rug. He got out deep stains. If I can give it 0 stars i would. A friend of mine that has very little money paid him ahead and he only completed half of the work which is most likely the time he received the money. He never came back to finish the other half of the carpet cleaning and my friend is so devastated because she has no money to hire somebody else. Please do not hire him. He is not trustworthy and should never be hired again. Please look somewhere else to clean your carpet or he will do the same thing to you. I was pleasantly surprised at the rapid response, professionalism, great reviews on both via Yelp and Facebook and lastly cost. My review is solely based on carpet cleaning and not other services his business offers. Which I'm positive are all fantastic since my experience was superb. They offer bio-degradable cleaning products which is more environmentally friendly. Which is a huge win in my book. Generally speaking when you want to environmentally friendly products you're looking to pay a fortune. Not the case with Andrew and Spotless KTH. Andrew, was a complete professional. A young entrepreneur. On time, punctual, sent text messages to confirm as well as his ETA. I have used a previous company and was left disappointed. I was hesitant and on edge. I've scheduled an interior car detail with this company multiple times in the past few months and no one has ever showed up. I called at the scheduled appointment time to see if they are near and the person has said they need to reschedule. The first time this happened, a few months ago, I went ahead and rescheduled. Well the person still didn't show up again. Today, I texted the person 15 minutes before the appointment to let me know when they are near so I can let them in the parking lot. The person texted back asking to reschedule. This is ridiculous! I've already made arrangements to be at work late this morning and the person didn't even have the decency to cancel on me in advance. This is a long overdue review. I don't do many of these but Andrew truly was impressive from the initial contact and maintained great communication in setting up the appointment the day of and afterwards. I had a motor home to rent and needed urgent service in order to show the unit following day. Andrew agreed to come over for an after hours service. He did the clean out of the whole motor home and left the carpet almost as new. His enthusiasm but more important the quality of service was fantastic. I made an appointment with the owner operator of this company to clean my house prior to listing it for sale. We made an appointment for a Saturday between the hours of 7:00 and 8:00 am. I should have been more specific because no one wants to sit around and wait for anyone. No one persons time is more valuable than the next. It is what it is. So I show up to the house with my fiancé and newborn daughter at 7 am. We already have a new house so we are not living here at the moment. 7:30 comes and he isn't showing. 8:00 comes and he still hasn't shown. I text him at 8:10, did you forget about our appointment? No response. I call him. No response so I leave a voicemail. Finally he text messages me back that his kids baby sitter hasn't shown up yet. I asked how long until you get here? He said shortly, I live right around the corner from you. I said no problem and continued to wait with no furniture, my newborn and my wife in an empty house. It's now 9:10 and he still hasn't shown. I text him, are you going to be here soon? No response. So naturally my fiancé is beyond upset, tired of standing, and sick of this game. She asked me for his number. He starts speaker to her in Spanish. She responds in Spanish. Then all of a sudden he doesn't speak Spanish. So she begins to speak to him in English. Then "his connection" was bad and he couldn't hear her. Eventually he can "hear her" at which point she is furious and begins to cuss him out. His response was unprofessional to say the least. He then yelp messages me "soooo disrespectful and good luck". Don't waste your time with this clown. I lost 3 hours of my day and still need to find a new house cleaner. Response to owners reply: She cursed you out for the reasons above. Some helpful business advice from one business owner to another. Schedule your sitter for 7:00 am and your first appointment for 8:00 am. If your sitter doesn't show by 7:30, CALL YOUR 8:00 am APPOINTMENT at 7:30 to let them know the problem, reschedule for another day, then offer a discount on the cleaning service. Sending one text message 20 minutes after you're already late to the appointment is not acceptable. Especially when your client is the one texting and calling you to see what's going on. read more

Andrew came and worked extremely hard on my home. We have a 5 bedroom 3 bath 2-story home in Buena Park. Not to mention we have 3 DOGS! Hello! I felt compelled today to write a review about my experience with Spotless KTH carpet cleaning service. A few days ago I had hired a different cleaning service provided by Jose Loyola, which was a terrible mistake...I hired them to clean a rental unit that was going to be occupied by new tenants in just a few days. The result was not only unexecptable, but they sent a young girl to do a two man job with proper cleaning equipment.
