It's unbelievable but some companies required upfront deposit even before assessment of the issue. Our technician,Brian,was on time,called prior,came with shoe covers,quickly identified problems with toilet,gave us estimates and couple options to think about. I called next morning and next business day he returned and completed repair. Again on time,very professional and leave no dirt or waste after job. Prices are horribly high now everywhere,but plumbing can't be avoided,so their price point is adequate to area,but service is superb. I can't say enough good things about the owner of this company and his techs. They were right there…read morewhen I had a time crunch on closing a house and a last-minute issue in the ductwork caused by a crawl space mold-abatement project by a different contractor. They checked it out and took care of it, at some cost to their schedule, I"m sure. I was able to close on time, thanks to them! Throughout the process they kept me informed of both the cost and the progress, and the costs were very reasonable. Finally, their accounting and notification systems are amazing. I received an email about what the tech was going out to look at, based on my explanation of the problem before he got there. When the tech went to the truck after his work, I got an email with the analysis and the bill, which I could pay online right then, or later if I wished. The whole process worked not just like clockwork, but like a very expensive Swiss watch. Or a lunar landing. And, they were pleasant, forthcoming about what was likely wrong, and also frank about what they couldn't say until they saw the problem. They treated me as if I had a brain and was likely able to understand what they told me. They believed what I said. I used a highly rated company (C1) found on Yelp in the spring to turn on my boiler. They…read morecouldn't. They told me that I had to have the gas company to turn the gas on. They also charged me for cleaning. When the heating season came, I had the gas turned on, I called C1 again to get my boiler turned on. They still couldn't bug quitedc me to replace both valves for $4k or get a new boiler for $8500. OHA was the second company came to give me a diagnostic. Mr Bryan discovered that the water pipes were completely empty and found a spot on the radiator where the pipes were disconnected. No wonder the boiler won't turn on! However, OHA doesn't repair radiator pipes so he left me this valuable information without charging me a penny! I found a 3rd company came to repair the valves and saved thousands from the 1st company. Forever thankful for Mr Bryan!

My A/C condenser unit needed a running capacitor replaced, a job which took less than 15 minutes total to diagnose and correct. The cost of replacing the capacitor was $110 (no breakdown of how much was for the capacitor and how much for labor). Online cost of the capacitor is around $25. The time to actually replace it was about 3 minutes. It would seem that a $99 service call fee should have covered this simple repair. Instead the job ended up costing a total of $209 for a $25 capacitor replacement. Doubt I will call them again.
