Rib plate with green beans and pot salad. Deliciousness, A++++++!

When you walk through the doors, you're met with the wonderful smell of Spring Creek's fresh baked rolls. Who doesn't like the smell of fresh baked bread? I've been a loyal customer for decades. I know many give "restaurant chains" a bad rap, but I feel that Spring Creek checks all the boxes for an awesome restaurant chain. I've eaten at probably 10+ locations around the Fort Worth/Dallas area and have never had an issue or a bad meal. The staff and managers at each of the locations are very attentive. For today's visit I ordered the rib plate with green beans and potato salad as my sides. My wife ordered her favorite, the Southwest Salad with chicken. I forgot to take a photo of it. My wife's salad was overflowing with goodness. The ribs were succulent, delicious and totally "fall off the bone!" The green beans and potato salad were both SO good. Of course, the fresh baked rolls were the perfect accompaniment to an already awesome plate of deliciousness. Thank you, Spring Creek, for an amazing meal and dining experience. I'll see you again VERY soon.

The old song says if you want to play in Texas, you have to have a fiddle in the band. The same is for barbecue and having a really good brisket. We had the brisket that was lean and one that was marbled. I recommend the one that was marbled as it was a bit more tender. They serve fresh rolls to the table and all the staff really enjoyed serving. The sides we ordered were all delicious and were generously portioned. We had cole slaw, potato salad, green beans and bbq beans. I recommend adding barbecue sauce to the barbecue beans. We did find a couple of hard stems in the green beans, and the potato salad was a little sweet. The rolls hot and fresh can't be beat. They also offer cobbler and ice cream for an extra charge. I am definitely going back when I return to Texas.

Ordered the combo with 3 meats. The best was the ribes, gotta eat it first, it doesn't taste as good after a few minutes. The pulled pork and brisket was average. The extra point is given to the fresh free bread that they passed often (my friend actually visited just come for that). So wouldn't say it is really really good but pretty good for a chain with this caliber.

Chopped Baker with everything but no chives and a Cracked Black Pepper Sausage. Both are delicious.

So good it's almost gone. Best Chop Beef sandwich in the DFW area. I get it most of the time. Too hard to resist

This was my first time eating at this place on Thursday 2/8. The employees were nice, the meats were delicious, those side dishes need some major help with flavoring. If I go back it will be only for the meats and I will cook my own side dishes at home. Baked beans are pork-n-beans from the can and no additional ingredients to pull off a baked bean flavor.

I recommend any Potbelly if you want a great sandwich from a chain restaurant. Potbelly makes good…read moresandwiches. You'll know exactly what you're getting every time you go.

A graceful 3. I stopped by this place with my daughter for the first time on a random weekday…read more Before I begin, let me just say this: first impressions really are everything. When we walked in, no one greeted us or explained how the ordering process worked. We took our time looking over the menu and were pretty much left to figure things out on our own. To be fair, one employee was checking out customers and another appeared to be preparing food, so I can give a little grace there. After about 3-5 minutes, someone came from the back and politely asked how he could help. I mentioned that it was our first visit, and he instructed us to order our sandwiches with him. After taking our order, he immediately started preparing the sandwiches. Unfortunately, no directions were given about what to do next. We moved over to what appeared to be the sandwich topping station, where another employee was working. He never acknowledged us, and by that point, both the cashier and sandwich prep employee had disappeared to the back. We grabbed a bag of chips and headed toward the register, assuming maybe toppings weren't part of the process. When the cashier eventually returned, she looked at us as if she was wondering why we were standing there. I explained that it was our first time and that we hadn't received any instructions. She quickly apologized and gave us a rundown of how everything worked. As it turned out, our sandwiches were simply waiting to be dressed with toppings. While she was helping us, the employee who had been standing at the topping station the entire time walked off carrying completed sandwiches. I'm assuming he was handling to-go or catering orders, but his lack of acknowledgment made the experience feel a little cold and unwelcoming. Once we got through the ordering process, things improved. The young lady finished our sandwiches, checked us out, and we decided to dine in since the wind outside changed our plans to enjoy the patio. The décor was interesting, with lots of unique things to look at and talk about. We also loved the family feel of the space and the large windows that filled the restaurant with beautiful natural light. The sandwiches did the job and filled us up for lunch. The taste was decent, but I feel like I could have made better choices had I understood the ordering process from the beginning. This feels like a place that's very comfortable for regulars but not necessarily geared toward first-time visitors. Would I return? It's not at the top of my list, but I wouldn't completely rule it out either.
