VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IT'S DISGUSTING, I'm only giving it 3 stars because my masseuse did a pretty good job. However, the lady at the front desk was very rude to me from the beginning she wasn't friendly at all nor welcoming. After I am done with my massage I paid the receptionist, and I gave my masseuse a $6 tip (I only had $46 in cash sue me!) the masseuse looks at the money & says something in Chinese then the receptionist HAS THE NERVE TO comment about the tip, saying "you HAVE to give a better tip if you liked the service then proceeds to show me a Tip Chart! I've never in my life have been demanded to tip. I myself am a server and I know what it's like to receive small tips but that's how the game goes! People are not obligated to tip if they don't want too! I only had $46 in cash, the massage was $40 and I gave the rest to the lady, she should be grateful I even tipped her to begin with whether it's $6 or $20 a tip is a tip, whether you appreciate it or not , it's MY MONEY that I am giving out! I am not obligated to tip someone for doing their frickin job! Unbelievable these women are! My boyfriend and I went in for a massage today and you could definitely tell these ladies knew their stuff. My masseuse was very attentive and made sure the pressure was okay the whole time. The massage was an hour and fifteen minutes, and an enjoyable experience. I would say I would come back, when I tipped 20%, the lady stared at me until I kept putting $5 bills down. My tip ended up being a little more than 40% and when I reached that percentage, they began to smile again. Very awkward. Amazing service every-time. I've been here twice each time I've gotten a different lady, I always get the $30 special it is 30 mins feet, 30 min body and hot rocks. Both of the women have been amazing. These ladies are so strong and hit all the points needed. They really take the time to ask if I'm doing okay, if it's too much or not enough. They always give a good amount of water after wards, to really make sure you flush your body of all the toxins they just released. I am extremely picky especially with my massages, because I always feel like no one gets as deep as I need, but This is one of my favorite spots and I will be coming back next pay check ! Always passed by this place when I went to Gabi for coffee and finally decided to go for a 90 min session after hiking yesterday. The place looked clean and I was quickly serviced with a female therapist after arriving at appt time. Therapist was nice and friendly, professional too. I loved the soft background music. It's like someone else said, it's a hit or miss with the experience of the reflexologist. It seemed mine had no formal training on reflexology points for the upper or lower body. I've had plenty of massages and a reflexologist I used to see at a spa showed me the difference. This experience was not the same in regard to the massage itself. The person who worked on me was nice and I did give her a $15.00 tip. I mean, they are trying to make a living and I'll keep trying places until I find someone who can take out all my knots. read more

Well wow Well done I'm writing this as I lay on the table, sounds of water nice music dim lighting. You can hear some chatter but nothing to loud, plus it's all in a different language so easily tuned out. So we came in with a 'yelp check in special' upon arrival for our ' appointment time ' (you probs don't need one) we were immediately up sold to the 'combo deal' which is the typical face, arms(hands), feet, legs, then flip over for back+hot stones. Massage was ok... but nothing special.. therapist didn't put much feel into it if you know what I mean. Was just kind of going threw the motions. And she got on her cell phone three times to answer a call. Which is a real pet peeve of mine. And other workers were talking quite loudly in the other room. Probably won't go back. I came in with my significant other on a weekday night around 9:30 - super happy this place is open late. We checked in and got the Yelp discount. The place is super relaxing - the lighting is good, it smells ice and appears clean. The chairs are soft and the towels appeared, felt and smelled fresh and clean. The massage was awesome. For the price these really can't be beat. They didn't lather on the oil - I am grateful for that. My massager was attentive and applied great pressure. Very interesting experience. We ventured off the strip after a long week to get a foot massage. Being from out of town, we don't really have places like this where we are from. We have chain/professional massage locations but we were recommended to check out the array of foot spas in Las Vegas' "chinatown". We walked inside and it lacked a professional look. Basically a room with a desk up front and some weird chairs in the back. We were a little nervous to be quite honest. On the desk there was a sign that listed the prices. $20 for a regular one hour service and $30 for a combo with hot stone. We just wanted a regular service. They argued with us for about 5 minutes trying to convince us to get a combo. I personally don't like hot stone and am from the East Coast so I can handle a little back and forth. They weren't getting one over on me no matter how much they argued. After they realized this, they finally backed off and allowed us the service we requested. They then walked us into a sectioned off part of this room and it was so dark I had to put my phone flashlight on. I can't even tell you what kind of chairs these were but theres no way they were sanitary. It was almost designed like a couch recliner but covered in towels and blankets? I really couldn't even tell you if it was a real chair it was very confusing. But we decided to go along with the process because again it was recommended to us. Next they brought out a bucket of warm water (had a plastic liner thank god) and soaked our feet in it. I laughed a little because the bucket was like a laundry detergent or kitty litter shaped bucket... but again it was so dark I couldn't tell ya. Apparently a foot massage out here is not actually just a foot massage. They start at your head, work their way down to your shoulders, arms and then feet. Then they have you roll over and do your back and legs. I would have been fine with just my feet and thats kind of all we wanted. My girl must have given me a deep tissue massage because at times I really thought I was going to jump off the table. I'm still sore and have been having back spasms since so not sure what she did. I get a longer and better foot massage at my nail salon but I guess since they gave us a body massage we can't complain much? I dont know, but again just not what we really wanted. After everything, you are directed to the front to pay. I paid cash and am not even sure if they take credit card but to avoid the whole thing I felt cash was the better option. They have a sign on the front desk suggesting what to tip- starting at $10. Must be nice on a $20 service. But being that we felt they did put in a great amount of effort when all we were expecting is an hour foot massage, we had no issues tipping their $10 suggestion. There is no way I could review this place honestly more than 3 stars. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time, I couldn't tell if it was sanitary, their overall practice did not seem professional especially with the arguing at the beginning and the fact they even have such a outrageous gratuity sign, it was just a weird experience. I chose this location based on the reviews that must be from locals but for any out of towners like us, might be better to check out a real spa off the strip... My cousin and I came here for a massage, I got Su I believe that's how you spell her name, you can tell she knew what she was doing. We came for an 80 minute couples massage, only thing is it was only 60 mins. So that's kind of false advertisement. But Su was good and I can tell she knew what she was doing. I had so much knots on my shoulders and she tried her best to get them all out. I've had massages before but nothing was like this. It legit hurt so good my cousin got a guy, but she prefer a girl but she didn't want to speak up. So if you want a girl request for one prior we forgot too. She said she can tell he was still new, but he gave a good foot rub. I knew he did because my cousin fell asleep and started snoring for a little. but she said she wish they were a little more quiet when they were talking to each other. I didn't mind it. Reasonable price. $80 and $20 tip for my lady, same for the guy who massaged my cousin. Even though she said he deserved like $15 but it would've been awkward if we both tipped differently. read more

Came in here due to great Yelp reviews. The ambience is very nice and everything was promising at first. My bf and I picked the 60 minute foot combo which they told us would include 40 minutes body. Upon starting the massage, my massage therapist recommended me to extend to 90 minutes as my shoulders felt stiff at her initial impression so she could spend more time on my back. I agreed and we both extended. Unfortunately, she spent most of the 90 minutes massaging my feet and when she finally asked me to turn around, she stepped on my back - yeah she literally STOOD on my back which was more concerning than relaxing. The entire back massage probably lasted 15 minutes max. With that said, it was not the worst experience as I would realize when checking out. I paid by card and added a 22% tip which resulted in a big discussion with my masseuse as she was asking for 20$ (40%!!) per person. When I told her that My experience did not support this kind of tip, she argued that it would be the minimum courtesy. I get it if you had really done a good job and put in some effort. Also, if this is expected, please include this into your pricing rather than harassing unsatisfied customers to give you double the typical tip. Definitely do not recommend this place. read more

After dinner at Hobak, I was looking for another activity. How convenient that Spring Mountain Reflexology is in the same shopping plaza. They accommodated us right away and I liked the semi-private rooms and the very comfortable recliners. The setup was great. That said, the guy who massaged me was not very good. He took a ton of breaks and was super unmotivated to work hard. Every time the phone rang or someone walked into the building, he would get up and go look around. Of course all of the massages finished at the same time and I definitely felt that I was getting a bad deal out of it. I was unimpressed by the lack of professionalism. read more

I love reflexology have been going for over a decade! We decided to try a new place. This place was pretty bad! First don't get the male he does not listen or understand- we paid for the 90 minutes and it started by the guy pushing on my collar bone I thought it was going to snap and I would flinch and say too hard and he would only say it's ok, huff and say some things to his associate and continued, I finally had to to just tell him not to do my shoulders. Next I could feel his fingernail digging in my skin . Then when he got to the hands part as this point he was irritated and just being rough and pulling my fingers apart and bending them backwards until again I pulled my hand away to which he responded with another huff and more language to his coworker. I figured if I could just get to the foot/leg part it would be fine or hopefully better. That was sadly not the case! So I guess there was a sugar or salt rub as part of the package but he put it on dry and then rubbed it on hard no lotion no moisture just the scrub on dry legs and tons on my feet - it was pretty awful felt like tiny micro abrasions! Then to top it Off he put the hot stones right over it! It was awful I kept saying too rough and he just kept saying ok ok but continued. Then when he said he was finished there was gobs of the salt stuff stuck in between my toes and on my legs still and I had to ask for a towel! In between this Fun time he would leave for like 5-10 minutes, randomly - not to dump water or anything just take a break ‍ The best part is the lady at the register was like you need to give a $15 tip - I wanted to not pay at all but I did and I gave him $6 cause but she was like give me more and my friend gave $10 for her and she was like no you give more! There are so many other places you can go within minutes, you should definitely try somewhere else! read more
