It was very loud, the people spoke loudly to each other through the first 45 mins, then alarms were going off. The massage was ok. We thought that they will do the detox after the 60 minute massage bought it was during your massage time. So for us it felt like it was a false advertisement. Let's start with the staff, friendly enough but you'll have to ask them to repeat themselves or try to speak more clearly a few times. They don't hesitate to speak to each other in their dialect while massaging you, this makes it uncomfortable for some. They aren't afraid to ask you to adjust your tip amount based on if you liked the service or not! it's not that we didn't like it, we just thought it was only 15% worthy! There are no instructions at the beginning of your massage service, you'll get hmm'd and ushered this way and that. I have been to this location several times and typically the owner / manager assigns for me a more private for better privacy. During my last visit, masseuse was polite and showed great technique and strength. She created enough deep pressure that resulted in a very beneficial massage for me. I typically request the hour combo which includes a comprehensive but fully clothed massage to my back, neck, head & skull, arms, legs and of course feet. I was invigorated and refreshed afterwards. It's good value for the money. And definitely more respectful than the places that are much closer to the heart of Chinatown Las Vegas on Spring Mountain Road. As a general rule, The closer to the Heart of Chinatown Vegas, the more money, those operators DEMAND from their customers- IN ESSENCE the more expensive places want $20 for half an hour foot massage or $30 for half hour combo feet & body. In these location, at Spring Mountain & Duneville , further west from Central Chinatown, we get the WHOLE HOUR for the same rates above. They even included the hot stones with the Yelp coupon discount for the hour combo of my visit today. $30. They did charge me an extra $1 for using my atm card/debit/ credit card instead of CASH. I came to this location a little over a year ago and had a terrible experience and had been avoiding coming here, but last night I was wanting a massage after work so I decided to give this place a try out again. I have been to quite a few reflexology places in Chinatown and overall Vegas and this still was by far the worse experience I have ever had at one. I called ahead to come as we were right down the street and they took us immediately upon arriving, but I was started first and my friend was started about 6-7 minutes after. The guy that I got was way too rough and hitting my bones more than my muscle. I could tell that they were definitely wearing latex gloves and he didn't put enough lotion on so the gloves felt super rough on my skin. At one point he wasn't even massaging or even rubbing me but just scratching me with his long nails! When I was turning over to get on my back I noticed his phone was on my foot stool and I'm betting he was looking at his phone while he was massaging the bottom half of me because I definitely only felt one hand at one point. When the end of the massage came, my guy was so quick to rush out. When it came time to pay they first kept insisting cash over card, then made a mistake charging my card, but it was fixed. I decided to tip $6 instead of the $10 that was on their laminated paper on the counter. As I was now feeling discomfort in my shoulders and honestly it was not that great of a massage. The manager who was nice after fixing my incorrect charge, had a change of pace and then began to tell me that I tipped incorrectly. Working in the service industry I found it audacious that they try to tell someone how much to tip. While walking out I felt like I was getting a dirty look for the guy who massaged me as he was outside having a cigarette. Will definitely not be coming back here again. read more

A friend and I wanted to treat ourselves and we caught sight of this place while out in Chinatown. It had a calm, quiet atmosphere when we entered, which I liked. The receptionist got us in pretty quickly even without an appointment, which is always a plus. The person who attended to me was Mei, who was great! She applied just as much pressure as I wanted with very little guidance, and she adjusted herself to my needs. I made light conversation, but otherwise she was quiet and let me relax peacefully. We were also near the water dumping station so EVERYONE was busy talking and loud as all get out. The front desk lady, maybe the owner, explained the pricing options. $20 foot $30 hot pack for your neck 30mins feet &30 minutes back with hot $35 for hot and cold pack 20mins feet and 40mins back We opted for the $35 for more back than feet... wasn't what we were sold. No cold pack, more feet than back, and the hot pack smelled like an old sack of warm beans. If you're in town and in need for quick rub from a rough Vegas night, you could get away with the $20-60min rub down. Went here for my first Couples Massage with my Girlfriend. It didn't start off too bad, they told us a price of 100$ at first, for our Massage. After that, we went to the room where we undressed and laid ready for the massage. The ladies came in shortly after and began the massage which had a less than pleasant start for me. My masseuse was leaning on my back with her elbow in the same spot for about 3 mins while she was on her phone(I saw the scrolling and felt her scrolling). And the masseuse massaging my girlfriend was coughing and burping the entire time. When my masseuse walked out to get hot rocks, I turned over to see my girlfriends masseuse also on her phone with her elbow in my girlfriends back. The second half of the massage was much better though. When the massage was finished they then told us a new price of 120$ and was very pushy for a 40$ tip as well. After a pretty mediocre full body massage at a nearby establishment we decided to take a chance on the foot massage deal. At $20 how can you beat that? We called and the person answering the phone (I think the owner) is a little hard to understand. She tried to tell us about another more expensive service but I insisted on the $20 massage. So we got there and were led into a room with two chairs. They soak your feet in warm water while they give you a quick head and neck massage. Didn't need it but it was ok. Then the foot massage started. Pretty awesome if you ask me. It's more of a relaxing massage rather than a full on reflexology type of massage where pain is part of the massage! LOL! It definitely will not be the most relaxing and best massage you'll ever have. There's very little privacy and you can totally hear all sorts of conversations going on outside which is incredibly distracting. The lady in charge recommended the cool green bean and hot stone massage. Basically the "cool" part is the green beans set over your eyes. It smelled like the inside of a refrigerator! I was smelling food almost the entire time and it was not fun! Douse that thing in some lavender or something because the smell needs to go! Tip is MANDATORY. They say it's optional but please. They will tell you that you have to give at least $10 or will look extremely angry or irritated if you don't. I'm glad I got the $5 discount or else I would have been pissed giving $10 for the sub-par massage. I don't recommend. My husband shared the exact same sentiments as me. Massage was OK. For my feet, it was basically the masseuse rubbing lotion on my feet without applying any pressure. I told her to use more pressure and she did for 30 seconds then moved on to a completely different body part-rushing to get it done. She also reeked of cigarette smoke. The part that got this place the bad review was at the end when I went to pay and I tipped her $10. She retaliated and said I should give her more. Absolutely not when she did NOT Put any effort into the massage. As a business owner, you should be appalled when your employee asks a customer for more tip. It's not right. I went to a different place the night before and the employee got a $20 tip because he did an excellent job. Don't expect excellent tips when you are doing a horrible job.
