Business is under new management. Came there to remove acrylics and have a gel manicure. They tried buffing off the acrylics and it would burn my nails. When I flinched because of the pain, they just laughed at me. Didn't have any colors for gel in stock. And the manicure didn't last more than a few days. Excellent! I have never posted a review on yelp before, and just had to for Spring Nails. I called to make an appointment and they took me within the hour. I had a gel manicure with French tip and a pedicure. My manicure has lasted so long it looks beautiful (I've had trouble with this in the past). 5 stars! Sophia did a wonderful job on my nails and was super kind and accommodating. When I called to ask if I could come in, she told me she would be ready in an hour and even called me back to confirm. I appreciated that because it assured me that they were making time for me. Some salons will tell you to come in and have you wait super long past the time they tell you to come in. I sat down in her chair right away and she gave me the colors to pick one. She worked quickly but carefully, cut down my nails and shaped them exactly how I wanted. Then when it came to painting the color on my nails, I had picked a pretty bright color. She did two coats and I asked if she would mind doing a third and she was super sweet about it and assured me it was no problem. I really appreciated her kindness and patience, since a lot of other salons will give you attitude for asking something like that. I paid 28$ for my acrylic fill with gel (one color). I think that's a totally reasonable price for the work that was done and the great service Sophia provided. I will most definitely be back! :) read more

I always come back to this salon. Sophia does my gel nails Whole my feet regular pedicure is done with anyone. Both comes out to $45 without tip. My gel manicure last up to a month. Soooo this shop actually seemed promising. My pedicure went great. Till I was ready for my full set. The young lady that was doing it didn't pay any attention to detail, I asked if they did 3D designs and she said yes, handed me a book so I picked a design that was stripes n polka dots. I wanted that same one but different colors. She apparently didn't understand which is understandable I guess, I'm more for the quality of work and not just the color. But uhhhh as you can see in my picture I left with something totally unacceptable. She was too busy taking care of other people and switching from one customer to another that I was pretty much just left sitting there for some guy to come and finish my nails. He put the oil on my gel nails and was you're finished. Uhhhh my nails are hella sticky. The fuq?! It sucks that I have to drive 40 miles away for a decent nail shop that doesn't in too many clients that they can't handle. read more

I had one of the best pedicures I've ever had. I did not particularly care for this place with the old owners, and came here as it was the one closest. These two young Cambodian girls- Sofia and May are apparently new owners and they are so pleasant, dedicated and passionate in their art. We showed up after hours on a Sunday, my friend and I. They consented to do our nails without flinching. They remained quiet throughout the process focused on doing a "perfect" job without any side conversations. They treated us like our business truly mattered!! We made our appointment for the next visit here!! I highly highly recommend this place. So happy to have it right next door to me!! read more

This shop used to be my go to place I would always come out satisfied, but recently they have just been getting worse and worse. I made an appointment and I came in maybe 5 minutes prior to my time and i had to wait nearly 20 minutes until they sat me down, and then i had to wait maybe 5-10 more minutes until someone actually decided to help me! I had a male do my nails and this wasn't the first time I'd had him do my nails. The first time he had done my nails it was a fill and I wasn't completely satisfied, but it also wasn't the worst so I let it slide. The most recent time I went it was a terrible experience, he cut me, didn't do my nails the way I had asked, gave me attitude, it was an all around horrible experience. He was very messy and didn't seem to care whether or not I liked my nails, when I would speak up about something or even flinch in pain he would either heavily sigh in annoyance or roll his eyes! My work is close by so I decided to stop by. I only asked for a manicure but they kept insisting for me to get a pedicure. I kept saying "no" and they would just laugh and ask again. The lady that did my nails burned me 3x. She kept messing up and having to repaint my nails. Her excuse was that my nails were too short. I called to get a same day appointment and the fit me in at the end of the day. Tammy did my nails and they look great. I like my nails thin and she was able to make them look very natural. One of the customers asked me if these were my natural nails. I will definitely be back to see Tammy in a couple weeks. Oanh is so awesome and welcoming !!!!! Unfortunately she is on vacation and I got to experience this place without her. I set an appointment (as I always do) for 10:45 am. I check out Yelp to see who I can ask for, which ends up being a lady by the name of Tien. I arrive at 10:40 and I asked if she was there and was directed to another lady. I inform her I was there for my appointment and I was looking to set one for a lady by the name of Tien spelt T I E N. Then the lady talks with the other lady and they continue to converse still with not giving me an answer. So again, I ask if she is there. Still without looking at me, the lady responds no. So I proceed to inform them once again that my appointment is at 10:45 and I'll see anyone. I sit down and no one even acknowledges me or gives me my colors options. I sit there for a while and 10:55 rolls around still with no acknowledgment of my presence or how long it would be. I get up to ask how long it will be and they inform me it would be 20 more minutes. Came here to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The lady was doing my pedicure seem to have dug into my big toe cuticle while removing the nail on the excess skin that I developed an infection which was super painful the next few days. It was hurting a little bit when she was removing the nail but I didn't think much about it until it started throbbing the next day. Also this time my gel manicure chipped quickly within two weeks. The colors that I chose for my hands and feet ended up looking different ones they were on my nails. It seemed like the swatches didn't really end up matching actual nail color. Still had an OK experience. Not sure if I'll be back. read more

So I normally see Ouan but she was in Vietnam when I came by so I seen Tina a few weeks ago & came back today for a gel refill and she's so sweet. She always had a smile on her face. The last time I came an older lady did my pedicure and she cut my toe nails too short and then one of my toe got infected and it got swollen! I was so upset. Anyways today I came in and I didn't want her so Nina did my pedicure and she did such an excellent job and fixed my toe that was messed up. She removed the cuticle that grew into my skin. I come here all the time to get a pedicure, and I always bring my mom with me. Everyone that works there are very sweet and kind. But recently, my mom didn't have a great experience. Sindy, whom did my moms pedicure, did a horrible job. First, she did not file her nails nicely. Second, she did not scrub the feet properly. Third, she did not apply the nail polish neatly. Third time here, they do a good job with mani and pedis. I was very happy with my full set acrylics, however, service isn't the best. I called ahead and asked if they had time for mani/pedi at a certain time and they told me yes. I came and two of the ladies was working (both had customers already). So I decided to pick my colors. One of the ladies asked if I called and I said yes I did for mani/pedi. After I picked my color I sat to be waited. Couple of mins later another lady walked in. The other lady asked her if she he called and she said she did. The First Lady that spoke to me finished her customer and seated the new lady and totally ignored me.
