Massage was good. It was supposed to be 60 minutes but they took forever to come in and start after my husband and I got undressed and onto the beds. Then switching from the beds after "30 minutes " to go out and finish the foot part was all included in their 60 minutes....and they still wrapped it up 5 minutes early. The foot part was a bit uncomfortable and even painful at points. I didn't like being in a huge room next to people I didn't even know (one was snoring). The massages cost $40 I think. I decided to tip her some, even though it wasn't amazing. Then she had the nerve to point to the poster on the wall and indicate what I gave her wasn't enough. I didn't give her more, so she got all huffy and stormed off. It's a tip....not a portion of the payment. Freaking pissed me off. read more

At the first time I been there I have the one of my best treatment I'll ever had. The therapist being very professional, someone ask me if I prefer women or a men, I feel so good after and I have a problem with my back so it's not easy to impressed me , and I put 15 $ tip ( i think it's a lot ) but I was really impressed. 2 weeks later ( with different therapist) I was coming again and it was the worst treatment I ever had. He didn't ask me what I prefer, he put me on a small room with short bad that close to the door and I was suffering all the treatment . He had so mechanics touch, I felt like someone just bit me and day after ( today) I wake up with so much pain I can't move, all my body hearts, I didn't say nothing to him because I felt like maybe they have a chance that he gonna lose his job. This was my husband and I first couple massage or any massage and I would definitely recommend it and I would do it again. The atmosphere was very soothing the music and low lights made it relaxing. We were escorted to a private room for the massage. I paid 10 extra each for the hot stones and it was blissful. I was worried it might feel awkward or that I'd feel embarrassed but I was too busy being in heaven. My husband said his technician was a little rougher than mine but he still enjoyed it as much as I did. After the massage we went to the next room for our green tea foot soak and sugar scrub. It wasnt just a quick dip and scrub they continued to massage the calfs and ankles and feet it felt amazing. By the time we were done I felt like I could just float out the door. The first half of the 60 min combo was on my feet in a public room with other people laying in it. The pressure was firm and good; they asked if I wanted a back massage in a private room; since men were sitting in the public room I said yes as I knew I'd take my shirt off to lay under the towel. Room small but okay; back massage strong and good if you like your muscles (literally) pounded (and I do.) Not a bad place for a foot spa. Excellent service here! The rooms are all fairly small and intimate. Everything is also very clean and the staff is super friendly. I've been here multiple times now and each time has been sooo relaxing!! I highly recommend the foot, shoulder, and back one for a total of one hour. The service all together is only $40 and it is a great value. You can make appointments and I recommend doing so if you have a large party. If you have a smaller party walking in is okay. I have a herniated disc L5 S1 degenerative disc disease arthritis etc. in my back and I was having massive pain today so I decided to try this place. The female that worked on my back, her name was Jessica. I did a 30 minute massage which was very reasonably priced at $40 and Jessica made me feel like a new woman!!!I have had massages at the four seasons hotel and this one was way better! Just the right pressure and perfect working out of all my knots. If you are not willing to tip then you dont need to go anywhere. There must be a reason they feel the need to tell people to tip, but they never talked to us about it nor did they pressure us because I told them what i wanted up front. The rocks are a must!! We purchased on Groupon the $60 couples green tea /sea salt foot scrub and 60 minute body massage. You walk in a room with twelve beds .. that's where everyone starts in .. the foot scrub and massage took LITERALLY 30 minutes.. they waste time so you have 30 minutes left for only body.. not enough time at all !! When massaging it's not a relaxing one it's really intense they LITERALLY put their foot, elbows and legs on you. I was uncomfortable and they are so rough. The lady I had was literally standing on my back and walking back and forth. Then at the end she starts massaging my face, temple and head! She digs her fingers into my jaws and temples! It's SUPPOSED to be a body massage ! Oh lord.. please read reviews before you go ! At the end just like everyone mentions they want you to tip $10 for good $20 for happy or $30+ for very happy service. The paper on the wall shows it too because some doesn't even speak English so they point at the poster. Located on the second floor of a strip mall on the Eastside. Found Spring Spa through Yelp. Husband and I got the couples 1 hr massage, room had 2 curtains separating 3 massage tables, we got 2 beds in there as she drew the curtain and separated the third bed. My therapist was excellent, he knew where all my tight spots were and focused on my lower back. Good technique and very theraputic...this is no "relaxing" massage, and that's what i requested. Husband enjoyed his therapist as well, was relaxing for him. Reasonable pricing, they take reservations and appointments are on time, so very good scheduling. They are located in the Chinatown area of Vegas off Spring Mountain Road. We will be back. The place itself was clean- the towels were fresh and I saw no sign of anything be less than satisfactory. I bought a 60minute couples massage with green tea foot soak and foot scrub on Groupon. Both me and my partner enjoyed every part of the massage and foot scrub. The staff is sweet and there was no "push for tips" as other reviews have said. We went in for a couples massage. We opted for the $70 massage rather than the $30. Scheduling our appointment was as simple as it gets. I personally enjoyed my 90-minute massage. I had a male therapist, he had a female. My body was in desperate need of deep tissue work which requires deep pressure and stretching. I went in with a sinus headache and left without the headache, relaxed and satisfied. My bf on the other hand did not enjoy his. He complained that his therapist was just rough and he felt suffocated for most of the time on his tummy. May try the $30 69 minute massage the next time which my sister enjoyed. read more

For a Chinese massage place with their prices, this place is a 5 star. So I'll admit, when it comes to massages I'm pretty picky. And in general, I've never been a fan of Chinese massages (opting for Thai massages instead) because I often leave in more pain than when I came, but this place has made me reconsider all my previous biases. Ok first things first--foot massage here pretty much includes your whole body. They massage your head, ears, arm, legs......and of course feet. Despite the sketchy appearance outside, the place is also much nicer than your typical Chinese massage place. The bed is heated and there is a calming ambiance with curtains separating the room. My masseuse seemed really kind and he was always concerned about my comfort. Overall, I'd say leave your judgments at the door and just enjoy this great deal. read more

My groupon is for shampoo and scalp massage and detox ion and the other two is for hot stone massage and detox ion. The full body massage seemed a bit rushed and I was up-sold a hot stone massage that wasn't worth $10 extra. Overall, I was satisfied, but the end the lady was pushy about a specified tip. They had a tip guidelines listed that was quite high. That part left a bad taste in my mouth. Decided to come here with my sister around 130-2am. I have gone to many massage parlors in vegas. The fact that they stay open till 4am is what really brought us in. They told us we could get an hour for 38 where you out your feet in hot water and the work 10 minutes on your back and shoulders. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have their license. I can't believe we paid 60 dollars each. I want to say half way through, the lady working on me told me she had an appointment so I was going to get someone else. At this point I was was hoping he would be better. It was a little better. They were both pretty strong. My sister said the young man she had was very strong, but no one had good technique. There was absolutely none! My sister had to tell him to stop several times because it was hurting her. Let me tell you why this is NOT worth it and I won't be returning... Okay customer service, lady shorted us 15 minutes in our 60 minute full body massages, the young guy massaging myself was so rough, I couldn't tell you how many times I cringed and asking to be gentle, ended up hurting my arm earlier at work, once he got to my arms I pointed out where I got hurt and asked him to be gentle... What does he do, digs his damn fingers right into that spot, than we are paying. This review is for the head shampoo service only. Master Spa is one of the few places in town that advertise this service. (Of course, this is not to be confused with the service also known as body shampoos found at places with questionable intentions.) When inquiring about this service, we were led passed the chairs reserved for foot massages and into the back room. This room had three massage beds with sinks specifically built attached to them. The Husband and I then had our shoulders covered with a towel and plastic to prevent those areas from getting wet and we laid down with our heads over the sink. This is where the similarities ended. The person I had was Mark. I have long hair. He started to massage my scalp for a little while before turning the water on to wet my hair. He then shampooed my hair and spent a considerable amount of time 'scratching' my scalp. This is something that can be enjoyable and quite relaxing depending on the person and the circumstance, but it was just okay this time. He then also did some cranial pressure before rinsing my hair of the shampoo and applying conditioner. He made a point of making sure my hair was completely conditioned as he ran a comb through it all. And then he rinsed all the conditioner out and squeezed some of the water out of my hair. I was then instructed to get up so we could walk to a smaller room where he would blow dry my hair. He then dried my hair and ran a brush through it to get rid of any tangles. And then I was done. Unfortunately, my hair was still a bit damp and the bottom half of my shirt in the back was all wet from the walk from the sink to the blow drying room. (Perhaps he could have wrapped my hair in a towel to prevent that from happening.) He apologized for the wet shirt part but I had to go blow dry my shirt as a result. 3 stars. Meanwhile, the Husband has practically no hair and he had Reao. He said he didn't get that much scratching, but more pressure on his scalp, face, and shoulders. While I was getting my hair blow dried, he was still getting cranial work done. He felt so relaxed that he almost fell asleep. He tried to inquire about what other services would take place if we had chosen the 60 minute option, but Reao did not quite understand him. She thought he was trying to extend his experience to the 60 minute one. He wanted to know if they were going to focus more on the scalp, shoulders, or face. He really enjoyed it and would do it again. 4.5 stars from him. I think I lost out on the experience because: a) I had a guy. (And unfortunately I believe he smelled of cigarette smoke. So with my sensitive sense of smell, and him running his hands through my hair, it was distracting.) b) I have long hair. Because so much time was spent shampooing, conditioning, and blow drying, there was less time for cranial work. Yes, I know it's called a head shampoo but you know you're really there for good cranial work. It's almost like a glorified hair shampooing experience at your local salon. Overall, I think if you're a bald guy, you may just love it. Half the experience at a hair salon is getting your head shampooed and massaged and this place focuses on that part. Unfortunately, I just didn't get that many head tingles from the experience like I was hoping for! Would I go back? Maybe - if I cut my hair and/or if I get a girl next time. Some girls just know how to massage the scalp better, maybe it's the nail thing? 30 minutes = $25 60 minutes = $48 60 minutes combo = $45 (30 minute head shampoo and 30 minute reflexology) They are located exactly next door to Ichiza. To our dismay, we arrived to find that there was a 30 minute wait, so we called nearby places. One of the staff convinced us to stay, indicating the wait would be less. Some girls in our group got to go first while others continued to wait. No biggie. When it was finally my turn, I enjoyed every minute of my massage! I only wished that it was longer! Came here on our last day in Vegas, after watching a concert in SF...needless to say we jet setters needed some grounding. This place is in Chinatown, upstairs of a shopping center. The inside of the facility was clean, smelled good and was pretty to look at. This place had the zen music, decor and aromatherapy going on. I got the 30 min/shampoo w/ 30min foot reflexology. My husband go the 60 mins reflexology. I didn't know what to expect with the head shampoo as I thought I'd get more of a massage or scrubbing. The lady who worked on me gave a quick "massage" of my head but but the shampoo and conditioning was more of scratching of the scalp (maybe coz she was a female with long nails?) than full on pressure points on the head. Either way it was very relaxing and the products they used in my hair was great. (Totally forgot to ask what it was.) After shampooing, conditioning and blow drying, it left my hair very, very silky feeling and smelling like apples. I have course hair, so for them to make it slippery/silky I was impressed. I only dozed off at the end of the treatment! The same lady worked on my foot massage too and was excellent with that as well. She had a good technique and pressure. We joined my husband in a private room where he was already being worked on and again, totally appreciated their professionalism because the technicians didn't talk or chatter among themselves. My hubby enjoyed his massage as well. It is a bit more pricey compared to other spas out there but you do get what you pay for. It has more ambiance here and the shampoo thing is definitely unique to this place. I just wished the shampoo would be more massagey than scratchy. But, I'd come back! read more

Except for the fact that a group of young drunk men came in looking for happy endings. The group was extremely loud and obnoxious and could be heard throughout the establishment. The owner was pretty good about letting them know that this wasn't that kind of place, however, my masseuse did leave in the middle of my massage to talk to them. It seemed like she was trying to be more clear with them to be respectful when they weren't getting the hint from the owner. Some lady walked out of a rooom to greet me and tried to ask me what I needed. She disnt speak english so I couldn't really have a conversation with her. I asked if I could use my 30 min head scrub and switch it for the 30 min foot massage instead since it was the same price.(thank god I used to play guesstures because my hand gestures were very helpful) She granted it to me no problem. She led me to a room where I would get my foot massage and detox. I sat there for about 25 minutes and finally somebody walked in. I tried to ask her what she was about to do and tried to explain I have plantar facitiis in my feet but she didnt speak english so I could get any of ny questions answered. I recieved a 15 minute foot massage when it was supposed to be 30 and she got up to leave and grab things in the middle of my massage.how unprofessional. Then my 30 minute detox was 20 minutes. she gave me a sheet to figure out since she couldnt explain it to me. I called the manager since I figured it was easier complaining to someone who could understand me and he said that he will email me with a free massage and detox to a different location. I never recieved the email. This place was horrible and far from relaxing. I recommend not coming here at all. I do not recommend this place AT ALL! We wanted simple foot massage only and decided to come here based on Yelp reviews. When we entered, we were greeted by this younger lady who spoke English. She handed us something that was much more expensive then the Yelp advertised $22 for 60 min. After we asked, she took out these Yelp special fliers and stressed its only foot. ( on the flier it says 10 min head..etc). We situated ourselves and they brought out the hot water. We must have waited for at least 10-15 minutes since they were just calling their part time masseuse to come in ( forgot to mention we did call ahead and said four of us will arrive in 20 min). So here's why I give them 1 star: 1) When we started the masseuse started with out head and the younger lady, in Chinese, said I told them specifically just foot and forget about the head. The male masseuse, in Chinese , asked why not do the package as it stated!!!! 2) the massage it self is more like 'oil rub' I didn't feel much pressure but that's fine-- ppl like it differently. But they cut us off 5 min early and stated they start the clock when the hot water is out----- so they charge us when the part time masseuses are arriving......when I confront her she said she gave us 5 more minutes --- , last but not least 3) I gave them $8 tip on a $22 massage that I did not enjoy, and they have the nerve to say $10 tip minimum.
