Really nice restaurant near Cranberry (in Mars). Prices are pretty decent for a steakhouse and the quality of the food we ate was great. Service was also good, despite how busy they got for dinner. Excited to be back!

Creme Brulee

The food was so good. This place is along with a couple other business in the family. My favorite is The Log Cabin in the group but all the food is amazing here too. The Spinach Artichoke Dip was super good and the chips were the right amount of salty. The Steak was cooked a perfect medium rare. The ceasar salad was delicious but I forgot to get a picture. The Creme Brulee was simply Devine and had a great taste but I did find it a bit skimpy as there wasnt much in the bowl. Our server was super cute and very friendly and attentive. She was very efficient as well and knowledgeable about the menu. I do wish there were more Gluten Free options.... at least a GF bun which would make it more allergen friendly. Overall the restaurant was cute and has plenty of seating.

Springfield is an oldie but goodie for us, as it's so close to home. We celebrated our daughter's baptism here and had a large party, yet service was excellent! The restaurant has a classy lodge vibe and diverse menu. My wife got scallops and greatly enjoyed her dish. Light and tasty. I got the balsamic chicken, and it was excellent. The star of the show for me was the artichokes - they were cooked to perfection. I got a lot of food for a very reasonable price. Tasty dish but chicken was a little dry. Overall, a fantastic place for dinner with loved ones when celebrating a special occasion.

Springfield Grille is still our old school go-to from since way back when they opened. They have Happy Hour 4-6, & while the variety of things available has shrunk over the past five years, they still have three martinis that you can get at happy hour for a very good price. I recommend their lemon drop. I wish they still had their thin mandolin, sliced zucchini appetizer , but their zucchini fries are very good as well. I had the portobello pasta with shrimp & sundried tomatoes special. It was very good. My husband had the salmon special. I miss their old bread basket which had 4 types of breads including a brown bread that was out of this world. But their small round loaf cut into four was hot and went well with the butter. They do have a nice house salad here too. Service was fine tonight, but we were there on a Monday and for once the dining room was essentially empty at that time with only two other tables. But if you come near the weekend or on the weekend be prepared for it to be very busy. I still recommend this place to people in the area and I have taken many guests here over the year who have also enjoyed it. I feel it's a solid choice in the Cranberry/Mars area.

Tavern peppers

We love springfield grill! The food is always great and the prices are very fair. We went last night and got the arancini and they were amazing. They should add them to their main menu selection! Tavern peppers and chicken marsala also always great.

Really enjoyed this place. Reminded me of its partner log cabin inn for sure. The blackened shrimp Alfredo flatbread was great. Tavern peppers very good. Buffalo blue fries had great topping flavor but standard frozen fry vibes. Minor feedback is have prices on happy hour drink menus as it's a bit of a wildcard. Staff was friendly. Will definitely be back to try the pig and goat flatbread

Zing Chicken Pasta

Springfield Grill is a great go to that consistently serves good food at great prices. We had a grilled chicken Caesar salad and the Zing Chicken Pasta. Both were delicious. If you don't see something on the menu-be sure to ask, because they serve meals that aren't necessarily on the menu. Our server was good and very friendly, but I think she had too many tables to cover--she kept promising to get us things that she kept forgetting. They used to have someone walking around to just refill water glasses and bring more bread (which is delicious !), but now that falls on the server. This place is always good .

Ask the Community - Springfield Grille

Any gluten free?

Yes, if you pull up their menu online & look for the "gf" you will find gluten free options in appetizers, entrees & sides. They will try to accommodate any food sensitivities if you bring it up with your server.

Would this be a good place to meet an out of town friend staying in Cranberry for drinks/appetizers?

Yes, especially during Mon-Fri 4-6 happy hour where they have martini specials & 1/2 off small plates. But the bar area does fill up quickly especially on Fri so arrive by 5 to get a bar stool.

Wife had BBQ platter which was a very big serving. I heard no complaints from her. I had a Mexican dish, the first thing on the menu in the Mexican category. A bowl of some sort. Very well presented/plated. But I found it lacking in spicy flavor. The brisket was delicious on top. Disappointed in overall quantity for the price. Overall a good experience.

If my husband sees it on the menu, he must have it. It was good especially the top part was very sweet, which I loved. I didn't think the rest was as flavorful as I would have liked. Y husband loved it. I had the two Honey Chipotle Shrimp Tacos and they were absolutely amazing. I loved them so much. I also liked the Mexican street corn side too. My husband thought the ribs and mashed potatoes were amazing. When my mom and I see brisket on the menu, we typically have to have it. She did along with her other favorite mashed potatoes and loved both. I don't think you can have a bad meal there. Anxious to go back and try other things.

It was a Sunday afternoon between lunch and dinner, so it wasn't very busy. There were a few people sitting at the bar enjoying the afternoon. We decided to try the chicken tender family meal, which comes with a side -- we chose mac & cheese. The meal also includes warm bread and butter, a salad (you get your choice of three; we picked the BLT), and dessert. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the dessert, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. That said, everything we did receive was delicious and fresh. The food was packaged very nicely, and it was a great value for the amount of food included. Overall, a very good experience and we would definitely order again!

Our pickup time was 615P. I got there at 605P and called to let them know I arrived. I was told that my food was being packed up. They were busy (always are), so I was okay with a minor delay. I called in at 630P to check on my order. After, I walked in twice to check. I called in at 7P to check on my order (third time) and this time was told to hold as they actually checked. I was then told it would be with me in 10 minutes. At 715P, they brought out my order. My drive home is ~15 minutes. I get that food will lower in temp on any drive home. Our food was cold. Not even a bit warm. The onion rings felt as though they'd been sitting inside for a long time. And yes, I tipped significantly. We were very disappointed. While I can recommend dining inside, and we will likely do so again in the future (far future), I cannot recommend carry-out at all.

As I walked around the store, I did not even have time to look at all of the different types of meats. I saw countless types of beef, chicken, pork, lamb, sausage, bolognas, etcetera! I even saw non-meats such as milks, cheeses, fishes, vegetables, fruits, baked goods, and snack foods. I asked my husband to choose meats for his grill for meals this week. He chose three beef-vegetable kabobs and one BBQ chicken breast. The cashier immediately greeted us, rang up our purchase, and thanked us. I think that the prices of the meats were reasonable. Before we even left the store, we were already talking about the "next time" that we will visit Henry's Meat Market! This store has soooo many more meats for us to try! In the following days, we cooked and ate the meats at home. We liked the beef kabobs and the chicken very much.
