I came here just now to pick up my trampoline which was already paid for 2 weeks ago. Just to be informed by the brewery security next door they are now closed on Thursday. No signage on the door, no phone call or emails advising me that they are changing hours or that I need to pick up sooner. Update - it gets worse. I showed up as they opened today, and they didn't have my purchase staged or ready to load, even though I had been told it would be ready to go for pickup yesterday. It took both employees and almost 30 minutes for them to find it in one of the storage units. Highly advise avoiding the store and just order online from Springfree directly. I thought it would be better to deal with the local store and have come to regret that choice. read more

A fun morning spent jumping - free play - in one of the many sizes of trampoline available for purchase. What a good way to encourage customers to truly know what they are getting! The young man who welcomed us was friendly and warm, inviting us to snack on granola bars (in a bowl at the front desk) and jump as much as we like. After much bouncing, shooting hoops (slam dunks!) - hoops and balls available in some of the trampolines - and enjoyment, we paused for a snack (applesauce pouches also made available at this point). Our four-year old asked if I would sit in the trampoline with him while he played, so I asked the young man (only one person is allowed to jump at a time per the sign at the entrance) and he said since it's quiet today (only two others were inside) it would be okay, but only to sit with my little one and not jump. About ten minutes later, an older woman walked out from a back office and rudely told me to get out, only one person is allowed in at a time. I told her we had asked and been granted permission, and she huffed away chiding the young man, and saying loudly that we are not to do it again. If it wasn't for her, we would have enjoyed staying a bit longer and playing more. She needs to be kept completely away from customers, or be given the appropriate training to engage them/us more politely and with discretion rather than her accusatory tone and verbiage. read more

We recently bought a Springfree trampoline from a distributor, and noticed right away the mat had a "pull" on it. We submitted our warranty, and customer service got back to us within 24 hrs. Since the error on the mat was submitted within 45 days of purchase, they replaced the mat immediately. We live near Issaquah, so the company delivered the new mat within a week. Sadly, since I bought from distributor, they would not replace on trampoline, but no worries - Rick's Backyard factory, did! We love this trampoline for the whole family. Thank you SFTI! read more

We bought our Springfree trampoline at the Issaquah store, with promise of a 10 year warranty on the entire trampoline. We wouldn't have paid $2000+ for a trampoline without that guarantee. in brief, the trampoline began to seriously degrade in year 6. We started calling the Issaquah location in November of 2018, left 25+ voicemails on the "warranty" line and never received a return call. After finally making into the store on July 1, 2019, the friendly sales person immediately got the manager to help us, and then disappeared. The manager indicated there were/are "phone system issues" hence the no call back from warranty line, "they got a new system" hence the "we couldn't find your original purchase/delivery/install order, then indicated that when we bought our trampoline "the warranty only covered the steel frame for 10 years and the net etc. for only 2." We would have NEVER made the investment with a 2 year guarantee on the most critical part of the trampoline. Other "book keeper" types emerged from the back room to concur with the evolution of the warranty policy since we purchased ours. It 100% seemed like a routine they had performed many, many times before. Just a hunch. The staff couldn't have been more polite, BUT it was clear their "hands were tied" in honoring the warranty promised by our salesperson. read more

We bought the large oval trampoline Christmas of 2013 and our kids have been on it every single day - rain or shine, hailing, snowing - doesn't matter. They absolutely love it. I just bought a new 15' Trampoline for my nephew from their Issaquah Store. I was really impressed by the amount of thought and effort they went into designing this product. The Issaquah staff was very helpful and their display of the various models is great. It's a no pressure showroom and you can jump and try out the product. Delivery and set up was on schedule and the kids were jumping an hour later. The product is high quality and as safe as a trampoline can be. Not only is the product great, but this particular vendor has had exceptional customer service right from the beginning. They allowed us to pay in installments before getting the trampoline delivered. This allowed our boys to bring in some money each week or so, contributing to the overall cost over the course of several months. They delivered on time. 18 months later we discovered a tear in the seam due to a rod that had popped out.
