Review Highlights - Springfree Trampoline Issaquah

We recently bought a Springfree trampoline from a distributor, and noticed right away the mat had a "pull" on it.

I let her know I had complicated feet and it's hard for me to find shoes that are comfortable. She made sure to give me options and even educated me on the importance of insoles. I have been a customer of REI for years, but my recent experience has left me extremely…read moredisappointed. REI has flagged my account as an "excessive returns" customer and now limits my purchases to effectively being final sale, even though REI widely promotes its customer-friendly return policy. What is especially frustrating is that the company has refused to remove this restriction despite my requests and despite my history as a customer. I understand that retailers need safeguards against abuse, but the process lacks transparency. I was not provided with a clear explanation of what specific returns triggered the restriction, what criteria were used, or what steps I could take to regain normal purchasing privileges. As a result, I no longer feel comfortable making purchases from REI because I am being held to a different standard than other customers while still paying the same prices. A return policy is only useful when customers can reasonably rely on it, and in my case that trust has been lost. I hope REI improves the transparency and fairness of its customer account review process.

This shop is very poorly managed, and it is dangerous to use the sport gear worked on by this shop:…read moreI tried to get my ski bindings remounted and moved back at this shop for two months. They totally missed the originally promised date of getting it done in two weeks. When they finally said it's done. I came to the shop, examined the skis and questioned if any work was done since there is no signs of binding remounted on the skis. The person manning the front desk (refused to give a name when asked) said confidently the work is done and made up reasons for why I can't see it. I fortunately had a picture from last winter showing exactly the positions of the binding. (Attached as Old). When compared with the pic taken at the shop (attached as New), it clearly showed no work was done to move it back. No apologies was provided by the front desk young man. I asked the man to write down a note for the technician since so much miscommunications have happened. He initially refused. When I asked to speak with the manager. He also refused. When I asked "Erik", another staff to help, this man told him to stop as well. Skiing is a high risk sport, and ski bindings are one of the most important part in keeping the gear safe to users. Their technician should get their certification/license canceled and this shop should be barred from working on technical sports gear in order to prevent blatant mistakes like this to happen again. Based on the reaction of the staff and lack of admission of their fault, I don't see any hope they can or want to correct their actions and keep their customers safe. The same report is made to the Better Business Bureau.

Drop off and pick up of the rackets was easy to coordinate. Most importantly, he was knowledgeable about how to achieve a particular racket feel with choice of strings and string tension. I highly recommend Kick Serve Tennis, particularly if you live on the East Side (especially…read moreSammamish or Issaquah). Steven (the owner) is a perfectionist, solid tennis player (I got a chance to hit with Steven a few times), and a great guy all around. I got at least half a dozen or so string jobs from Kick Serve Tennis so far; in fact, I broke my strings last week and just picked up my racket from Steven last Friday. About a year ago, I ended up purchasing two new arm-friendly tennis rackets (Pro Kennex 7g) that Steve recommended after I described my arm issues and the type of racket I usually like to hit with. I've tried out about half a dozen demo rackets that Kick Serve let my try out at no cost before ending up with the 7g, which I'm loving! Several of my friends purchased tennis rackets from Kick Serve Tennis in the past year. The prices are extremely competitive with even the cheapest online retailers. We also all get our rackets strung there. In fact, just last night I played tennis with a member of my tennis league and he broke his strings during the first set. We talked a bit before we discovered that we both know Steven and get our rackets strung at Kick Serve Tennis, so it looks like Kick Serve Tennis is already slowly growing through word of mouth.
