    Buyer Beware!!! Sadly, we assumed this company had the professional knowledge to install a roof rack without completely destroying our brand-new vehicle. Boy, were we wrong! Not only did this company fail to fully quality check upon completion of their rack install so that there would be no interference with our sunroof system, they failed to disclose any caution regarding this upon delivery. This begs the question; did they even have the professional awareness to account for this potential issue?! I paid a premium to have my racks installed by what I perceived to be a professional and competent operation. Incredibly Rack n Roof produced such a huge amateur and costly mistake. Roof n Rack advertise themselves as licensed and bonded and backed by warranty. Total misleading! When I reached out to them for financial support, they bounced it up to their manager, Evan, who just sheepishly shrugged off their mistake as they felt enough time had elapsed from the date of their install to negate any compensation. Interesting how they can manifest their own rules in order to escape their blatant error. The shocking part is the fact that this company markets itself as they do and have zero honorability or credibility to their customers to back it up. Don't let the vast experience they pitch on their website fool you, just be careful consumers. They are not above the law! Here is a sample of their fine work. Unfortunately, I have to attach a default star to this comment in order to publish or it would be a ZERO! Roof n Rack will likely respond to this (maybe) in order to refute this claim, however I will continue to repost until when we are legally finished with this incompetent group's matter.

    Jayme and his team are awesome and extremely professional! There were some delays due to COVID-19 (not the shop's fault) but the team always kept us informed of our order status. We highly recommend working with Rack N Road in Bellevue. We love our ikamper! Niva and Tal

    I used this pharmacy for five years, with nothing but problems every month. My insurance wouldn't…read moreallow me to use any other pharmacy except mail order, being much worse than this pharmacy. Every month I would order refills for my medications and I would be told I filled them somewhere else, my physician had not authorized the refill(s), or they couldn't refill medications when I was completely out because they were too soon to refill. I worked in the Pharmacy industry for many years, so I do know what I am talking about. I shouldn't have to call my physician's nurse to find out the refill request was sent days earlier, even multiple times to make sure I received my medications. I would contact the pharmacy, they would say my meds were filled somewhere else and accuse me of wrongdoing. I finally told my physician I was calling the police to find out who refilled my meds, then calling the pharmacy to notify them I would contact the police as well. Miraculously, they (the pharmacy) would find my prescriptions, apologize, and let me know I would have them ready within the hour. In the middle of all this I was battling a crippling seizure disorder which made me unable to work and I was on "Obamacare." Some of their pharmacy plans limit you to certain pharmacies, which was extremely frustrating on my part. Now that I have Medicare and Medicaid due to not being able to work anymore, I have a choice of pharmacies to use. Not this one, ever again.

When we reached the produce section, there was very little produce available (no bananas at all, very sparse selection) and what was there did not look well maintained. There were spills on the floor that had not been cleaned up, which made the area feel messy and neglected. I understand that inventory issues can happen, so that part alone would not have bothered me too much. Checkout was where things really fell apart. We waited a very long time in line (all the lines were back into the aisles), and when we were finally helped, the cashier, a very sweet older gentleman who clearly seemed to be having a rough day, rang up our groceries only for the payment keypad to freeze and stop working. He became flustered, and we were moved to another register. It was uncomfortable to watch him try to get help from a manager who appeared annoyed rather than supportive. Overall, the store felt unorganized and dirty, and the whole experience was stressful. I genuinely feel bad for the employees, as it did not seem like they were being set up for success. If you have the option, I would recommend choosing a different Fred Meyer location.
