He fixed the vent, changed our grey tank, 2nd time repair, and fixed the slide,4th time repair, adjusted the door from the slide, floors were redone from the slide cutting thru. And even something we did not ask him to do, our rear metal frame was pulled from hitting ground, bottoming out, he hammered and screwed back in.
