Save you money. This course is poorly kept and all the owners can think about is making money. They had a chance to win me over after playing 9 holes but all they wanted was more money. I've played this course for over ten years and they just lost me as a customer. The new ownership is incredibly ignorant, do not put customers first, look like they're abusing drugs at work and very disrespectful. I'm sad to say goodbye to a fun back country course but proud not to contribute to this mismanaged disaster of a business. Go play Eagle Creek 5 miles away. Grew up golfing here and have been going for the last 15 years, always a good time, unfortunately today I've learned the new ownership is pretty aggressive and I won't be back. With a cart group behind us walkers approaching, we decide to let them pass and play a hole over again on a 90 degree day without anyone else on the course. On the next hole we were then approached for pace of play in which we explained that we let the cart group pass due to their speed of play and to be courteous. We were then told this would be discussed with the owner. Because of that we skipped a hole to "keep up with the pace of play" and finished out where the owner was then waiting for us on the end of hole 9 to approach us with a "so I think you owe me some money." All things being said, perfectly happy to pay up but to be approached with that attitude after we've attended their course about once a week for the last 5 weeks and have bought drinks beyond just the admission for 9 holes, the accusatory tone and overall attitude on a day where they were getting no business beyond our group and the other wasn't appreciated. The end of the situation included a nice "go steal from some other course" as well. Would've respected this situation be approached differently communication wise but watching the aggressiveness towards my father at the end even after paying for an additional 9 won't ever have me coming back. read more

I can't believe I paid for this poorly kept, dump. Even considering the time of year the course was awful. I particularly don't like hitting a golf ball around a double wide trailer on the 3rd hole. Really made me feel gross and like I wasn't golfing. Seems like the owner should own a, run down putt putt course in a bad part of town. He'd fit in there. Proshop was friendly. Golf course was in good condition. Greens were challenging in a good way. One of the best deals around for golf.

The course was decent enough and is the only reason I am even considering rating 2 stars. It was challenging yet fun and rewarding. The customer service though was abysmal. My friend made a reservation online for 4 people early in the morning. When we got there we had a 5th person who joined us but the lady at the front desk was not happy about it and not very accommodating. She had a lot of attitude and made the 5th person pay extra...okay fine, not that big of a deal I guess but she could've been a little more understanding. Then they said we couldn't go in a group of 5 and had to play a group of 3 and 2. They told us it was because no one wants to wait behind a group of 5. I can understand that if there where a lot of people waiting to play, but there wasn't...there was only 1 group of 4 behind us. We went off in the 2 groups and by the time we got to hole 4 we all joined up and let the group of 4 behind us play through because they were obviously regulars and much more skilled than us. There was absolutely NO ONE behind us for a few holes so we figured there would be no problem with our group rejoining to 5. We couldn't even walk up to our tee shots to hit our second shot before the Marshall comes zipping up to us with an attitude saying we have to play in 2 groups. We tried to reason with him but his only response to anything we had to say was "...lets not get into this." Not sure what the deal is with the people that work here but they are just old and crotchety. I guess that's what happens when you live in Estacada. Nice course but I will NEVER go back because of the staff. read more

Tried springwater golf a couple of times. The course is decent and challenging. The carts are dangerous, filthy dirty and noisy with the brakes locking up!! Too much money for what you get. Called Saturday morning to get the greens fees, girl told us the price and to come on down, so we show up and she tells us there is a tournament... would have been nice to know before we left the house! Asked how long before the last group tee'd off and she was not sure but it has been awhile. The first hole looked ok, so we teed off, got into the fairway...looked at whole 2- no joke between the tee block and the green there were at least 12 people in the same fairway and green.. I realized then there is no way this was gonna work and her info was wrong. Went back to the clubhouse, my wife asked for a raincheck or refund, and was met with rudeness and hostility, with an unwillingness to do anything, but tell us it was our fault because we knew there was a tournament and we went out anyway...... but we had been told wrong info about how long ago and where they were at on the course. Begrudgingly they refunded the money but made sure to tell my wife again that it was our fault for starting and they normally don't refund... and there is absolutey under no circumstances NO Rainchecks. They could have used this as an opportunity to have longtime loyal customers by treating us good and dealing nicely with the problem..... but instead they chose to loose customers... not only my wife and I , but all of my golfing buddies will NOT go there either. So in the end they lost a lot more.... It is sad to see people who just don't care anymore about treating people with common courtesy and respect - You treat people with honesty and respect and it goes a lot farther than being cold and uncaring read more
