I was looking for some good sweets in the bulk section and met Desi, the bulk manager. She was amazing! She showed me some popular treats and recommended a few of her favorites. Sprouts is one of my favorite grocery stores to shop in. Love the service, store layout, and the selection. Very easy to grab a few items for dinner, or stock up for my panty for the week's meals. This is not my go to Sprouts, but the combo of Trader Joe's next door makes it a great option/stop. I really like Sprouts and find it a great option for some grocery shipping. I don't go here for all my needs, as their price point is higher for even basic items, but for produce, bakery, sandwiches and bulk section. Their neon gummy worms are too good and my guilty pleasure. They also have a solid beer selection and have brands that are a bit harder to come by or I can't find elsewhere I can't speak for their meat and typically only get dairy goods when in a pinch. They do charge for bags, so I recommend bringing your own, but great grocery option overall. read more

Need a good as hell panini at 7am? For under $7? Hello, Sprouts! This is the most convenient location for me and although it is not the biggest space, it already carries a lot of my go-to items. I purchase most of my local honey from here, non-dairy milks, and hot sandwiches. They also have the best cookies baked here. Checking out is a chore but this not my priority-grocery go to - service is great though. My only issue is the odd parking lot so when you come in, I'd enter in from the south side. read more

This Sprouts needs to add self checkout. It always takes forever to check out here with two cashiers struggling to keep up with the lines while a manager just stands at the front watching and the registers for in store shoppers just standing there empty taking up space. They are usually out of any meat I need to purchase so unless I need to stop over by Trader Joe's, nowadays I'll just go to the Higley location instead that has more in stock and rarely a wait to check out. read more

The Sprouts Market in Mesa store number 5 is where I shopped today and I'll stick with this store because the meat department is clean and everything was fresh. You can tell when something is fresh. I consider this store an eco-friendly Farmer's Market that's a tad bit expensive (similar to WF), yet with a vast inventory for all types of food consumers. For the Vegan Crew, the products here are at least $2-$3 more than what I'm use to paying. This is the 2nd location I've shopped at & the employees are welcoming & helpful amongst a clean/organized store. read more

Very crowded and very empty in the deli. It was already 2pm and there was nothing to choose from.

This Sprouts was easy to shop at and I scored some great deals on my favorite brand of sunscreen. I also like how this location offers plastic bag recycling (As of 8-2021, located right before the sliding entrance doors). It's mango season and I needed to stock up for the week. You can't beat mangoes the size of a kid's head for less than a buck! As for masks, when I came here on a Saturday afternoon 80-90% of people shopping here were not wearing any and there were a few employees not wearing any either. read more

I have been in a sprouts before but not for many years, I would up buying a vegan cheese to try, it's pretty good. I like the options of the various rotisserie chickens and being able to buy half loaves of bread like rye and pumpernickel as I can rarely finish a whole loaf. Bad experience. Placed a grocery order pickup at 3PM. Pulled up and called at 4.....had to call twice to get them to pickup my order and bring out to car. Waited 12 min, which is usually okay, but being that it was a scheduled pickup....unacceptable. When I called the second time no reason for delay just heard him ask some associate if that my order is on the way out. No interaction from associate when she brought groceries or an apology for delay. It may seem caddy to people but on grocery order pickups there's little reason is should take that long. I was in there this past weekend looking for some dairy alternatives, and the dairy department used to be so nice and organized, it was visually pleasing to shop. Now everything is in disarray and it honestly just looks like the Walmart dairy section. Not sure why the sudden change, over the last month it's gotten progressively worse. I am at sprouts on baseline and Gilbert and I'm not joking this guy ripped the sandwiches (not kidding i had my hands on them) out from under my hands and said to get out of the store because we had complied and wore masks but pulled them down under our nose. He ripped them out our hands and said to GET OUT OF MY STORE loudly. We both had told him we had medical conditions but it was their policy that everyone wear a mask. So we did. so disrespectful about it! We even fixed our masks over our nose and still this is his reaction. I went to Sprouts to get a rotisserie chicken for dinner. The lady in front of me did not have a mask on and the cashier told her there are signs all over to wear a mask and she needs to wear a mask. They even have a tactical swat security guard there telling her the same thing. I got my chicken and as I was walking out I felt like I should've said something. So I went back to return my chicken. And the cashier asked, "the reason I was returning my chicken." And I said, "I did not like the way she treated that lady in the wheelchair". (I knew it was a motorized cart but it didn't come to my head at the time.) I asked her, "where is your humanity?" (For all we know she may have a medial conditon to not wear a mask.) The cashier flipped out on me and was extremely defensive. I didn't want to argue, I just wanted to answer her question why I wanted to return the chicken. So I told her to do her job. I really am not a "yelper" but yikes.. I'll never go to this location again :( Used to be my favorite one but the experience today was garbage. No one (of the multiple employees all over the aisles) even greeted me, asked if I needed help (I did) or anything. Another woman working actually moved my cart out of the way to stock something-- not an excuse me, sorry, nothing. The real kicker was when I was walking through supplements and an elderly gentlemen asked ME if I knew where something was. I did, so I helped him locate it and actually helped him choose something a little more suitable for his need... He said he asked me because I seemed nice and none of the employees gave him any acknowledgment. Yuck. Check your receipts! There have been several occasions where they have overcharged me and each time the cashier was so rude and acted as if I was an inconvenience for their mistake. Prepared meals are bland. Pastas are way over cooked. No flavor. Just yuck. I wouldn't even feed the beef stroganoff to my dog. Hatch Mac and cheese needed seasoning. Oh my gosh this store is so amazing what wide range of products I've never seen before I really like the cleanliness of the store and the prices are perfect for me all the employees were smiling and friendly i was very happy with there policy i had a item to return and I was in and out in a matter of seconds I presented my items and receipt and cash back and I was on my out I will continue to shop there and would recommend all to stop in and enjoy there products and locations experience what a great shopping experience they offer .
