This was such a fun place all about potatoes! Spudtoddos is located in a huge parking complex in West Jordan with tons of other businesses so it's easy to miss. I'm obsessed with potatoes so I had to try this place out while I was in the area. I ordered a make your own stuffed baked potato with buffalo chicken, cheese curds and broccoli and it definitely hit the spot! I used to go to a place that had customizable baked potatoes that I loved so I had a little bit of nostalgia going to Spudtoddos. There was fun decor inside the restaurant and everything was clean. I went at 4 pm on a Thursday so the place was dead. They had several to go orders going out while I was there though.

If you're craving fries smothered in any and everything, here's your place! I really enjoyed the variety of menu options. They even have poutine! (Obviously) but you can choose from two different sizes and customize your own plate! Or, just choose from one of their specials. My only complaint is they should offer waffle fries as an option. It's pretty heavy and I hard a hard time eating a whole thing so I would recommend date nice or finding someone to share it with. They have an option to eat inside or outside which was nice. Staff was super friendly! Also, I LOVED the soda bar! I've genuinely never seen so many flavors in one place and I was obsessed honestly. Overall, give it a try if you love potatoes!

I'm a huge potato fan-I like 'em baked, mashed, fried, diced or any other way that I can eat them. It's cool, then, that there's a restaurant dedicated to this versatile vegetable. The format is pretty familiar-you order at the counter off a menu, or you can build your own and have a delectable dish prepared in front of you. I found the menu to be vast and full of options, but I still opted to do the create your own dish since I'm a pretty simple eater. My lunch consisted of mashed potatoes, gravy, turkey and green beans. I was feeling a little nod to Thanksgiving, I suppose. Fun concept, good food.

The food is great as it has been the last 30 or so times I came in. This policy of charging me to use a credit card is ridiculous. Businesses need to be willing to pay the transaction fee (which is no where near the 3% being charged here) in order to bring in more customers. Sadly I am a long time customer who won't be back...

We still come here about once a month! It's something different than usual fast food. We would probably come more often if it was slightly less expensive. My favorite is the buffalo chicken garbage fries. There is plenty of food (it doesn't keep very well if you have leftovers)! Plenty of chicken, love the amount of buffalo sauce and the ranch dip is still amazing! My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

I'm normally not a huge baked potato fan but at spudtoddos they have all awesome fixing. I got mine covered in Chile, onion, and cheese and it was really fantastic!

I love this place! I just wish I lived closer to it. I always order the chili cheese baked potato! They load it up and it's so yummy! It is very filling. If you're a potato lover I recommend giving this place a try!

The spud skins are AMAZING! I would buy those again and again! The sweet frybread (with cinnamon sugar) is my new favorite dessert! It's better than a scone! I got the chili cheese fries and I felt like they were lacking a little flavor. I added some salt and it helped a lot. My husband ordered the buffalo ones and they were so good! I think I might get those next time. We'll be back for more delicious food!

From the outside of the inside, this appears to be your typical restaurant, where you just place your order, watch them, make your food, and pay for it before taking it to your table. The restaurant is clean, and tables are kept tidy. Now I've noticed from other reviews that people are complaining about the price. Let us be clear on this the portion that you are paying for is huge. Easily enough for 2 to 3 people. Unless you are currently stretching your stomach in training for the Coney Island hotdog eating contest you're not going to be able to finish this in one meal and possibly two meals. If you were looking for bang for your back when it comes to food portions, and what you were paying for, you were getting a fantastic deal at SpudToddo's. The food is good. It is homey comfort food, and it is filling. And with the variety of flavors that you can choose or put together on your own, everyone is going to find something they like here. The only reason this did not get four stars, is because the food came out less hot than I would like and surprisingly, it needed salt. I do not salt my food very much so I'm always surprised when I feel like I need to salt my food. I'm sure they had salt available by the other condiments, but I did not go searching for it. There is a vast rate of flavors to mix in your sodas if you go for that thing. There are also some fun soda flavors at the soda machine. The most amazing thing about this place, is that most things are gluten-free. They even have gluten-free gravy upon request. My daughter was so excited to be able to order almost anything from that menu. And to have most of the desserts also gluten-free was a huge bonus. That rarely happens. I can only assume that the owner has family members who need to be gluten-free. Note that the gluten free dessert was from a commercial gluten free company. The employees spread titles will put on nucleus for anyone who requires gluten-free. I felt comfortable that my daughter would not have a problem here. Is located at the Jordan Landing shopping area across the street from Cinemark movie theaters. I hope they would consider also moving to the district near the Megaplex. If they were closer to the movie theater, I normally go to, I think this would be one of my go, places before movies

GETTING HERE: I can't give specific directions beyond the listing on Yelp, as I was visiting friends and family in Utah and one of my cousins recommended this place for a quick bite for dinner. I remember it being in a strip mall area of sorts. :) REVIEW: Yes, so very good! If I had planned better I would have reviewed the menu beforehand, but alas, it's all good. There are many options (of your potato) to choose from. Don't get overwhelmed as I did and choose the firs thing that comes to your mind: although there's never a wrong time to choose French Fries, IMO. Customer service was friendly enough, and there's a big open area of seating to choose from. I would imagine this place gets very busy on the weekends. I chose Fries, obvi, but then didn't take a moment to plan the rest of my meal. You have more options to choose from as well (types of protein, toppings, etc.) and I just choose everything I could. Not a smart look, but I survived. When I return to Utah I will eat here again to give up an updated/better review. I can't wait for my next trip! Also, just a tip: I would suggest asking for your toppings (Ranch, Sour Cream, etc.) on the side otherwise you get a soupy mess. A GOOD soupy mess, but messy none the less. Definitely recommend! First time trying SpudToddos after hearing a lot of great things. The service was great, I was excited and overwhelmed by the options and they made some helpful recommendations. I got the Tera's Favorite, but was very torn. I'll be going back to try the Canadian Garbage Fries/Poutine. I enjoyed what I ordered, just wasn't a big fan of the grilled chicken. I may order the same thing in the future without the grilled chicken. I recommend this place for anyone who loves taters. :)

So so good! I love to make my own potato, and normally get the roast beef with gluten free gravy, onions and mushrooms, with corn, green onions, olives, and I get two cheeses the mozzarella and cheese curds. This has to be my favorite meal! I have celiac disease so I can't have any gluten, this is one restaurant I can trust and the food is always amazing! read more

I love the selection when I come to eat here. Something for me, something for my husband... no matter what my mood is I can find something. My husband has a huge appetite and he ALWAYS leaves stuffed and happy. And if I have a sweet tooth, I can get a sweet potato meal- SO DELICIOUS. read more

My family loves SpudToddos! My boyfriend is a Vegetarian so we love that he can find something to eat because it can be difficult. We love the Vegas Garbage Fries! They are amazing! I brought some home as leftovers and my brother ate it and said, and I quote, "this is God like". We recently took my brother and cousins in and they also loved it! My brother got the pulled pork, cousins got the buffalo and it was a hit. My boyfriend and I got the Sweet Potato Garbage Fries and they were way better than expected. My brother also had a bite and could not stop taking about them for about 20 minutes because they were so good. Aside from the food being fantastic, the staff there is so incredibly nice. They have been so helpful every time we are in and go above and beyond. Thank you to the staff for always being the best! read more

Found this place on Grubhub and it sounded delicious as I 's. But me and my family were disappointed. My daughter and I shared the roast beef and mashed potatoes dinner. It was described as a double order of roast beef with beef gravy, sauted mushrooms and onions, mashed spuds and green beans. The beef was good. The potatoes were salty and over whipped (seemed like instant but I hope a potato restaurant wouldn't use those!), the gravy seemed like a diner mix and not homemade, and the green beans were plain and crunchy like frozen ones that have not been cooked enough. My husband had the Canadian garbage fries and liked them. Spent $36 plus tip for 2 items that were more like a t.v. dinner than a $36 meal. Not worth the money. read more

Fun new concept based on popular Cafe Rio type dining where you customize your meal and they make it in front of you, but with potatoes instead. Husband and I both got their turkey dinner. I really enjoyed it and so did he. They have a super cool drink bar with TONS of syrup flavors for your drinks, like TONS. They even have a cool board that gives you ideas of drinks to make. My daughter loved this. read more

If you're in the area definitely eat here!! My boyfriend and I were visiting from Los Angeles and man I wish we had this back home! We ate here after the Vans Warped Tour and we were famished! We had a baked potato, potato skins, and pulled pork garbage fries. I have nothing but good things to say about the food! It was all delicious and full of flavor. If I'm ever in Utah again I would for sure be back! read more

We ordered 5 dishes between the 4 of us, as it was our first time trying the place and wanted to know what was worthwhile and what wasn't. Needless to say, we could have ordered half dishes for each of them; we didn't finish a single one! The pulled pork fries were definitely the crowd favorite, for us. The potato skins were a waste of money, however. Buffalo chicken fries were decent, too. All in all, a great little place if you've got a craving for fries and/or potato dishes. Just come hungry! read more

I have a special place in my heart for giving a supporting cast member a chance to shine in the spotlight. So it is with the boring potato at the exciting Spudtoddos. The food is totally comfort food. We had the garbage fries with pork and jalapeños. While the ingredients didn't totally mesh, it was exciting and interesting to try. I'd probably rate this as a once/year kind of place or a snack shack. read more

I went here with a friend about a year ago because of the gluten-free options. We both loved it!! Spudtoddos obviously cares about the quality of their food - everything is flavorful and delicious. They also care about being Celiac-Friendly. There are so many safe options! I finally got my husband to go back and try it with me. I was a little worried that, after a year, it wouldn't live up to my expectations - but it certainly did!! Everything was just as tasty as I remember it. We each got our own meal with a drink and spent just over $30. The meals are large enough to share, though, if you're into sharing. I took most of mine home. There is also a really fun Italian Soda Bar. You pick a soda, add in all the flavor syrups you want, and top it off with some half&half. Yum!! Spudtoddos is a build-your-own bar like Chipotle or Subway, so if you go when it is busy you will spend some time in line. The wait is worth it, though, and the staff tried their best to keep everything moving. read more

Absolutely loved these place! I'm a fan of all things potatoes and I loved all the delicious looking options. You essentially pick a type of potato Mashed, Baked, Fries, Sweet and a few more options and then pick your toppings. We had garbage dump fries, a classic baked and some sort of cheesy mashed potatoes. They were all awesome. The soda bar was fun too! Great for quick service, dining inside or out (ample room in both), and yummy food! read more

I've got to agree with others with similar sentiments. Expensive for what you get, and variety is not it. I appreciated the effort and tried two different kinds of fries "entrees" (buffalo and vegas), and a mashed potato build your own, but it just wasn't anything special. So for what you pay, definitely overrated. Nothing was bad, just nothing was good. read more

3.5 Stars. I'm amazed this place wasn't more crowded. The pulled pork spud was very tasty and super filling. The portions are very generous and everything is cooked and seasoned nicely. Have a gluten free or lactose free friend? Not a problem. Not only do they work around those they have a gluten free gravy that everyone loves! Also when I turned down butter they asked me if I wanted guacamole. Heck yes! They didn't even charge any extra for the Guac. This place is a hidden gem that few know about. Ideal for taking someone to a unique place. Very very filling and a little bit heavy like comfort food. read more

This is such a fun, different place to go eat! There are so many options that I imagine that anyone would be able to find a combination that works for them. So far I've been here twice. I always check to make sure what is gluten free any time I go out to eat, no matter how many times I've been somewhere. They always have all the right answers, take great caution and I've never gotten sick here. I have Celiac Disease and am extremely sensitive to gluten, so thumbs up to these guys for serving me tasty food that doesn't make me sick. The service is great and the food is tasty. The employees and the owner/manager are very friendly and take their time to make sure you feel like they are happy you're there. I'd say service with a smile and good food wins me over every time. I love this place! Got this big baked potato with grilled chicken, gravy, melted pepper jack cheese, and steamed broccoli. This place has the best steamed broccoli hands down in all the restaurants I visited. I love how healthy it is and the combinations that you can uniquely create. The chicken was grilled no breading, soft, and flavorful. The potato was baked thoroughly and could be a meal by itself. The place was clean and the food is served in a foil container that you can take home if you have leftovers. My husband got fries with chicken buffalo sauce cheddar cheese and green onions which he loved. $23 for the both of us. So it's a little overpriced but I love how healthy and fresh the food is!! read more

Do yourself a favor and order the sweet potato fries. We stopped here on a whim after seeing the sign. Can't go wrong with potatoes! And potatoes we had! We have two celiacs in the family. All the food is gluten free except the fry bread. Had the spud skins. Wonderful. Lots of dipping sauce. Good portion size. We have a bit of the Irish in our heritage and SpudToddos meets the potato cravings in spades. 18 people came in as we left. Definately a go to alternative to fast food and burger fare. read more

Customer Services was great. Owner was pleasant to work with. The poutine was great, and so we're the potato skins. Fun environment and great music playing. They do it right. Definitely will be driving from Eagle Mountain City Center to come here again.. I'd give it 8 stars if I could. read more

Honestly, I would probably eat some form of potatoes with every meal if I could. So I was very excited to hear about this place. I went in a group of four. Between us we ordered the garbage fries, poutine (pictured), the turkey dinner, and a custom mashed sweet potato. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. Ordering was pretty fast and easy. I really liked that they asked if we wanted any of the toppings on the side. The ordering process is pretty similar to Chipotle or Cafe Rio, basically just going down the line adding whatever you'd like. The portions are quite large so I would recommend sharing. Overall I think it's priced very fairly and has something for everyone. I will definitely be back. read more

I can only speak for the poutine, which was good. Tried to order the Turkey dinner, but after the girl's third attempt to put it together correctly I stopped trying to get what I ordered and took what she gave me. On a subsequent visit I tried to ask what the difference between a lunch and dinner meal is. I then told the employee I was now even more disappointed, because what I had ended up getting was nothing like what I paid for and she was describing. The employee then rudely and defiantly insisted that I didn't get that here. After being told I was lying, I left and have no desire to return. read more

Special shoutout to the off-menu jalapeño poppers (IYKYK). They're crispy, creamy, and are wrapped in the most delicious bacon. TRY THEM. And then there's the Nut Butter burger (again, IYKYK). The combo of savory beef, melty peanut butter, melty cheddar cheese, with the addition of the house jam is next-level. Sweet, salty, messy, and worth every bite. Glad to see Lucky's stepping it up. I'll be back--and this time, on purpose.

During a recent trip to Utah, I sampled my fair share of restaurants, most of which were "just okay." Then I found Spudtoddos. Honestly? It was the undisputed highlight of my trip. My only disappointment is that there aren't more of these across the country! I'd happily drive to a neighboring state just for another round. I opted for a "Build Your Own" potato, modeling mine after the Roast Beef (sans onions), and it was everything I hoped for. Every bite was a savory symphony of potato and cheesy, meaty goodness. Plus, the portions are massive, a refreshing change from other spots that skimp on the toppings. While the potato game is elite, the desserts have some room for improvement. Between our group, we tried the chocolate cake, pumpkin pie, and cheesecake; unfortunately, they all tasted a bit "off." But hey, the sign says Spudtoddos, not Dessert-toddos! This is a great idea! The food tastes great and the portions are huge! They have cornbread muffins with honey butter as well. Sodas with add ins. It's family friendly and they have lots of variety in food. This restaurant is a great addition to the west side of the valley and Jordan Landing in particular. It might sound like a strange concept, but the food is really good! Plenty of free parking and both indoor and outdoor seating. read more
