My girlfriends LOVE coming to Spumoni especially on Mondays when mostly everything on the menu is 50% off. We usually start out with the chopped salad it's so light and refreshing. I've tried a few of their homemade pastas and they're all amazing but the carbonara tonight was amazing, so creamy. We paired it with some garlic bread to wipe up the extra sauce. Funny enough we always get sat in the same section with the same server and he's always great. Despite it always being super busy on Mondays, all the staff is super nice and welcoming. They take walk ins but the wait might be long so come right at 5!

Came in for lunch. Did the half pasta and salad lunch special for about $17. I did gnocchi with pesto and Italian salad and my bf did rigatoni bolognese with Caesar salad. Food was ok, nothing special that would make me come back. Pesto had an interesting flavor like seafood was in it but it wasn't. Also interesting seeing carrots on an Italian salad but hey! Whatever works, right? Didn't taste bad! Also Caesar salad is from Mexico... so I'd probably call this place Italian fusion lol. Anywho, our server was kind. They filled up quick after we sat down.

Had the best time here for Father's Day dinner. Staff was incredibly kind and had many amazing recommendations! Can't ever go wrong with their pizza and delicious pasta! Parking in the back is a little tight but you can park in front on the street. Really cute restaurant and has amazing options for everyone

I am so happy they're still here and open after all these years! What a wonderful experience from the moment we found plenty of parking in the back to be seated immediately on an Easter Sunday. We dined early and were pleasantly surprised at such a wonderful ambiance. The food was amazing! The calamari was piping hot and the sauce delicious. Two generous pasta entrees, and a huge portion of calamari came to $70 which I felt was very reasonable. We have plenty for lunch tomorrow.

Came here after Montana Nail! Was able to order bruschetta off menu & they gave me 2 mozza sticks for some reason. Lol I also got their salmon bowtie pasta which is not often on menus so was glad to find it. Loved the outdoor seating, free parking in back, heat lamps, and customer service. They also have special discounts on Monday, Wed, and for happy hour.

We came here on a Monday night due to Monday madness where your whole bill is 50% - what a deal! We got the chopped salad to start which was delicious. We split the mushroom pasta and the chicken limone. The mushroom pasta was very heavy and too salty. The chicken was fresh with a good sauce and vegetables. Overall, good deal on Monday but would not recommend the full price of the meal.

Neighborhood Italian eatery with 50% off food on Mondays from 5pm-9pm. They also have happy hour every day. I've been here a few times and really enjoyed the handmade pastas. The funghi pasta is very creamy with al dente pasta. The chicken and mushroom pasta is also a good choice if you want a lighter meal. They provide complimentary bread which comes freshly baked in addition to an olive oil/tapenade. The place can get quite busy but service is always nice. Indoor and outdoor heated seating is available. Credit cards accepted. Metered street parking. Overall, a cute spot for a casual date night or catch up.

They have metal tables and chairs with loud speakers blasting music that echoes throughout the space. Add in loud crowds and kids dropping utensils, and it makes the whole environment pretty unpleasant. As for the food, we ordered the garlic knots, a croissant, the hanger steak, the peach and hot honey pizza, and the wood-fired vanilla bean pound cake for dessert. We covered a good amount of their key items. The main takeaway is that while everything is cooked well, but the dishes really lack flavor. I dine out to get flavors that are not easily made at home, and unfortunately, I did not find them here. The food lacks depth, and frankly, it needs salt to make it stand out. The pizza dough is actually really well prepped, easily as good as Pizzeria Sei, which is the best pizza place in LA, period. But again, it just lacks flavor. Also, as a small side note, there is a 4% employee health insurance surcharge added to the final bill. I probably just missed it listed on the menu somewhere, but oh well. Overall, it is a decent place, but I would not go out of my way to come back here.

Just know it's all outside, and even with heaters around it gets chilly at night. We came for the pizza and that's exactly where the focus should stay: * Cacio e pepe pizza: Surprisingly delicious. Not a 1-1 with the pasta you're familiar with, but still really good and worth ordering. * Diavola: Spicy and always my favorite. * Margherita: Classic and solid, always worth having. * Rigatoni with pink vodka sauce: Server's rec for most popular sauce, and it delivered. * Little gem salad: Super herbaceous and delicious. * Arancini: Skip it. Middling for the price point... put that money toward another pizza. Pizzas and pastas run $25-29. FYI there's a 3% Healthy LA fee on your bill. Payment is handled tableside on a touchpad (card, Apple Pay, etc.). Vibe is cute, service was helpful, and I'd definitely return to lean even harder into the pizza menu. My first time trying it and even if you hate lima beans (these are similar in shape but so much nicer), you will crave this creamy, savory dish. I'm still salivating over the Caesar salad with white anchovies; don't be discouraged just because anchovies have a bad rap for being fishy. The white ones are vinegar-y and fresh and they use bread crumbs instead of croutons. I love the addition of the slightly bitter but crunchy radicchio. For the main, we shared the guanciale white pizza (no tomato sauce) and the crust is thin and bubbly like you would get in Naples. And for dessert, we chose the Basque-like cheesecake with sour cherry compote. Hubby and I don't drink alcohol anymore so there are three mocktail choices along with a zero-proof IPA that's very hoppy. I chose the hibiscus mocktail and it was perfectly icey, tart and fragrant. Honestly the best meal I've had in a long while and the prices are affordable and ideal for a first date or a business meeting.
