I also have found one brand of dry kibble my kitty loves N&D from Italy, but it's not the easiest to find lately. I know it sounds crazy but can you imagine eating the same food everyday? I cannot and so I will cater to give my kitty variety. It's better for their digestive system and apparently this behavior is very common with his breed so it is almost inevitable we can't order cans by the case without waste... but we donate to shelters if we do:) Well sadly the neighborhood pet food stores in the area all closed due to economic turn down, so it has been one ginormous hassle to get open stock cans and my preference is to support local businesses. I googled and called a few stores to see what brands they carried, and when David answered the phone (who btw is related to Liz - a true family biz) I just knew this was going to be the start of a good pet-partnership! They carry the brands of food I was familiar with and David explained they have a pet rewards program too! They are located in Ukranian Village which isn't very nearby but David offered complimentary delivery right to my building, text me when he arrived and even tossed in a few extra samples treats for us to try. I was hesitant to get the enclosure due to the price but did it anyways. He gave me a huge hassle about returning the enclosure and knocked off $60 due to using a small bag of bedding.... Yesterday I had to take my snake to the vet due it having mites and a respiratory infection. I've had this snake for less that 2 weeks and it's already sick. I brought my golden retriever in for the full package: ear cleaning, nail trim, bath, and groom. If you have a golden, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. The haircut alone was the worst I've ever seen, but the bigger issue is that they simply didn't do the services I paid for. When I picked her up and walked her around the store for treats, I realized she smelled worse than when I dropped her off. Her ears were still full of wax, her nails hadn't been trimmed, her coat felt dirty, and the grooming itself was shockingly uneven. I bathe my dog weekly, so she is never in that condition, and I initially assumed maybe they'd forgotten to rinse a product or had used a shampoo with a funky smell. I went back into the salon and asked if she had been bathed. The employee flatly said yes. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and asked to smell the shampoo they used, thinking maybe the scent had changed, but it clearly didn't match what was on my dog. When I asked again, three employees came out and responded with condescending, dismissive attitudes. Their red-haired manager rolled his eyes before walking me over for a refund. For the record, I wasn't even looking for a refund, it was a gift card. I just wanted to understand how a grooming appointment could go so wrong. When I got home and bathed her myself, the water ran nearly black, something that has never happened before. Her paw pads had been shaved unevenly, her coat was damaged, and the professional groomer who corrected it asked if a toddler with scissors had gotten to her. I contacted corporate at the time and never heard back. I have never once left a negative reviews for any business ever, but when it comes to my dog, I will absolutely speak up. Please don't take your pets here.

I've noticed each time I arrive to pick up my pet no one is out front, there is no bell to alert that you're waiting so you're just standing hoping someone will notice you. Calling to check on your pet is hit or miss. I don't like that I've never seen the facilities where my pet is housed. No tour. No cameras. I'll be looking for other options in the area.
